This is a beautiful pent house in a wonderful location. In walking distance to markets, shops and restaurants. It is also near the subway and bus stations. The space is absolutely stunning and was a wonderful place to come back to after a long day of exploring Rome. The team was also super responsive and helpful and even met us at the space upon arrival for a tour. This was one of the most beautiful places we have stayed and we would highly recommend. Listing complies in every way to the description as well as the photos. Stephano was very patient, our plane was 2.5 hours late and he still welcomed us at 9 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. The neighborhood is really nice easy to access to the super good restaurant metro as well.

Robby is very fast to answer and give many useful tips! the house is next to Roma Termini and helps a lot!!!

Great place, located right next to metro station. All you need is in the area: restaurants, shops, markets. Apartment is clean, beautifully renovated and host communication was perfect. Highly recommended and hope to come back here again.

Excellent apartment in a really nice building. Very comfortable beds, great having two bathrooms. Lovely to sit out on the balconies in the sun. Location for us was good as we really liked walking. 3.5km to the Colosseum, slightly further to the Vatican but there are plenty of buses and the apartment is close to the bus routes. It is on the far edge of Trastevere and therefore it's a 25 minute walk to the hustle/bustle of the main part of Trastevere. Again not a problem for us but might be a little far out for some. Close to supermarkets and local shops . The host was very responsive to questions, and responded almost immediately to any questions we had. We had an excellent time and wouldn't hesitate to recommend staying here!

What a wonderful host!! So helpful with restaurant recommendations, reservations. Our host went out of her way to help us including scheduling a cab to pick us up on departure day. The unit is actually even nicer than the pictures (if that is possible). Such an ideal location! Less than 3 blocks to the Colosseum, so perhaps a 5 minute walk, yet wonderfully removed from the chaos of the Colosseum. Our host recommended so many good restaurants that I wish we had more time to try. Charming wine bar 1/2 block from the unit and most mornings and evenings we were enjoying our coffee out on the balcony which had wonderful breezes and was so quiet. A small piece of Roman heaven! I hope to bring my wife back and enjoy the hospitality of our truly gracious host Giulia! Many thanks for the pleasure of staying with you.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Guendalina’s lovely apartment in Trastevere. The place has so much charm and character: big windows looking out onto a picturesque narrow street, a beautiful little terrace decorated with lush plants, a unique layout with a loft area (with steep steps - travelers with mobility issues or young children should be aware) and far more space than the photos suggest. Art and photos are everywhere, making it feel like a warm home, not a sterile rental. We found everything we needed and the place was spotless. Guendalina was very generous and allowed us to check in early, which was so helpful since we were traveling with an 8-year-old, and was sweet about checking in on us after arrival and very responsive during our stay. The location is terrific. Trastevere is the finest neighborhood in Rome for walking, exploring, and being centrally located to most of the major sights; we walked everywhere, and beauty was around every corner. The host was very friendly, we left our luggage at the airport and helped us in the room to accept the luggage.Also deliberately greeted us at the address.Other than that it is indeed a little far to go some places of interest, but the traffic is very convenient and the metro and bus at the doorstep.It is clean and very comfortable.

The condo is beautifully furnished and comfortable. The condo smelled wonderful with scents in each room. The master bedroom had plenty of space to store clothing; bedding was comfortably furnished with a great mattress, and high quality linens and pillows. A smart TV was in the master bedroom, and living room. The condo is located near a supermarket and restaurants. My stay was only 2 days as I was waiting for my travel companion to be released from the hospital. I regretted I did not find this condo a month earlier. I would have been way more comfortable. I highly recommend renting this condo!!

Always present, kind and ready to give me your valuable advice. Clean house, super equipped and everything in order. Relaxing. On vacation but at home. Below the house there are supermarkets, bars where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner with great ones, or opt for ready meals in supermarkets. I didn't want to cook and in fact I always ate at the bar / diner or I took things ready for food. She is a real host, very dear. Thank you so much for this beautiful Roman " break".

We had a lovely stay at Fabio's place the past month! The location is phenomenal and extremely walkable to Rome's iconic landmarks. We enjoyed grabbing gelato nearby and there are many spots nearby in the neighbourhood that were accessible to us.

Marina was a perfect host, we had all the necessary information which made the access to the accommodation and the stay very simple. She really thought of everything. The accommodation is clean, small but cozy, we were given a bottle upon arrival. The terrace is an undeniable bonus. It's a place to recommend.

Valeria was a lovely host who had very quick communication and was very helpful! Breakfast was a very nice bonus which filled us up in the morning. The location wasn’t bad as it was about 3 minute walk to bus and tram stop which took us into centre of Rome in about 30 mins but they weren’t always reliable (sometimes not showing up) and it was 10 minute walk to metro but you had to get on two trains to get into the centre. I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend in Rome!

I booked it while looking for a mid-stay accommodation from a trip to northern Italy using a rental car to a trip to the south. It's a little far from downtown, but the host's ratings and reviews were so good that I booked it, but it was much better than I expected. The host's kindness, clean and spacious space, kitchen table, and natural environment were also good. It was too bad to just stay. Next time, I want to stay for more than 2 nights. Thank you

Very nice accommodation and close to the beach, the train station and the pine forest. Walter is very friendly and contact is very easy. However, the accommodation is a little far from the city center where shops and entertainment are located. We had a lovely stay to enjoy Rome very close and the pleasures of the sea and beach

One of my favorite parts was the outdoor space. Whether sipping coffee in the morning or relaxing in the evening, the patio area offered a peaceful retreat with beautiful views. Christina is a great host, super responsive. Her place made us feel at home. One of the best Airbnb we’ve ever been in specifically if you’re visiting with your family. The only thing I missed is the WiFi, but all in all a great experience! Would surely book again when we return!

Amazing stay and an amazing host. In Rome someone broke in our car, and David was trying to help us find a car glass repair service in italian as almost noone speaks english. The very spacious, and amazing/as described. The garden is huge, chill, and you can even hear some animals from the neighbouring gardens which gives an amazing countryside vibe. The sea is very close, just need to drive in a straight line for about 5 minutes.(even in walking distance, about 20 minutes) If you love cats, definitely go, neighbouring gattos love running around 🐱 all in all 10 out of 10. Just give it a go, you'll like it! 😌
