Vacation rentals with a patio in Ostia

Our stay went very well...see more than fine .. the owners are very welcoming.. they make the effort to speak in our language to explain everything to us and give us good addresses .. everything is great and we can enjoy the outdoors which is quiet . -the litteries are of very, very good quality - nice surprises on arrival .. -Stay at our disposal during the stay Too bad our departure was so early, we would have liked to see you to say goodbye and thank you so much for this relaxing week. Michele is a great host. We felt right at home. Communication was very clear from the moment we booked until we checked out. Place was clean, tidy and in a great location. We’ll definitely recommend the place to friends and family and keep it in mind for our next trip back to Rome.

Excellent, excellent, excellent place and stay. Could not recommend more! Giulia was super friendly and helpful. The studio is extremely nice, comfortable, clean and well located. It felt like any 5 star hotel. The small touches like coffee, TV, pristine white sheets, super clean bathroom, instructions about nearby restaurants and public transportation all added to the experience greatly. Thanks Giulia, we had the best time in Rome and a big part of that was your outstanding studio.

Thanks to Gionny! We had a lovely place to stay with proximity to the beach, resturants and public transport. Gionny was always available and very helpful. There is parking in front of the house and the street is typical Italian. The neighborhood was unobtrusive and quiet. Thank you Gionny! 😊

For us it's one of the best homes we've been to. It has made us feel at home, comfortable and comfortable, the decoration of the place spectacular and the very thoughtful details. Very central, we've gone everywhere on foot. Thank you for the entrance and exit, they have been all facilities, kindness and generosity. It's a six stars out of five. It was a beautiful stay with a vey friendly host, Federica gave me very good advice on how to navigate the nearby public transport and she has very cute pets which is always a big plus for me 😁 would for sure return!

We really enjoyed this space! It’s really close to the beach and there are some cute restaurants. The space was very clean and I really appreciated Maria was so helpful with our leaving time. We stayed for two nights after our stay in the centre of Rome and we loved spending some time at the beach. We loved the privacy and peace in that area. Thanks again, Maria!

Giulia and Ivan’s place was great ! Very clean and had all the amenities- for two adults and a child it was perfect! It was 2 blocks from the beach and well located to restaurants. The city center was a short drive with more options. Giulia’s local recommendations were amazing and we had a fabulous meal and gelato of course ! All in all a great stop over on our journey down to Amalfi.

I had a wonderful stay at Giuseppe's place near the airport! Getting into the apartment was seamless, thanks to Giuseppe’s clear instructions and responsiveness. He was always available to answer any questions, making the stay incredibly convenient and stress-free. The apartment itself was fantastic – well-heated, with fast Wi-Fi and excellent amenities. It’s perfect for a stopover, being so close to the airport, yet still offering all the comforts you need. Giuseppe’s attentiveness and hospitality truly stood out, and I can’t wait to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for such a great experience!

Amazing!! 100% Recommended. Both Lola and I felt like we were in our home. Offers all the comforts, very quiet residential area. Guarded area that made me feel very safe! Beautiful place. Great location if you want to have peace and quiet with panoramic views and do day trips to Rome via train. 1h 4min direct train ride to the city center of Rome. Great Restaurants in the Area and the Host is very responsive. The place was very clean and offers much more than you see on the pictures.

I had three fantastic and peaceful days at Gaia’s beautiful flat. Everything was as described and seen in the photos and this is absolutely a super important point for myself. As a solo traveler and digital nomad ,it had everything I needed. Especially the opportunity of going to the beach through the back gate and being on the beach in the blink of an eye was priceless. Fabulous house, looks better than the photos! Spotlessly clean. Paulo was super helpful and friendly, lots of good helpful advice including how best to get to Rome and where to park foc. Easy to sign into your Netflix account for cosy evenings in. Very airy and spacious yet cosy and comfortable. The best accommodation in our 3 week Italian road trip.

Domus Marina is a beautiful, spacious well kept property in a great location with views of the Colosseum directly from the windows! With a Metro stop a short walk away (400m) it’s ideal for seeing all the sights in Rome. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms clean and well kept. Kitchen will equipped with everything you need. As it’s an older building (expected in Rome with its history) I would advise ear plugs for street noise and there is a family upstairs with young children so you could hear noise from 6am. Lucas was very responsive and was at the property waiting for us when we arrived (even though it was a late flight). Lucas covered all aspects of the property and gave us an excellent restaurant recommendation that we visited twice and was only 50m from the property!! There is also a 24hr supermarket express directly across from the apartment. I would highly recommend the property and it was the perfect base for your enjoyable and memorable trip to Rome. This is my second time staying in this apartment and it's probably my favorite place to stay in Ciampino! Everything is simple and comfortable as I like, the area is quiet and the apartment is really nice! If I don't find it available on the next trip, I would be in crisis! haha

My husband and I loved the location of this apartment. It's in the heart of Trastevere but walkable to the Centro. It's on a busy side street with a lot of foot traffic (also a super cafe and gelateria!) but the apartment, despite being at ground level, is silent. (The bedroom is in the back, which helps.) The bedroom especially was very comfortable with nice bedding and blankets. As others have noted, the bathroom is a little quirky and it takes a while to figure out the shower, but we found it perfectly serviceable and very clean. Will definitely stay again--perfect for a couple.

Very friendly meeting with Vruno at check-in. Location beautiful and quiet, many things from there easily accessible on foot. Good shopping. The equipment is functional and everything has flair - that's great! The balcony in the Roman backyard with the pomegranate tree and the kitten that visited us every night was beautiful for us and a haven of peace after the hustle and bustle of the city! Thanks to you Fabrizio, to you Assunta for communication and Bruno for the extremely friendly welcome, although we didn't arrive until 11pm! I want to come back❤️! Gudula

Riccardo was very quick to respond to any queries and his instructions were clear and concise for getting into the apartment with helpful photos. He even accommodated us with an early check in. The apartment was quiet and very clean with a comfy bed and good supply of hot water in the shower. There was a supermarket right next door and an easy walk to the Metro Line A which took us to a lot of the main attractions. We thought enjoyed our stay many thanks.

Great location to get around the capital. The house is as described, also the three floors on foot with a spiral staircase. Beautifully furnished, recommended.

The property is located in the center of the city, a beautiful apartment with a dreamy view that gives the best Roman atmosphere you can ask for on a trip. The owners are available for everything and very nice. I'm sure I'll be back to this apartment

Fabiola made our stay most enjoyable. She responded very quickly to all communications. On check in Fabiola produced a map of Italy and went through all places of interest and local eating spots. The location was quiet and spacious. It was just far enough away from the busy spots but close enough to walk everywhere. No need to use public transport. She also recommended the airport bus which drops you a few minutes walk from the apartment. Would definitely stay again. The ultimate host.
