Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ostia

Laura is such a special host. This was my second time staying here, and she definitely made me feel at home. Due to her hospitality, this is my favorite place to stay. Laura is very kind and responsive. She is so helpful with all of her recommendations and accommodations. This Airbnb is very quiet and quaint (picture perfect). You do not even feel like you’re in such a busy city like Rome. I cannot recommend this place enough 🥰

I really love Alessandra"s warm and private home. I slept like a baby. The home is stocked with all that I need to make my stay very comfortable.

We decided to stay here on our last night before flying out early the next day and it was perfect. The house was clean, spacious and Lucilla is so helpful. We spent the afternoon walking to the piers and enjoyed the sunset on the beach. She recommended wonderful restaurants where we had amazing seafood, there's also supermarkets conveniently located close by. She also helped us to arrange a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Would recommend if you are tired of all the crowds in Rome to wind down and have a peaceful time!

First, if you are thinking of staying here, DO!! The apartment was just as described and very clean. Location is spectacular. Very cute and having 2 bathrooms was great. We will definitely stay here again if in Rome. I have only one thing I would plan for that didn’t work. If planning to use the washer and dryer, get directions. It is a combined washer/dryer and we were not successful in working it. I DID NOT ask for directions so that was on us Americans. 😂

We stayed for a long weekend, 3 adults and 1 dog; we had a really great time, although I am not a genius in orienting ourselves we were able to visit everything we were interested in; although very close to the station we did not have any problems from this (noises, etc...), being able to leave the house at the last moment to go has undoubtedly its advantages!!! The perfect house, it doesn't hurt anything, in fact, we also found more than what I was asleep (toiletries, various groceries...), the presence of a courtyard in front of the house did its own thing, since the dog is not a little to be in the open air in tranquility!! . I highly recommend it, for us it was a great experience!!!!

Camilla's place was as described. It is a small house with all the comforts. A kind attention was waiting for us when we arrived: the breakfast and a warm welcome from Roberto. All the basic ingredients, even more, were present ( drinks in the fridge.) The closest metro station is Manzoni on the red line which makes it possible to reach all the most important sites and a bus station is on the street. A convenience store open until 8pm is 2 mins away. If you want to have a stay close to Roman life, this house is ideal

They are great people. They welcomed us very well. The house is great. It is very close to Ottavia train station, where you can go every side of Rome. We will definetely come again. Thanks alot.

A perfect place for our group of 3! The location was very close to the Colesseum and central to our other walkable adventures. Flaviana was very flexible with our check in and gave crystal clear instructions which helped us check in swiftly and start our Roman holiday on a positive note.

We had an amazing stay at Giulia & Federica's apartment! Looks even better than the photos, great location and they were very responsive to our requests. We would recommend to anyone visiting Rome!

Beautiful place with a nice outdoor patio for wine, drinks, und unwinding at the end of the day. Indoors was very cozy. The location is very central so you can walk to most places. For longer trips, Uber will pick you up right at the outside the door.

We loved our stay! Great location. Walkable to all attractions including Trastevere. We were able to check in early. Federica even helped with dinner reservations before we reached Rome and had great recommendations. Very responsive. Also was able to arrange pickup from airport. The apt is very clean, our family had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment near the Colosseum! The interior was spotless and modern, with every detail thoughtfully designed. The bed was very comfortable, making it easy to recharge after a day of exploring. Our host was very friendly, offering flexible check-in and fantastic local recommendations that truly enhanced our trip. We highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Rome!

Fabrizio's rooftop retreat is so adorable and in a great location. It’s close to bus stops and the metro, as well as some major landmarks in the city. The stay was clean and comfortable. We especially loved enjoying wine on the rooftop. There are several stairs to get up there, but it was worth the view! Just don't pack any heavy luggage. ;) Fabrizio and Simone were very responsive when we had questions. This was a great stay and we highly recommend it!

This place is definitely a beautiful spot if you love good views and appreciate artistic flare! Everything was very clean and tidy and there were a couple nice touches such as a bottle of bubbly and breakfast items :). The host was very responsive and polite. I would 100% recommend.

Paolo was absolutely amazing. His place is in the best location. Very convenient to all the sites in Rome. He was extremely helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. I highly recommend his place!

It was my wife and I’s first time to Rome and couldn’t be happier with this stay. Stefano was extremely helpful, gave great recommendations and made us feel at home. The location is perfect. I highly recommend it as it’s slightly out of the main touristy areas but still a short walk to the center of Rome. There’s so much to do in the Trastevere neighborhood as well. We will definitely be booking this again when we come back to Rome.

Very nice time in Rome and with Enrico

Claudio's place is full of charm , outside to inside. It was exactly what we wanted for a unique Trastevere experience. The location is great as well. We were also able to walk to Rome center and to Vatican city. Claudio was great at communicating with us, always responded super fast. He even made it possible for us to check in early in the morning. We can't complain about anything. Absolutely the best kind of AirBNB experience you want.

I can't recommend this apartment or the hosts enough. It was exactly as described, if not better. Fabio and Federica picked us up from the bus stop as it was raining and drove us to the apartment although it was walking distance and they even helped us with our luggage. They gave us recommendations for everything from restaurants to bus routes. On check out they even offered to allow us to stay in the Airbnb a little after check out time if needed. The apartment was fully equipped with washing machine and pods to use, dishwasher and tablets to use and extra bedding if needed. The ironing board and iron was also appreciated after our clothes had been crumpled in the case. Although we didn't use it, the TV came with Netflix and prime TV in English & the cupboards had board games etc. Overall I couldn't have asked for more and would highly recommend

Perfect spot for Rome sightseeing! We were very happy with this apartment, and were able to walk to every attraction we were interested in. It is also located near a lot of amazing cafes for breakfast, and restaurants for lunch and dinner. It is in a quieter area but still plenty of people on the street walking around. The stairs getting up to the apartment had us out of breath but really were not too bad. Thank you to a wonderful host, we also had pre-arranged airport transportation that made travel more relaxing. The apartment was perfect for our trip and we’d recommend to others to stay.

Stefano was such a pleasant host and we were very happy with our choice to stay there. The house was super clean with easy access to many tourist sites. We will definitely choose to stay here again.
