Waterfront vacation rentals in Italy

My wife and I stayed in Nertilia's apartment, which corresponded to what was listed on the site. Very clean apartment with attention to the smallest details. Hosts available and gave us directions and tips on Lake Como. We had a great time, we recommend it.

Patrizia was very pleasant and responded to any questions, the apartment is ideally located in Maiori and spacious. We landed late in the evening so if you have a late flight pick up some groceries as there was nowhere open and there wasn’t anything in the apartment.

The apartment was as described in the ad, clean, everything worked, shower was good, beds comfortable, plenty of wardrobe space and kitchen was fine. Great location in the centre of Levanto on a shopping street on the 2nd floor, but not noisey and all you need really close, shops, supermarket, resteraunts, railway station and beach. There are steep stairs up to the apartment, but we had no problem with them. Antonella was very helpful and responsive. Overall we had a great stay and are already thinking of coming back. Rosa and Nello were fantastic hosts. They were incredibly responsive, very helpful and friendly and even met us close to the apartment and carried my pack up the hill. I wish all hosts were as amazing as them. The apartment was very clean, open and airy and had an amazing view of the marina and beach. The instruction book they had covered everything you would need for the apartment. They were there when we left and Nello even flagged down the shuttle bus we missed so we did not have to trudge up the switchback cliff and all the way to the train station with our gear. I would very much recommend this apartment if you are looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area without the bustle you would find in Sorrento. A definite ten out of ten.

We loved our stay at this beautiful Airbnb. Amazing location, easy to get to from train station. Hosts were extremely responsive/helpful (even assisted with making us dinner reservations one night). We moved kitchen chairs in front of the window and enjoyed evenings with a bottle of wine with the fresh air and beautiful views. Would stay again.

We were allowed to experience five wonderful days in the fantastic villa directly on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located below the street, so the noise from the cars can only be heard weakly (the way down with some stairs was no problem for us). We rented the apartment Limone on the 2nd floor: the apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and we found everything clean and very well prepared. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic! The communication and support by Sabine and Albert was very pleasant, our inquiries were answered quickly and kindly and competently. Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place that can be reached quickly on foot. We hope to spend days there again and highly recommend this place!

One of the best views of the sea we've ever had! This location was so beautiful and drinkong espresso on the terrace overlookong the ocean was absolutely wonderful. There are a ton of places to park and a ton of things in walking distance too. This is a very lovely place to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this apartment. Everything was perfect, from check-in to checkout. The apartment is in a great location, close to everything: fishmonger, convenience store, supermarket, restaurants... It is also in a great location for visiting the surroundings, such as Taormina, Catania and many other beautiful sites. The view is simply amazing, especially at sunset — a real moment of magic, with the sea almost to ourselves. The apartment is bright, cozy and perfectly equipped. A huge thank you to Elvira for her kindness and availability throughout the stay. She was always responsive and thoughtful. Frankly, nothing to complain about: these 15 days were exceptional. We leave with memories full of heads and the desire to come back!

The serene location with the most beautiful views. The home was larger than expected and beautifully decorated. Perfect to pop over to Venice for the day. Venice is too crowded to stay. We prefer relaxed areas. I will tell everyone I know to come and enjoy your lovely place. Thank you.

nice house to spend days with family members or friends

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

Amazing and restful place. Beautiful garden, terrace. Stunning pool and private beach. The house is spacy and has all amenities. Roberto is a wonderful host, his welcoming was so warm. He was always responsive and recommended us very good places to enjoy ! Thank you again !

Right in front of the lake.. Has a little patio where you can have your coffee. Peaceful. has a dual heater and a/c unit that works great for quick temperature changes.

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Amazing place!!! Great host! Everything was perfect, the nature reserve Zingaro is worth a million visits! Lovely view over the sea from the terrace.

We had a great time here, Salvatore was very helpful and responsive. The place was a great spot to visit the surrounding towns and find easier parking compared to the rest of the town. The place has a lovely private access to a nice cove.

Elena is a very pleasant Host. She is super helpful and friendly. He also recommended where to dine and showed us a bit of the strategic points of the area. The home is fully stocked. Elena even offers intimate towels for women. In the morning we also received warm and fresh croissants, and we had everything available for breakfast. The view from the apartment is spectacular and when we went we didn't even pass too many cars that bump the atmosphere. Unfortunately, we did not use the pool because it is still a maintenance period, but we saw it and it is very nice. The garage is spacious and close to the apartment. Included in the spaces there is a very large terrace, cozy and equipped with loungers, shade or sun, preferably, barbecue and table with chairs. Really beautiful stay!! The only downside, not for us, if you don't like long walks, in the surroundings, you can't walk to the places as a first necessity

Really spectacular house with a crazy view, inside the furniture, kitchen and bathroom is all new, I did not find anything out of place, really impeccable, I think I will return in the future

We absolutely recommend the accommodation offered by Andrea. It's a beautiful apartment, even more beautiful in real life, great location, right on the edge of Lake Maggiore, we are a 15-minute walk from the pier to go to Stresa and the Borromean Islands. A real gem. Andrea is very responsive and charming, he responds almost immediately, they welcomed us in person and gave us plenty of advice. Unbeatable experience!

Giorgio is a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment is clean and tidy and has air conditioning. The beach and city center are within walking distance and there is free parking 15 minutes from the apartment. The place is quiet and close to the coast. Giorgio was always available when needed and lives right in the apartment next door. We recommend this airbnb!

Andrea was very responsive all the time. Andrea’s place is beautiful. Very modern and clean and had everything my wife and I needed including an iron, washing machine, and a cool sound system. The kitchen was fully functional as well. The views from the balcony and bedroom are amazing. Just as shown in the pictures. Andrea had many suggestions of things to do and places where to eat that were quite helpful. Our stay was very enjoyable. This place is truly a gem in Lago di Como.

A bright and cozy apartment with a fantastic view of the sea and Etna. Everything is working, comfortable beds, impeccable cleanliness. Very convenient self check-in, very clear instructions. Palmira responds immediately and in a friendly way to every question. Absolutely recommended. I'll be back soon!
