Vacation home rentals in Italy

This vacation home is perfect. We were 6 people, having a large terrace on the ground floor and another smaller one with a living room on the 1st floor is great since we could each have our own space. My only regret: not staying longer. The hosts are very available and a surprise awaited us from the local bakery. Thank you🙏 I highly recommend this dream house.

We and our dog felt super comfortable from the first second. We were greeted with a wine from our own vineyard and tasted the wine on the wonderful terrace :) Everything is incredibly beautifully furnished and maintained and the kitchen had everything we needed incl. delicious coffee in the morning ☕️ Parking directly at the house was a big plus for us. Tracey gave us great tips for a winery and a restaurant for truffle pasta😍. She was always available and responded super quickly. We will be happy to come back ! Thanks Tracey

Beautiful spot in a lively part of Procida, perfect to enjoy the marina, day and night. It was what we were looking for, and were delighted to stay at Eliana's.

Antonella’s Chez Amelie (named after her daughter) will be one of our most treasured family memories. Climbing up the many rocky steps to the home wasn’t easy (to be fully transparent) in particular with luggage. But the home, scenery and ambience of the location was marvelous! Antonella is a great hostess, almost immediately responsive and sweet as can be. We got used to walking to town and back each night for dinner, and while challenging for my family, it’s easier without luggage! We also ate at La Preferita, a family restaurant down the street. This was a lovely and tasty experience. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I’d definitely return to Chez Amelie (with much less luggage)! Thank you, Antonella!

This is the perfect location to explore Matera and all its beauty. Luigi’s apartment exceeded expectations in amenities, function and cleanliness. My wife and I loved our stay here!!

Antonella is a great host. I can confirm all the good comments in the reviews. We went there with a car and always found a free parking lot - also Antonella assisted in finding one when we were unsure whether we would get one late at night. I visited with my 76 year old grandmother- she managed the stairs without any bigger trouble so if you’re under 60 and somewhat flexible you won’t have any problems at all. I would recommend 10/10 times Definitely an AirBnB Gem!

We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Amazing and unique place. Looks even better in person, real stone house with elegant details and Sicilian decorations. Having a morning coffee on the balcony is the highlight of this place. It is sunny with a great view on the city. We've been to many places in Sicily. We did not miss anything in this place, I would highly recommend it. Take it while it's available.

It’s a well decorated studio in a good location, central to the eastern side of the island. Really nice pool, Marcello was very nice and helpful.

Our stay at Katia’s Airbnb was truly exceptional, the best we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived we felt warmly welcomed. A beautiful cake, a fully stocked fridge/pantry, and fresh tomatoes/herbs made settling in easy and comfortable. Katia and her family continued to amaze us with their hospitality: a homemade lemon dessert, limoncello, fresh focaccia, and wine. The house was spotless, spacious, and full of charm, with everything we could need. We loved the two outdoor dining areas, terrace with a stunning view, and hot tub which was perfect for Amalfi evenings. Katia was kind, responsive, and full of great recommendations. The location was ideal: close to shops/transport yet also peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle typical of Amalfi coast towns. When my sister fell ill, Katia went above and beyond, arranging help and support. Her care meant the world. This wasn’t just a holiday, it was a heartwarming experience. We can't wait to hopefully return one day!

Antonella was an incredible host! She was quick to communicate, warm and friendly and always willing to help out. She even dropped us off at our dinner reservation 😊 The house itself is good with an incredible view. Bed was comfy and everything was well equipped. You will need to do lots of walking to get around and there are loads of stairs. Great stay altogether!

It's been a great time. Very quiet area. Everything you need is within easy reach. The accommodation is lovingly designed. Everything very clean and very new. The hot tub is great, we will be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our stay with Angelo. His property is beautiful and very comfortable. We had a wonderful wine tasting with Angelo and purchased several to enjoy in our rooms and at the beautiful swimming pool. The location was very easy to drive to wineries and restaurants. Would highly recommend this property.

I recently just stayed at this location and I enjoyed every minute of it especially the view. The spa being inside the house had to be one of my favorite things. I had a situation where I had no charger because the port in Europe is different. The host immediately found a solution for me and was able to help I enjoyed my stay and would come back here again.

I really enjoyed Giulana’s place, it was clearly renovated with much care. The ceiling of the top floor is just breathtaking… The surrounding area is safe, there are lots of restaurants, bakeries, cheese shops and other small stores nearby. By walking you can easily reach 2 metro stations (MaterDei and Museum), and the historic center is also reachable by a 10min walk. As a host, Giuliana was really nice and approachable, proactive and gave excellent recommendations. She replied really quickly as well during our stay, and did everything to accommodate our requests. The only two things I would say could be improved (for me personally) was that the mattress was too soft, I’m used to more of a medium firm mattress, but that’s personal of course. The fridge gets a bit too noisy during the night, but since I use earplugs anyway it wasn’t an issue for me, just for my husband. Anyway, I would choose Giuliana’s apartment again and again.

Andrean's accommodation near the Colosseum was so nice!! It was clean, and I ate the food that was prepared for breakfast very well. ^^ It wasn't hard to find, and it was a well-managed house. I stayed with my 8-year-old and 10-year-old children while traveling to Rome, and I am so satisfied with the house. I recommend it. Next time I come to Rome, I want to stay at Andrean's house again. 👏

Place was as advertised, very beautiful ocean view. Raffaele was communicative and helped organize a taxi to pick us from the airport and even was flexible when it came to a slightly later check out when our next destination had a later check in!

Amazing place! 15 min walk straight to the Vatican, close to great restaurants without the crowds, bus stops and metro close by. Took my 80 year old parents and two toddlers, and the accommodations met all we needed to care for them. had so many toys, fridge fully stocked with food for our arrival. Chinzia is the best host. She responds so quickly and is truly a gem. Caring, understanding, attentive. Would definitely stay here again!

Giuseppe's place is located well within a short walk from a metro, shops, restaurants, bistros and even a playground for children. We enjoyed mornigs and evenings at the terrace. The apartment is furnished tastefully as per pictures. Giuseppe communicated with us well and he replied to our questions quickly. We had a great stay and we would recommend this place.

Great experience couldn’t be happier with our stay. I appreciated the apartment and the safety features of the locked entrance was a big plus for us. Definitely made our trip to Rome great!

Casa Lou was the perfect getaway for our family holiday. Daniele the host and Bea the local contact were incredible to deal with. Above and Beyond helpful and responsive and offered great local insights to the area, restaurants and activities. Even though Positano is a place built up the mountain and has many steps, the walk to shops, restaurants and the waterfront is very manageable and a lift nearby is very helpful too. Would highly recommend staying at Casa Lou And the view outside your window is a total knockout, especially at dusk. Just Wow!!! 💗
