Amazing villa, don’t hesitate to book it! It is a luxury property with lots of modern features, in the perfect location, peaceful and quiet with stunning countryside views but only 20 mins walk to Florence city. Karin the host is very helpful and friendly and she has thought of everything to make it a special stay for guests. 100% recommend and would love to visit again!

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

A beautiful home, architecturally special. Lots of space, well structured. Camilla is an amazing host. So communicative and responsive. Points to note if staying, taxis can be a challenge so if not driving talk to Camilla on options / early taxi booking as busses din’t run late and it is not easily walkable. Beach shoes a good idea to pack as it is worth the stroll over the rocks to hop in the sea. Would recommend the location just for the views.

We had an amazing stay at Michael's place. It was beautiful, nicely equipped, super quiet and perfect for some relaxing days in this fantastic wine region.

We had the most wonderful stay at Olga’s place. We had 6 adults and two children and there was still plenty of space. The house was beautifully appointed and the outdoor space with the view was the perfect place to relax.

Family loved the villa and pool. The closest village is only a few minutes away and has stunning views. There's a great butcher in town as well.

My family and friends had a simply wonderful stay in this beautiful villa. We chose it because it was a little further off the beaten path and more “authentic old Italian villa” feeling than other places in Sicily. And it delivered exactly the experience we were looking for and more. The villa itself was spacious and yet adorable. Huge old and beautiful windows and doors to bring the outside in. Had everything we needed. The views and outdoor space around the villa were also so lovely and enjoyable. Beautiful little olive orchard. Terraces and outdoor entertaining spaces galore. The game room and pool were awesome for our kids. The pool is unheated, but warm enough to use mid April. But the best part about this villa was the experiences Rosario coordinated for us. We had 2 nights where a chef came over to cook us dinner. The chef turned out to be the neighbor, who cooked the most delicious Sicilian meals we’ve had. She also arranged a visit to a farm and limoncello maker. Amazing!

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. The views and privacy were amazing. We had 4 couples with plenty of room for each. Viviana was super in communication, recommendations and making us all feel at home. She arranged yoga and meals at the home with chef. All fantastic additions. We swam at private beach everyday which was clean and easily accessible. The Property is located within a safe, enjoyable 20 min walk to Cefalu town. A truly special place.

We had a great time at Luisella and her husband's. Everything was perfect, the house is very beautiful, the garden is very well maintained. There is a trampoline, goats, and a beautiful pool to cool off. The bedding is also very good. Luisella and her husband are very welcoming and even though they live in another wing of the house with an independent entrance we didn't see them except when needed. Thank you again for hosting us!

Absolutely beautiful home! We very much enjoyed our stay and the area of Sarteano. We will be back again!

What a wonderful stay. Perfect house for a family holiday with plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful and the beds all king size and comfy. The outdoor space and pool are perfect for relaxing after exploring the local area. Within easy reach of exploring the Tuscan gems of Siena and Montipluciano as well as lesser known villages such as spectacular Montone. Alessandro was so responsive and helpful providing recommendations for wine tours and a local chef. The local restaurant Mimmi is not to be missed - authentic home cooked food that was one of the best meals we ate - and the bar was set high. Thank you Alessandro for a wonderful and memorable stay.

Cases Nucci was a magnificent place. The views are amazing. The history behind the property was so cool. Ricardo was so nice and helpful from checking in, recommendations, and showing us around. I would love to come back here again. What a hidden gem!

Staying with Carmelo and Christina was an absolute dream. From the moment we arrived, they made us feel like family — warm, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. Their hospitality goes above and beyond anything we’ve experienced before. The cooking class was a true highlight — intimate, hands-on, and filled with laughter and stories. Carmelo and Carlo brought so much heart and tradition to the experience, and the food we made together was better than anything we’ve had in restaurants. The tour they led was equally exceptional — personal, immersive, and filled with local charm. You could feel how much they love sharing their culture and community. After this trip, I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Italy. Carmelo and Christina set a new standard. This wasn’t just a stay — it was an experience I’ll never forget. I’m already dreaming about my next visit.

Our family of 11 enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, historical home. The check in was easy with clear instructions. The neighborhood was friendly and we walked to the close by market and restaurants Public transportation was easily accessible The host responded quickly to our inquiries and provided helpful information.

This place is incredible, it’s clean, comfortable and feels like home. The villa is fully stocked and everything is thought of. We had an amazing time here, lounging and using the pool. Marco gave us fabulous recommendations which we loved. Marco’s sister also prepared us a delicious meal that was just the best end to an amazing stay. I’d definitely recommend this villa and its gorgeous surroundings to anyone. Go raibh míle maith agat Marco!

From the moment we arrived Luigi and his family were extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. On our first evening we were given 2 enormous freshly baked pizzas. Most welcome after a long day travelling here. As a party of five adults we stayed for two weeks and glad we did. The views from the Terrace were amazing, with spectacular sunsets. From the large deck and pool areas you can quietly relax and enjoy views of the sea or mountains. At meal times the fabulous gas Webber BBQ was greatly appreciated. Inside the rooms, there were some charming, decorative features which added to the ambience of the property. A large open kitchen/lounge area provides a lovely social space. From the property was a fabulous walk with amazing views over the Bay of Naples and Versuvius. The small village nearby is very friendly but as mentioned in other reviews a small car is essential which our hosts also helped us to arranged.

Immaculate villa with plenty of space for everyone. Exceeded our expectations. Remote location best for people who have a car however peaceful and very close to drive into town in 10 minutes. Amazing restaurants nearby. Spectacular views. Beautiful pool area. Attentive friendly hosts. Especially beautiful Elmo the dog.

Simone was a truly fantastic host. He was always so friendly, eager to help, and checked in with us every few days to make sure everything was okay, but never to the point it felt like it was encroaching on our privacy. Both check in and check out were super easy. The villa and its surroundings are absolutely stunning. I’d go as far to say it’s the best airbnb I have stayed in. The photos don’t show just how many areas there are on different levels which is great if you like to have a bit of privacy or different views every now and then. We loved watching the sunset over Tuscany each night. If you find steep hills a bit of a challenge, you may have difficulty walking to/from town, but this is no problem if you’ve hired a car. We spent a week here- half for work and half for leisure. Traveling with two children under 6 can sometimes feel challenging but we immediately felt at home at Rosella’s. The beautiful home greeted us with a welcome basket full of coffee and goodies- the pool was devine and the bedding was really really comfortable. We have already recommended this listing to a few friend and we would welcome the chance to come back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! Janet and Nicholas are exceptional hosts :) responsive and very kind, it was a pleasure to communicate with both of them. I must also add their property management company is fantastic, we had the pleasure of meeting 2 lovely gentlemen. Top service from everyone. Thank you :)) The day we arrived my first thought was ~ what an immaculate property! The outside has such stunning views of Todi and the surrounding hills, the pool and gardens are truly beautiful, you can tell everything was done with such thought and care. The gorgeous kitchen and outside wood burning grill were our favorite part! Evenings with the sun setting were truly special. Their home is exceptional. We will treasure our week long stay :)

Salvatore was lovely and helpful from start to end, the house was beautiful and tidy, outdoors were peaceful and looked exactly like the photos. Upon arrival, Salvatore gave us a detailed tour of the villa and made us feel at home. Lari, his colleague was very friendly and kind and Adriano, who maintains the pool and outdoor area was a delight to speak to, brought us fresh pastries and eggs every morning and gave us local recommendations. Overall, completely worth the price and would definitely stay again!

The host Leo was lovely and very welcoming. He was very professional and efficient in all our correspondence and would provide me with recommendations for restaurants, locations to visit and tours. More importantly though he assisted with the planning of our two weeks. The wine tasting experience with Tomas was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and hospitable and our family loved the wines but also the Special Family Dinner. The food and experience was amazing and one of the highlights of the trip. The villa is ideal for a family or group of ten people. It is on the vineyard, up a windy road, but was worth it for the outlook over Arezzo, day and night. It was a holiday we will treasure. We realised how lucky we were to manage to get together as a family and have a true Tuscan experience. Thank you to Leo and Tomas , and the others at the Villa, who made our time truly memorable.
