Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Italy

My wife and I came to Veronica’s place to stay for our honeymoon. We were warmly greeted by Veronica at arrival. The scenery was absolutely stunning and majestic. The house was quaint and enjoyable. I loved every part about it. The only recommendation I would give for future parties is the respond time from the host, aside from that it was an amazing experience and I would be back!

Mario's place is sensational. I can't imagine a better view anywhere! The terrace is so incredible that it was hard to leave the apartment each day. There are so many good restaurants right on the doorstep and Mario gave us a few great recommendations too.

One of our favorite places we have ever stayed, truly a gem. It is about 15 minutes from town though so I would recommend a car or a scooter. It was very clean, beautiful view. Sabrina is absolutely fantastic, so helpful and kind. Will be coming back!!

The place is amazing. We had an amazing time using the house amenities and visit the surrounding area. Elena was simply adorable the whole time, always helpful and very kind . I would love to comeback in the future for sure.

Beautiful, modern, refined and clean apartment, a small jewel immersed in the ancient part of cefalù... you will not disappoint! Complete with all the comforts possible and the right space to enjoy in total relaxation a vacation to disconnect from the usual routine... the host Giorgia is very friendly, helpful and kind and knows how to put you at ease immediately making you feel at home, capacity not discounted and today not for everyone., I very little to say but that everything was absolutely perfect! What is for sure and that we will definitely return to this little slice of 🫶🏻🫶🏻 paradise thanks again for your hospitality

Martina’s place was in a stunning location away from the hussle and bussle but not far from the village… I would say that I thought that the photography of the inside of the place did not do it justice - the furniture is modern and Martina had decorated for Christmas I probably cannot make it back as I live in Australia but I highly recommend to you to stay there - beautiful memorable place you will never forget Also has lots of extras in kitchen which was appreciated

This place is an absolute dream! It feels like you’re living in a fairy tale when you’re here. The property is so gorgeous, with rows of olive trees and views of Florence in the distance. The tree house itself is incredibly well done, all of the details shows how much care was put into it. It’s such a relaxing place to stay and watch the sunrise and sunset. One thing to note is that the bathroom has a glass door in front of the toilet so you have to worry about that a bit, but it’s an easy work around! Additionally the treehouse is closer to other buildings on the property so it’s not as private as it could be. That being said, people can’t see into the tree house so you don’t really notice! The host also delivered a delicious spread of pastries each morning which was such a lovely way to start things off. Would go back!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay! The location of the house is unbeatable if you are looking for privacy, peace and quiet. Breathtaking views of the vineyards and mountains. The house is beautifully renovated, clutter free, and very clean. Our baby was accommodated so well with a lovely big cot, high chair and even a toy chest full of toys! Really can’t complain about anything at all. Arianna is a great host, she was so accommodating, helpful and flexible. She also provided so many recommendations for things to do in the local area. Highly recommend and hope to be back in future!

We had a great stay in Bogliasco visiting family this November. The apartment is beautiful, but the view is what really makes it special. Sofia was responsive and helpful with directions. As someone else mentioned, you have a small check-in window which made it a bit tricky to coordinate if you’re spending the day traveling like we were, but we made it work. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Venice was absolutely unforgettable! The property offers a stunning view of the Venice waters—waking up to that scenery each morning felt like a dream. The location couldn’t have been more convenient; it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The host was fantastic, going above and beyond to make our trip seamless. She answered all our questions promptly and helped us book water taxis to and from the train terminals, which made navigating Venice so much easier. The home itself was equipped with everything we needed, and the thoughtful touch of a recommendation book was a lifesaver—it guided us to some incredible spots we wouldn’t have found otherwise. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay in Venice. We would absolutely return!

This is the perfect area to stay in Venice. Out of the tourist fray yet easy to walk anywhere you want to go. Opening the doors to the canal for coffee in the morning was a treat. Very special to be picked up at airport and whisked to the flat via private boat. A Host responsive to all questions. Would return!

That was great! The place is great, the view from the place is amazing, the walks around are great! Andrea is responsive, and has great tips! I would recommend this place to all nature lovers and peaceful corners. Nothing better to relax! Plus Andrea and her family offer meal delivery services and it's great, the food is great and the products are super quality! Thanks to Andrea for her few days of vacation!!!!

Absolutely. Positively. PERFECT! In every way. As the other reviews say, this was a true EXPERIENCE, as much as it was a luxury stay. We spent 10 days in Italy and stayed here only two nights. (It was our favorite spot). We regret we we didn’t stay longer! The details of the medieval home were both functional and experiential. The views were amazing, sunset and sunrise in November were beautiful. The bed was super comfortable, as were all of the accommodations. Bathroom, temperature, kitchen amenities etc. We loved seeing the cats come to the door and taking wine to the small cave, and on the terrace. The hike in and out was outrageously cool! Chiara was a fantastic host, very communicative and kind. She took incredible care of us. Wow wow wow. We will be back!

We had the most fabulous stay at Mariacaterina’s place in Venice—our second time here, and it was just as magical as the first! This home is truly the most special place, filled with charm, comfort, and attention to detail. Beautiful condo with great walkability. Chantal was very responsive and made sure we had a great stay. I would highly recommend her unit for anyone staying in Positano for a few days.

Not far from San Marino and Ravenna, it's easy to drive yourself. The house has a sense of history, the surrounding environment is very nice, take a special photo! I can also communicate smoothly with the owner in plastic English ~ The chef of the house owner is very good, give us super delicious pie as soon as I enter the door, and local red wine and a lot of snacks, especially carefully ~ Super recommended!

We would highly recommend Leonardo’s place! It was beautiful and spacious, you couldn’t ask for anything better! Leonardo was a great host and very helpful! We would definitely come return for another visit!

Great view, the best i ever seen. Super comfortable bed. Good location, close to Amalfi. Free parking. Had a great time there.

The apartment has absolutely stunning views over the Golfo Paradiso and the balcony and large terrace are just wonderful to sit and enjoy your surroundings. Lucia and Carlos, who are wonderful, live in the same house downstairs but absolutely respect your privacy. The private parking space just above the entrance to the apartment is definitely a bonus. Even though the weather wasn't ideal while we were there, we enjoyed the apartment and did multiple excursions to the surrounding towns and back country by bike or on foot.

Manuela’s place was the perfect stay to end our holiday. Manuela was such a warm and welcoming host. She met us, helped carry our bags and told us all we needed to know about the house and the stunning town of Spello. Manuela’s house is very special. The terrace has the most amazing views and the house itself is cosy, well equipped and very artistically decorated with beautiful objects. It is very historic with such an interesting story to tell. The town had many wonderful restaurants and places of interest. We enjoyed exploring the town as well as walking along part of the old Roman aqueduct beside gorgeous olive groves. Our backroad drive to Assisi and return over Mont Subasio was breathtaking. We definitely recommend a stay at Manuela’s house in this beautiful walled town. A perfect base to explore far and wide.

Letizia was so kind and helpful during our stay. She gave us great recommendations and even helped us with our luggage on the way to the bus stop. The view of Modica from the balcony was beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Letizia's.
