Vacation rentals with a balcony in Italy

Very clean and well-furnished apartment. Great location to reach the sea and the village. I stayed with my family (2 very young children) and we had a great time! Once you arrive, you can easily walk around anything. Veronica is always available and very attentive. Highly recommended!

Nice apartment in great location for exploring Rome, exactly as described and shown on pictures. Silvia was very kind and helpful in several occasions by providing additional information, towels, storage space etc... which made our stay at her place a very pleasant experience.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in the heart of the city. We loved the little balcony sitting and people watching, and looking over at the Altar of the Fatherland! We were very comfortable in this apartment, the AC was nice and cool, the bed was very comfortable, a little bit noisy with sounds of the city but were so tired that we weren’t too bothered; no different than any other large city staying downtown! The apartment was close to lots of spectacular sights and we ate at lots of great restaurants and shopped and had a wonderful time in Rome! Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Very easy to get to from the train station or the San Stae vap stop. The apartment is huge and full of books ect, feels like home. The roof terrace is so amazing 360 view on Venezia. Susanna the local host is amazing

Great host, friendly and flexible. Spacious and light place, good kitchen, large living room and balcony. Fantastic ocean views. Easy parking. Close walk to beaches and restaurants. Pozzallo is not a town with many tourists which we appreciated. Only downside is the local youth gathering in the little park outside on weekend evenings, but the sleeping rooms are in the back and undisturbed. Absolutely good value!

Comfortable and clean apartment with a stunning view. Ilenia, the owner, in addition to being kind and caring, made us find a bottle of red wine as a welcome and at check-out she supported us in a misadventure that took place on the days of the night.

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Beautiful, clean accommodation with a great view of Lake of Como. Ideal for exploring the lake from here. A car is recommended, as there is only a limited number of shopping, beaches and restaurants in Sala Comacina itself. However, the area is full of smaller and larger towns that invite you to explore. However, if you are a late riser, you should pay attention to the bell tower, which starts early in the morning about 7 o'clock with its bell game. We had a wonderful week in Sala Comacina and enjoyed exploring the lake from the apartment!

The place is great as a base for hiking, biking, walking around Colico area. Claudia, the host, is very friendly and helpful person. You have everything you need in the place. Highly recommended and we will definitely come back😁

We found the property to be well situated and lovely. Sara was a very responsive host and we loved our stay on the lake.

We spent some really nice time in la casetta! Rita and Sandro were very helpful and flexible! The garden was very much appreciated by our 3 kids and us! Please bare in mind though that there are around 46 stairs to reach la casetta, so if you plan to take your bicycles to do the San Remo pista ciclabile, get ready to pick them up walk with them in the stairs (or go from the bottom of la casetta, there's a tight ramp)

We as a family of 4 with two small children and the grandparents stayed at Villa Orizzonte for a week - the house was perfect for us. We had enough space and space. The house was clean and everything we needed was available on site. The view was beautiful! The host Alessandra was very helpful and gave us a lot of tips. We had an emergency with our little son and she helped us a lot and even accompanied us to the hospital - dear Alessandra we thank you for your help as well as kindness!

Beautiful house on the heights of Bellano about 15 minutes walk to the lake and a little more to come back as the path goes up. Beautiful views of Lake Como. House as described. Quick access to the highway which makes it easy to radiate on the east bank of the lake. Very nice welcome and very nice stay.

Great host and even greater property! Location was perfect with an amazing view!! Everything was close by within walking distance! Alberto and his family were very helpful in the days leading up to the trip and even afterwards!

We had a great time in our stay. The apartment is very well located and Marella was very responsive. Bedding is a real plus. Recommended

This Airbnb was exactly how it looked in the pictures. The place was extremely clean and beautiful. Carlotta was very attentive and responsive. She always asked if we needed anything during our stay and how we were doing. The check in was very easy. This apartment is quiet and you will get a good night sleep. There is a small balcony off the kitchen that was very nice to sit at and look at the beautiful Roma scenery. The only small issue was the location, but that was my fault. The apartment is located exactly where it says. There is a small trek up a hill to get there, not too bad. The city center is a little ways away (40 minute walk), but we walked everywhere. Bus 64 came about every 5 minutes and will take you almost anywhere. The bus stop is about a 10 minute walk. Or you can use the Metro that is a 5 minute walk if even that much. That will also take you everywhere. Thank you Carlotta for the wonderful stay. Your apartment is beautiful.

The stay was great but some details could be more capricious, such as the towels and sheets . They were clean but already worn out in color and with a lot of use. The sofa was also worn out. Apt wide, of course, was good.

Perfect place for two people . The apartment is located in an old building that would need to be renovated like many in Palermo , perfectly located for the main tourist sites. Note that there is a Nespresso coffee maker. Apart from that, thank you very much to Maria for her restaurant addresses. Finally, if you like cities of contrasts , Palermo is for you with splendid moments but also neighborhoods requiring urban renovation. Finally the scooters and cars are kings except in the ZTL where the police watch Thanks again for our stay

We would rate Susanna’s place as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The place was very clean, modern with a vintage touch, and had everything we needed to feel at home. Our son really enjoyed the toys in the room. Having two bathrooms is a plus when traveling with kids. Since we used Milan to visit other places in the area (Torino, Lake Como, etc.) it was very helpful to have the station, Milano Centrale, so close. Also, very close to the apartment was the subway station to get to the “Centro Storico” which was very easy to use. Also close to a supermarket which was handy, and a few steps to dozens of restaurants and cafes. Communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment. This is a beautiful property in a lovely city. Maria’s unit is the perfect spot for a couple or solo traveler. The property is well designed, spotless, and has a lovely small balcony with a beautiful sunset view of the water and boats in the harbor. Maria gave excellent recommendations for dining, aperitif, driver and activities. We loved the place and Ortygia so much we extended our stay an extra night. Maria responded to any questions within minutes. Don’t hesitate to book!

The host is kind and helpful she is very nice person, everything was great the view and the place and the pictures match the reality, but too much spiders and insects outside in the garden and little spiders inside the home. The road was hard to reach the destinantion.
