West Avenues Hideaway. Quiet, spacious, & kitchen

Private & very spacious, with it's own fenced yard. You'll feel tucked away, but it's a quick 5 min drive to downtown. There is a full kitchen, with all the basics and coffee, a living room to relax in, and a full sized bedroom with a queen bed. No TV. A/C, heat, bathroom with shower. Safe, quiet neighborhood. Perfect for several days or more. It's a duplex connected to the main house, The entrance is on a different side, so it feels totally separate. You MUST have GREAT reviews to rent it.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

My stay was very comfortable and peaceful. The host had excellent communication with fast response time when I had questions. The check-in instructions during our stay were very clear. The house is beautiful and in great located near the mall, grocery store, and lots of food places. The garden area was perfect since I had my fur baby with me. Very pet friendly. There even was a dog bed in the living room. I definitely recommend this place for your stay in Chico.

I just wanted to start out by saying that this was by far the best hidden gem in Chico. The vibe and atmosphere here are unmatched. From the gorgeous flowers, to the peaceful background, to the amazing projector for movie nights this place really had it all. It was amazing to use the hot tub and the amenities that were offered at this place, it truly felt like a home away from home thank you to our lovely hosts for making our trip truly amazing! Can’t wait to stay here again
