Family-friendly vacation rentals in North Port

only thing is there was like 1 laundry tab 1 dish tab 2 trash bags they want ya 2 clean up but nothing 2 do it with .....so it wasnt provided an it was waterer down this dish soap an laundry soap had water in them as someone had refilled the bottles an its was only $1 tree items 2 began with so make sure you have extra or go shopping otherwise everything was WONDERFUL peaceful spacious it was a great time had 2 weird times someone i think the owner came an stopped by 2 xs. an was watching us on the Camaras was a lil weird if i must say please let people know your stopping by before you peep your head around the corner even if your staying a few houses down

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

What a lovely place to stay! Sandra and her daughter were always warm, welcoming and helpful. My dog loved the yard, and the surroundings were so peaceful. The apartment has everything we needed and more.

What a wonderful home! We could not have asked for anything more. Close to beaches and shopping. Perfect home to enjoy the Florida sun and your own pool. Check in and out was simple and Dave was super easy to Correspond with. Hoping to make this a yearly trip.

What a beautiful place to stay! It was so comfortable and quiet. The pool and Jacuzzi were awesome! We were 10 minutes from anything we needed. Great location and pleasant owners. They quickly responded to any of our questions. Would definitely reserve again.

Great vacation at Mikes! (Again!) Very nice home in a very nice neighborhood with a very nice pool and hot tub. We have rented from Mike a few times and honestly, I would never rent in Florida from anyone else. The property is as advertised and anything you might need is one text message away. I Highly recommend this house as well as any of Mike’s other properties. The peace of mind, knowing that if you have a question, it will be answered, if you have a glitch, it will be fixed, and that the house will be spotless, is priceless.

This is an incredible house. The location is perfect and private. We had our little pug with us and it was exactly what we needed. The pool is warm and clean and very enjoyable as the sun goes down. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well appointed. I’ve stayed at a lot of rentals and this is one of the best. If you’re looking for a rental just book this one. You won’t be disappointed.

After seeing all of the beautiful pictures & glowing reviews, we went to The Palms on Shamrock with high expectations. We were NOT disappointed!! It really felt as if we were guests in Greg & Tracy’s home instead of renters. That same courtesy extended to our fur baby as well. I was a flight attendant for 25 years so our family has traveled a lot. This vacation was special. None of us wanted to leave. It’s easy to see why they have so many return guests. The Bradley family will definitely be back 🤗

We had a great week at Jason’s place. The location was wonderful- close to Shamrock Park and beaches. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. The house was very comfortable and had what we needed. We will definitely look into renting from Jason again and highly recommend his place.

lovely house Vladimir gave my family and I few recommendations about places to see and beaches to walk on. the house was amazing along with the pool. Vladimir made us feel welcome and went beyond our expectations.

It was an Amazing stay, beautiful home on a deadend street so not much traffic. The pool was an awesome added bonus and easy way to get the boys to take a break from the beach. Plenty of different beaches around and found tons of shark teeth. Definitely a must stay again 🏖

This home was perfect. It was very clean, and had lots of room for our family to spread out. We had both of my kids on virtual school, I had a few zoom calls for work and we took our breaks in the pool! We never ate indoors. The lanai was perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the bathtub was relaxing! Loved every minute in this house while visiting family.

This is the second year in a row that our family stayed here for Christmas break. It's spacious for all of us with 2 young boys. My son loves the fishing in the canal and we all love relaxing on the lanai while the kids swim. It is the warmest pool we have ever had for swimming. Sam's place is the real deal! Great location with peace and serenity in the neighborhood. The location is only minutes away from many cool things to do. There is a caretaker who is very responsible as well. They are very responsive and considerate to their guests with great communication should it be needed. I would stay here again anytime. Wayne
