There is only one bad thing I can say is …. They are booked for next year. It is going to be hard to replace that place. The area is perfectly located also!

Had a lovely stay here. Communication with Carmen was fantastic. Decorating in home was tasteful and lovely and we felt right at home.

Leyla's property was perfect for our stay. Came to visit our grandkids who lived in North Port and gave us a great spot to relax at the end of the night.

Paul’s house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We found the house clean, the kitchen was well stocked, there were nice beach chairs and beach towels to use and the pool was well heated. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. Paul was quick to respond to our question we had. It’s definitely a place we will stay again.

This Airbnb was wonderful! Super close to the beaches and shopping centers. Jan was responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here.

Wonderful AirBnB in South Venice. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to everything. Home is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great stay. Loved the pool and the privacy it has. And Amelia is a 10 star host! She is there for you every second of your time at her place. Hope you book with Amelia and enjoy Venice as much as we did! Get your steps in at Shamrock Park that's close to Amelia's home. The park also connects to the Legacy Trail. Venice has a lot of great restaurants. Sharky's on the Pier for beach dining is a must. Finer dining upstairs at Finn's. Banyan House Restaurant at Wellen Park was our favorite. Food was amazing. Walk up the street for dessert at the Bright Ice Scoop and enjoy live music across the street at Wellen Park's green space. Delicious dinner at Cassariano Italian Eatery. Very busy and noisy, but the food made up for it. Loved Cafe Evergreen for lunch. Pressed juices, smoothies and perfect for gluten free and vegan options.

First I would like to say thanks so much to William and Terri. What a beautiful home you have. My family and a great stay at your house I would have to say the pool was the big hit. The boys absolutely loved it. The area was beautiful the shopping in downtown Venice has tons of shops to go and check out. Manasota Key Beach was fun as well shark tooth exploring and shell hunting was great it's kind of a must do if your there. Can't say enough had a great stay beds were comfy. Thanks again William and Terri.

We loved the home. It was nice, clean and felt very homey. Had just enough, but not too much. Having all the linens and soaps was very nice and helpful. My dad who has a bad back loved the recliner in the living room. The beds were very comfortable. Even though we didn't get a chance to use it, It was nice having pods for the Keurig available to use. Gina and Sam were very nice, accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Olga’s listing was a perfect home for workcation. Has an office room, looks exactly the same from the picture, very clean, and they’ve got everything you need if you plan to cook. I take sleepy seriously and curtain kept room nice and dark in the morning. Movable shower head and instapot were added bonus for us where we were able to cook rice. Pool was super clean despite hurricane hits hard in the area, too. There has been minor issues here and there due to Hurricane Milton but Olga was very attentive and always promptly helped to solve the issue. Highly recommend to rent it if you plan to be in the area.

Not one issue and communication with the host was great. Nice neighborhood and didn’t have any issues.

The Duplex was very, very clean. The Charging Station located on the leather sofa was a wonderful extra benefit! Doris was quick to respond to the beeping smoke alarm at the time we checked into the Duplex. Another unexpected plus included the LED lighting on the King Bed headboard! The duplex is on a quiet street but also quick & easy access to a main highway. We were very pleased with our stay and will consider staying here next time.

Absolutely loved our stay here—especially as avid shark tooth hunters! This spot had everything we needed for the perfect beach day. The house was spotless and well-stocked, making it super comfortable and convenient from the moment we walked in. We really appreciated the extra touches, like the outdoor games and putting green, which made downtime between beach trips a lot of fun. The showers were incredible (great water pressure!) and the bidet was a surprisingly awesome luxury we didn’t know we needed. Only minor downside was that the house is located near a Jimmy John’s and a car wash, so there was a bit of background noise at times. That said, it wasn’t enough to keep us from relaxing and enjoying our stay. Overall, a fantastic experience—we’d absolutely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Zina's property! The home is beautiful, offers plenty of space and comfort for a relaxing getaway. It was the perfect place for us to unwind while still being close to everything we needed. Communication was seamless, and Zina was always a pleasure to deal with. She responded quickly and was more than happy to assist with any questions or needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The attention to detail is impressive, the bedding is very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped with essentials such as pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Every corner of the home felt thoughtfully prepared to ensure a comfortable stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this AirBnb. The house was immaculate and beautifully done. Very minimal decor but what is there is very aesthetically pleasing. Lots of space and the kitchen had everything you’d need if cooking a meal. The outdoor lounge area was lovely. The only minor thing is the street is narrow and there’s no sidewalks so if you’re going for a walk you need to be mindful of other cars because you’ll be walking on the narrow roads. Stores aren’t within walking distance so make sure you have a means of transportation. We visited Venice Beach and Siesta Key Beach. Both a short drive and were incredible!! All in all, we’d definitely go back again, we loved the house!

Great location, clean and cute. A great size for a large or small group of people

We were so impressed by Brian's place, the pictures do not do it justice. Spacious, private, had everything you needed are just a few of the great things. One of our moat appreciated amenities was the pool, we had our own little oasis. We were also very grateful for the beach gear! This included a cooler, beach umbrellas, several beach chairs, a sand sifter, and a wagon to carry it all. Brian was very responsive and made sure we had the best stay possible. We will definitely be back!

this was my family's home away from home during out trip to Florida. it was perfect for my family of 6. the pool and hot tub were fantastic. i would highly recommend for anyone looking for a place

What an amazing spot!! Our kids spent the days either on the dock fishing or at Manasota Beach, just a mile or 2 down the road. Birgit’s place has everything you need to enjoy your stay, from beach towels to pots and pans in the kitchen. House was clean and sleeping arrangements were perfect for my husband and I, along with our 3 kids. Will definitely be back!!!

Angel was a responsive host. The place was as described and was spotless. The airconditioner worked well- nice and cool throughout the house.

This house is beautiful! A lot bigger than the pictures look! Plenty of room and beautiful poolside relaxing. My kids loved the house and the pool the most!

This house was a wonderful find. The location was conveniently close to the beaches and there was plenty to do in the area within a short driving distance. Having the private pool in the backyard expanded the living space. The home was clean and there were plenty of towels. Deanna was a wonderful host and responded quickly to my inquiries. I highly recommend this home and hope to return.
