Tiny house vacation rentals in New Jersey

What an adorable cottage space! I arrived after a long drive to a beautiful warm house to see a cute little decorated Christmas tree! I never expected a host to go so far above an beyond. The decor was spot on as everywhere you looked was another cute little nugget to look at. I appreciated the large fluffy towels as well as the full tv lineup from the master bed space! I'd definitely love to stay again when I'm back in NJ. Thank you Mark.

Mimi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We rented it for its proximity to OCNJ without the cost and were very pleased with the amenities and location. We were at the beach in ~30 minutes and at the boardwalk in ~40 minutes and there are closer beaches, we just have a tradition of going to OCNJ. We would definitely stay again!

This was a lovely stay, perfect for a peaceful get away. Beautiful scenery to wake up to and quite neighborhood. Right by the Delaware River so you can enjoy the nice views and trails. We came with our furry friends and they loved it too..would definitely came back.

We have stayed here several times. The Cottage has everything we need and Micaela has always been responsive to our questions. The location is quiet and easy to get to.

I loved my stay in this A frame home. My husband and I brought our 8 month old and felt quite at home. The house match the pictures accurately. We would definitely stay here again. We just would like a washer and dryer available next time. Oh and the jacuzzi in the winter was a plus! We were warm while experiencing the snow flakes fall on our tongues.

The sunset cottage was the perfect place for a weekend away! The location was amazing and the house was beautiful. It accommodated my friends and me so well during our stay, we are already talking about returning! Thank you Andrea and Dan!

Absolutely loved staying here. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept on in an Airbnb—I didn’t want to leave! We came for a wedding at the Smithville Inn, which was barely five minutes away, and we definitely had the coolest accommodations of any guest attending. My only small nitpick would be that at night, we felt a bit like we were in a fishbowl, as some windows didn’t have fully closeable blinds. We would have preferred just a little more privacy. That being said, I would highly recommend this stay and will likely be back again!

Z was a super host. He took care of everything before we arrived. The house is tiny but has everything you need including a walk in closet. Kitchen is spacious, living room is comfortable and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and will come back. Thank you Z🙏🙏🙏

We had a great stay here. What a location... just a couple houses away from the beach entrance. The house was comfortable and, with its high ceilings, felt more spacious than expected. Just a short walk or drive to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf. Brandon is a kind and communicative host. Highly recommended all around.

Clinton Street Cottage was exactly what we needed this past weekend. It is both retro and modern. Sleek and comfortable. The cottage kept us warm during a snowstorm and enabled us to walk out into the beauty of it with ease. As for Lambertville, we left our phones at the Cottage and took only a Polaroid camera with us at times. This town is adorable and accessible. We will be back!

This was a perfect spot for an off-season holiday beach escape. Everything was excellent. Roy was incredibly responsive. This was a AAA positive experience.

Just like last time, Kyle's place was great. We loved coming back to a familiar place and knowing what to expect. He is always super responsive and friendly. This is quickly becoming our go-to spot in Seaside.

Jessica's place was perfect. Clean, quiet, easy to find, easy to park at. Everything we could have needed was in the home and more. Incredible for the cost!

Really enjoyed my time here. Matt is very responsive and easy to work with. Self checkin is flawless. I would highly recommend this location for anyone either staying short or long term.

This is an extraordinary place, set on the marsh with views all around. It was truly magical, looking out on the natural beauty and birds. The space is small, as described, but comfortable. We will definitely be returning!

Cody’s place is very cute. It’s small but it has all you need. We were there in the winter so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside space, but I can imagine that in the summer it’s a great place to relax after the beach. I will definitely be coming back.

The place is comfortable and cozy. We stayed for two weeks and had all the comforts of home plus its walking distance to a beautiful marina and great restaurants. Ryan and Kelly responded quickly to questions and made the stay a great one. Would definitely stay here again.

Very cute place with thoughtful touches. Quick walk to the bay was a big bonus for us! About 15-20 min from Cape May. Cute neighborhood minus the Trump signs, but it is south Jersey. Michael was very responsive and we enjoyed our girls weekend here! The only thing I’d add is a mirror somewhere in the house as it was a challenge to only have the bathroom mirror to work with. Thanks for a great stay!

We had such a wonderful stay at the Shell Cottage. We have been to Cape May several times but nothing like this before. We felt like we were just at home here. We were comfortable and walking distance to the beach was perfect with absolutely stunning sunsets. We brought our dog who also enjoyed it so much, the gated yard was perfect for him. Susan was responsive, attentive, and she paid attention to every detail which made it all so beautiful and cozy. We can’t wait to stay here again!

The place is wonderful, clean,peaceful ,easy to locate and we'll surrounded. Dixie is supportive ,understanding and ontime communicator.
