Vacation rentals with a hot tub in New Jersey

This was a fantastic spring break location for our two small small families with dogs in tow. It is early season so the outdoor spaces were not fully setup but the hot tub was amazing and the dog friendly beach was VERY close and often felt like our own private waterfront. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing getaway.

The home was perfect for our multigenerational family to get together and enjoy our new grandchild. Bryana was very responsive, and we had no problems with the house. The three floors allowed all 8 of us to get together or separate when the situation permitted. The boys loved the hot tub and the arcade games, and the girls loved the Kitchen and living spaces. Having decks on all the floors was a big win, too, when the weather was cooperating. The home is right off the bridge into Seaside Heights, so getting a ride share was simple and took no time at all and the house is situated on this strange part of Bay Blvd, which has virtually no traffic. We had a great trip and would recommend this property without reservation.

Dominick's beach home ticked the most important boxes for us ... an easy walk to the beach and pet friendly! Bonuses were the spacious interior with plenty of beds, two bathrooms, and air conditioning. The kitchen had everything we needed without being too cluttered. The backyard was nice with a hot tub and outdoor shower, but too many mosquitoes ... probably because of all the rain. Overall, we had a relaxing stay and would love to return!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Jose was a great host—very responsive and proactive. It snowed the day we arrived, and Jose made sure the snow was cleared so we could fully enjoy the place. I will definitely be looking forward to coming back.

We recently enjoyed our very first family vacation with our 19-month-old and our two dogs, and this home couldn’t have been more perfect for us! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spotless and well-maintained everything was. The house was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and stress-free. Its location is ideal—close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. Whether you're traveling with little ones, pets, or just looking for a cozy and convenient getaway, I can’t recommend this place enough!

This is such a nice place to stay at with a lot of great places to eat from nearby. It’s private and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but also close enough to everything you’d need, like grocery stores, Walmart, Dunkin’s, and more. Susan was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions I had. Would definitely come back here again and recommend this to anyone staying around this area!

The house and location are amazing! If you want to be right on the lake then this is certainly the house. You'll have everything you need and the house was spotless inside. Thank you Zach for being so responsive during our stay and allowing us to spend 10 days in your beautiful home..

I booked this place for my friends and I for the weekend beach trip. The house is super clean and comfortable. You have everything you possibly think you need even sunscreen cream. The host is very considerate. Location is good too, only 10 min to ocean city, cape may is half hour away. We have such a fun weekend. Hopefully i can come here next summer!

The only downfall was we couldnt stay longer !!!! If i knew then what i know now definitely would have booked more days. More than perfect for our family of 5!

The place was very nice. Had everything you needed for a longer stay. The beds were comfortable, the location had an indoor pool and hot tub within the resort that was open during off season. Arcade and front entrance of office building were being renovated. Would love to return during the summer season to see everything. Tara was super quick to respond and very helpful. The villas are on a golf course but it is definitely family friendly.

A lovely home! Perfect for my family and exactly what I wanted. Close to the beach but so calm and peaceful in the home. Lots of space inside and very relaxing. I would absolutely recommend.

Our first trip to Cape May was great including our stay at Ashley's and Chris! It started with a flexible check in time after reaching out to Ashley and Chris. Their house was clean, the hot tub was excellent, and the quiet neighborhood was a great break from our trips to the beach and Wildwood. I would definitely recommend staying at their place for any family!

Manish and Monika were so helpful. The property was beautiful and secluded. My family really enjoyed the game room. We would love to come back again for our next track weekend at NJMP!

Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

We had such a great time with ample space to relax and/or to play family activities! Scenic location! Also a great location to get to and from other destinations! ie Legoland, American Dream Mall etc. !!

Loved our stay and hope to come back. The property is gorgeous and we enjoyed exploring all of the trails accessible right from the back door. Kitchen and bathroom are phenomenal. Bed is extremely comfortable. And Adam was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. 10/10

Great Communication from staff. Gave great recommendation and the house was very cozy and clean. Many things to do nearby and I would recommend this for a party up to 10. I would definitely recommend this to friends and come back in the future for another hike!!!

I’ve stayed at many Airbnb’s over the years. Not all reserved by myself. However, this is definitely in the top of the cleanest ones I’ve stayed at. That’s really important to me. I know things get missed sometimes, but I don’t want to see a strand of hair in the fridge I’m putting my food in or in the shower I’m washing my body in. Sometimes it’s inevitable and easily missed. But just a little more attention to detail eliminates that slight miss. Speaking of attention to detail, Lisa truly made me feel special when I walked in the door to a personalized note on the kitchen counter w/coffee and a snack. That type of attention to detail goes a long way with me. Just a simple thoughtful gesture. It’s the little things that are important! Also during our stay, Lisa remained in communication with me with any questions I had. It was an awesome stay with some preteens and a toddler. The teens enjoyed the game room while the toddler enjoyed the mini kitchen perfect for her size. Thank you!!

We had a fantastic stay! It was the perfect place to have a weekend gathering of life-long friends. It was plenty of space for 7 adults and 4 teenage kids. The cabin is peaceful, spacious, beautiful, and very clean. A major highlight was the outdoor hot tub. Even though it was cold and snowing, the kids spent lots of time in the hot tub -- and the adults got to spend some time there too. The renovated basement filled with rec games was also great. The bedrooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable. We had one issue, when the hot water stopped working, and the hosts were very responsive and came right over to fix it. They also made sure that the driveway and stairs were plowed and salted after a snow storm. We loved the experience and hope to come back again!
