Kid-friendly vacation rentals in New Hampshire

We stayed here with our family for our wedding at castle in the clouds and this was the PERFECT location to get ready and relax before and after the wedding. It’s gorgeous, spacious, and Tamara is an absolutely lovely host and helpful when we had any questions. We booked the house across the street from her too for the wedding party and it was so nice to have a quiet family complex!

Great home and Kristen was a great host and communicator! The home was clean, and water pressure was great for showers. The mattresses in the first floor (entrance level) room could have been a little comfier (spring mattress), but not a huge deal at all. If you prefer liquid body wash, be sure to bring your own as only bar soaps are provided. There are also no hair dryers, so be sure to bring your own if you want that as well. Fireplace was great to make the space feel even cozier. Area was quiet, peaceful, and private. Great value option for bigger groups!

Wish we planned to stay longer than 2 days. Love this place and the view is just so wonderful. We had a big group(12) and the kids love it nobody wanted to leave :). This place is so worth it. It’s very close to the ski resort and places to eat. Overall wonderful place to just relax and take in the view.

This BNB was the place we needed during a sad time in our lives. Gathering for a funeral is never the reason anyone wants to rent a BNB. But this was wonderfully peaceful, the surroundings were beautiful, and it allowed us to rest. With everything that we had going on there wasn't much time for communication but everything was very straightforward and we didn't have any issues during our stay. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked with tools, and clean. I would rent this BNB again in a heartbeat. It was lovely.

This is an older ranch with a spacious kitchen and super comfortable beds. A beautiful beach is steps down the road. It is the first house off the highway, so you may hear traffic noise. There is a dehumidifier, which you will need to turn to the highest setting. The host is friendly and very responsive.

We absolutely loved our stay at Tara’s place! It felt like home, so well stocked and comfortable. Incredible views, cooking on the Blackstone overlooking the mountains was a favorite! Tara we super helpful with a couple of minor things that came up over the weekend. There was a ton of space. We highly recommend and are hoping to stay here again!

This is my second time staying at Becky and her husband's in-law apartment and it is one of the best Airbnb's that I have ever stayed. It is clean, quiet, spacious with strong wi-fi and every amenity described, Becky is also a kind and communicative host which is always appreciated. All of this helped to make my two week stay in the area great!

This is the kind of airbnb I'm excited to visit and support -- really lovely, cozy place with a lot of character and everything we needed to make ourselves at home for a week. The proximity to Chocorua is fantastic and it's a good spring board to the lakes region & and the White Mountains. Becky is fantastic - super friendly, responsive, and kind. The wifi was strong enough for me to work there for a few days and we had all the supplies we needed to cook for ourselves. The only issue was the road noise, which was pretty loud during the day, but thankfully quieter in the nights.

We had a great stay at Cynthia’s place. The location is right near all of the conveniences of downtown, but yet the home was still quiet and peaceful. The home was spotless and well equipped, and there was baseboard heat that kept the unit toasty warm. Cynthia and Matthew were wonderful hosts that responded promptly to any of our questions and went out of their way to help us have a relaxing stay. Thanks so much for a wonderful getaway!

This stay exceeded our expectations! We stayed here for a week over the holidays and were truly grateful to have this space to come back to in the evenings for rest. The decor was intentional and interesting, and fit well with the fashionable open layout. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, utensils, and appliances, and the large dining table was great to have. We were comfortable every night and enjoyed the close proximity to Main Street and had a nice time walking our pup around the neighborhood. Patti was very responsive when helping us extend our stay. Thank you! We will definitely try to stay here again if we are back in the area!

Clean and cozy place to stay while in Portsmouth! Very convenient location, close to myriad places to eat, shop, and explore. Andrew and Casey were very friendly and communicative hosts!

George's apartment was spacious, well decorated, and spotless. Check in was smooth and George answered all my questions. The apartment set up was perfect for my 7 night stay. I highly recommend this place.

We visited to ski over the weekend and Scott and Jennifer’s place was perfect! About 25min to Loon, a nice little restaurant about 30sec up the street, all in all a great weekend. We arrived late at night so it would’ve been difficult to find which unit was theirs had they not had sent concise instructions. They even waited up for us to arrive and welcome us in! Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area.

Christine gave clear instructions as where to park and the entrance to the second-floor apartment. In addition, she came out to welcome us when she saw us, very friendly and made us feel like we’ve met before!

We had a great stay! More spacious than we expected, very clean, updated and comfortable space. Felt it was even nicer than the photos. Bed was very comfortable, nice towels and linens. Plenty of storage for a longer stay. Easy access driving to Jackson or Conway.We didn’t get a chance to sit out but the patio area was great and private. We hope we get the chance to stay again!

This was the perfect condo for our NH getaway. We loved the beautiful location, with a gorgeous view of the mountains and river. It was so cozy inside and the fireplace was perfect. Trish had everything you needed to feel comfortable and at home. The condo was very clean and we loved the modern updates that were done throughout. It’s also very close to Loon Mountain and to the downtown Lincoln area with plenty of food options! Trish was also very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a fabulous time at Meg’s Condo. The location was perfect and the unit was spotless! Also the beds were very very comfortable!! Highly recommend this to anyone!!

The condo was exactly what we needed. we used the clubhouse pool, ping pong table, and sauna. Quick trip to North Conway for activities. Would absolutely stay here again
