Beach house vacation rentals in New Hampshire

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront home! Everything was exactly as described and photographed, making it a very comfortable weekend for our group of 7. The house had everything we needed to feel right at home, from linens to kitchen supplies to kayaks! Hillary was extremely welcoming and sent us so many great recommendations for things to do in the area, restaurants to try, and everything we'd need to know around the house. We were so happy with the amount of space and seating, which truly made it a perfect fit for a large group. And of course, the views from every window were stunning! Couldn't have asked for a better stay, and we hope to make this a new MDW tradition! :)

Pretty big house. A few beds were oddly placed in the basement but still very accommodating. Very clean and comfortable.

Julie made staying at the lake house absolutely perfect. We were looking for a relaxing place away from home on the lake. We couldn't have picked a better place! Julie knows how to do airbnb right. All the little things that make your stay just perfect, extra spices in the spice rack, plenty of kitchen utensils that you can actually use. Plenty of towels, linens, tv's, games, lights, ambiance everything - done right. If you want the perfect stay - stay with Julie!

Carl and his cohosts were wonderful to work with, quick to respond with any needs. We had a great time this weekend, enjoyed the house and beautiful lake. Hope to return someday and look forward to working with them in the future!

We had a great extended long weekend stay at Karen’s!! The place was warm & inviting- perfect for a colder than anticipated Memorial Day Weekend — we took advantage of the pellet stove and were still able to take in awesome lake views from the comfort of the living room. Our young girls had a blast “swimming” in the large jacuzzi bath tub and playing/ sleeping on the bunk beds in one of the bedrooms. We did manage to get out on our boat which was easy to dock at the slip associated with the rental. No fish caught this time around but still fun trying. The location of Karen’s place is awesome- very close/ walking distance to tasty restaurants & public boat launch. We cooked most of our own meals & were grateful for the well stocked kitchen as well as having a grocery store less than 5 min away. Karen was a fantastic host with quick response times from time of booking & then following checkout ensuring that our stay was as seamless as possible. We hope to return in the future! 😊

What a perfect retreat! We came up for a long weekend and had such a lovely time at Darryl's. the place was private, relaxing and just the reprieve we needed.

We had the best time at Nicks! Very clean. Basically a full kitchen and had two sleeping options. Beautifully decorated. Loved all the attention to detail and thoughtful extras. There were even games to play and extra cleaning basics to use. Great location. Loved the outdoor pool and proximity to beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. We’ve been coming to Hampton for decades and this was one of our favorite places to stay by far. I think this set up would be good for any family group or close friends, but wanted to highlight how ideal it was with two toddlers (since those great places for this age aren’t always easy to come by). Additionally, Nick was very friendly and helpful and easily reachable. Highly recommend this gem.

Shannon's getaway was perfect for us. We had everything we needed including extra beach towels and it was such a short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. It was very clean and well maintained. The area was quiet and from the porch we could see and hear all of the cool cars cruising around. Shannon was very responsive and gave easy instructions to find parking and getting into the place.

We had a wonderful time celebrating the holidays here. The hosts decorated for the holidays and it was lovely! The home was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. The appliances including the washer/dryer were all very new. I definitely recommend this property!

Had a great 3 week stay here. Weather didn't cooperate but we were cosy at our home base and fit in beach walks whenever the rain did let up. Great WiFi allowed work from home as needed. Spacious pool patio area out back gets full sun all day and was a nice place to relax. 10 minutes from main shopping. 3 minutes from Hampton Beach. Will rent again if have the chance.

My husband and I, along with my daughter, her husband and 2 young children just spent a week at Todd’s home. We were blown away by everything about it! I’ve never been in such a well stocked house and such a large, inviting living space. The kitchen had everything - as well as there were key items for us to use in the refrigerator. For the baby and toddler there were porta cribs, high chairs, a high end stroller and a wagon for excursions to the beach. There were beach toys, chairs, towels and bikes. The house was very clean with more than enough bedding, pillows, blankets, etc. So many whimsical touches and beautiful furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms well stocked. The location for us was the best thing. Just a 5 minute walk and we were on the beach! 10 minute walk and we were at one of the best seafood restaurants around. Todd was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. I will definitely be booking this home again!

So much more space than expected, the pictures for this listing to do not do it justice! 100% recommended for anyone looking for a beach getaway.

Second year renting this property. The house is very clean and a two minute walk to the beach which seemed almost private since there is limited access and parking. We had a problem with one of the appliances and the host responded quickly to have someone diagnose the problem and fix it as soon as they could. Additionally, we were issued a fair credit for the inconvenience without asking for it. The host genuinely wants you to have a great experience :)

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The home was beautiful, clean, and stocked with all the essentials, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood. Despite some initial confusion following an unfortunate family incident, the host was incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding. She recognized that the situation was beyond my control and went out of her way to be accommodating and supportive. Her kindness meant the world to me, and this experience is one I will never forget. A heartfelt thank you to Melissa and Matthew—I am truly grateful for your help and support during such an unfortunate and pivotal moment in my life. Your willingness to assist and your cooperation made all the difference, and it was truly life-changing for me. We loved this little cottage for its bedrooms and gathering spaces! The sunroom and its couch were the perfect spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails! We loved the short walk to the beach and the quiet community.

Beautiful space right by the ocean! Molly was very communicative and friendly! Would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area!

We had a great time in the house. Everything that was included made our stay that much easier. We all slept great, and it was great to cook meals in. Michael was very responsive to any issues, and he was very accommodating, respecting our privacy. I enjoyed communicating with him. We will definitely be back next year!

The place was literally a block from the beach, it was a nice quiet neighborhood.
