Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Nevada

Nice quiet neighborhood, and it’s within a few blocks of lots of things to do (bars, restaurants, etc.). Great backyard with firepit backs up to charming historic stone cottage. Comfy furnishings. Everything feels modern but they kept around some elements of the original vintage charm in the kitchen. Would stay again!

I stayed over Memorial Day with my family and 2 dogs. The stay was nothing short of amazing and peaceful. Michelle was super prompt in helping when needed and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice touch. I will definitely book this tranquil getaway in the near future.

Overall: Fun Airbnb and a true oasis in the Nevada desert! Easy to find; convenient parking on street; Awesome host who provided suggested activities even before we arrived. She and her daughter were so personable and great to meet. Btw we loved the murals in town! Relaxing experience; a very clean house. Outside: When viewing the front, a positive energy; Backyard was cozy and cool under the trees; comfortable furniture; Quiet neighborhood. Inside: Kitchen stocked; waters and snacks; Living room comfortable; cute decor, loved the Coke theme; Pac-Man game took us back many years; was even fun for a 60 year old; Beautifully decorated with a fresh feel and look; Bedrooms had all we needed; the window units were quiet and efficient; Cute front entry way, nicely done; Love the paintings in the house and the older books; Bathroom was easy to use, shower was a delight, and the ample towels appreciated! If you forgot any of the little necessities, this house has you covered.

This little cottage has history, nestled on the edge of what was once a rip and roaring mining town's red light district. During our stay, we found it clean, cozy, & comfortable, and felt completely safe. There was ample room for two adults and one medium sized dog....all of whom very much enjoyed the fully fenced front and side yards & back patio. Located within a short two blocks of the "old town" big public park and stadium field, we were able to enjoy grassy walks and dog-play several times a day. Off-street parking at the cottage was also a plus.

This place was very cozy and comfortable. Coffee, laundry detergent and hygiene products were provided. I would definitely stay here again.

All I can say is this Airbnb home was fantastic. It was super clean and tastefully decorated. Listing and pictures were accurate. Towels and linens were of high quality. My dog loved the yard and we enjoyed the quiet and peaceful environment. Highly recommend this home and will definitely rent again if in Hawthorne.

Second time staying here, just as great as the first time. Wonderful little oasis in Sparks. Definitely recommend!

Second time and would stay a third. I wish there was room for an easy chair or sofa but that would be my only complaint. If you can’t handle steep stairs, this isn’t the place for you. As for me, I love the place, the privacy and the neighborhood.

Tong’s place was amazing with all the essentials available. The place was cozy and not a far drive from the Strip. You also gain access to the gym and pool which was a plus. I recommend this place to people who are looking for a comfy stay.

Great airbnb! Host was so responsive and the place was so good, Pretty quiet neighborhood, lots amenities including a big tv, iron etc etc, there were also some snacks which was a great touch, will definitely comeback!

Carol met us right in front of the property and showed us our place. The place was overall very clean and temperate! It was easy to access and easy for ride shares to navigate to. Carol is a lovely host and I would stay here again.

This was a great space to stay for my short work trip. Exactly as shown in pictures and comfortable. The air conditioning works great too! Highly recommend.

This is a beautiful apartment. Everything is high end, very well coordinated and extremely clean. Loved the king bed and the awesome rain shower. There is a little courtyard outside the door that allows you to sit outside and where you can smoke. The location isn't far from the strip. Very quiet and private.

Pat and Bernie were excellent hosts. Always responsive and helpful, they provided us with a pack and play making their place was perfect for my wife, myself, and our 18 month old. We really enjoyed the location Pat and Bernie’s place with access to the strip pretty easily outdoors or through an indoor corridor via MGM Grand when the temperature was a little too high for us. What we appreciated as well with a toddler is the peace and quiet the place provided after an exciting day in the city.

Destiny‘s place is exactly as she describes it. We had a very restful stay when we were there… VERY quiet. We didn’t hear any people even those in the pool. Unfortunately, it was too hot and bright to enjoy the balcony which I would’ve loved to have my morning coffee. I would highly recommend her place if you’re traveling to Vegas if want to be outside of the strip area.

The apartment was clean, spacious, and away from the crowds. It had everything we could have wanted and we were very comfortable there. Highly recommended.

Irene’s place was amazing, the view from the wrap around balcony is what sold me! I would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed beautiful Lake Las Vegas and the surrounding restaurants and shops. The pool was also great to unwind and relax. If you plan to visit the strip, expect between a 30-40 min drive.
