Walking distance to Sasquatch Tavern, Verdi Distillery, and Chop 40 Restaurant. 5 minutes on the backroad to Boomtown and Cabella's. There is wildlife in area. Guests are advised to make noise at night as there are bear in the warmer seasons. Bucks are frequently grazing in the yard along with doe and fawns. Please don’t feed them and remember whilst they are beautiful, they are still a wild.

The host was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The house is beautiful and provided exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, great place for the kids to play in the Snow and full amenities. The house was great. It does have a lot of stairs and as the listing says was not child proof, kept me very active with my 1 yr old. Would go back again

Very convenient location, plenty of parking (it's a short walk from car to front door). The interior is super clean and tidy, and everything we needed was available -- we were so happy to have a well-stocked kitchen and VERY comfortable beds. The space is accurately reflected in the photos. One thing we were really glad to have is the outdoor space and plenty of privacy, nobody was staring into our windows, and the deck and front lawn provided plenty of opportunities to step outside and get some fresh air and sunshine. Our host was responsive and went out of her way to help us when we had questions. Thank you, Angela!

Loved our stay there! Not very many places allowed us to have all of our pups with us so we're very grateful that they were welcoming and accommodating. Their home was very clean and also included beds for the pups. Loved that there was a spacious yard for our pups to roam around in for potty breaks. Tom was very responsive and it was very easy to communicate with him. Would definitely love to come back one day for another pup trip

Perfect home for a family, couples or a friends getaway. Location is perfectly placed to downtown Tahoe City and minutes away from river rafting or Kings Beach. Quiet neighborhood with nicely manicured homes. Access to the garage which makes parking easy, and not limited. Home has everything you would need from comfortable beds, kitchen essentials and games for all ages. Views of the lake are limited (growing trees) but just enough to sit on the deck on the outdoor furniture for coffee, meals or evening beverages. Pet friendly home that doesn’t smell like one!!! Donna and Josh were amazingly responsive to everything, with zero delays in response time. One of the rafts was missing a plug and Josh went to three different stores to make sure we had one before leaving for the river. Plenty of outdoor lake toys as well as a ping pong table in the garage. We WILL be renting again and be sharing this location with friends and family as I am sure they will enjoy it as much as we did.

Tracy was great at communicating before and throughout our stay. We had to reschedule our visit due to a snowstorm in Tahoe, and she was incredibly accommodating and understanding throughout the entire conversation. The place is lovely (special shoutout to the snacks and card!), and the location is perfect for a ski weekend getaway!
