Villa vacation rentals in Mustang Island

It was a very clean and friendly atmosphere. The space had everything we needed and exceeded our expectations. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

I liked that family was all together vs a hotel room for each family. Cooking breakfast before heading to beach was helpful; washing sand after beach day; comfortable stay

This was a great place - a few quirks like one of the bedroom doors not completely latching but overall very nice and well kept. Great view from the balcony and a nice location. The walking path to the beach was a little further from the place than I expected but we got a beach parking pass anyways so it was no real issue. I would definitely stay here again!

We were super happy with our stay. Check in was delayed, but they were super responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is great for walking to the stores or restaurants- too far to walk to the beach but with beach parking it isn’t necessary to walk. The house was clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend bringing your own blanket for the beds as the ones there are thin. The pool is shared but we had it to ourselves most of the time and the other guests were considerate too. Host/management was very responsive. House has 2 parking spots reserved close to the house which is great.

Port A is a great place. We had lots of fun, and the accommodation was excellent. Traffic in peak tourist season left something to be desired, but I was great, and everyone was friendly during our experience.

I have been a guest many times with Padre Escapes's. They are always a great host and this property was everything needed for an awesome coastal getaway.

Very clean, great communication, and they give all the information you need before you arrive. Also within walking distance from the beach!

Very clean spot. The time was inconvenient because of the road construction but we made the best of it. The listing was exactly like the photos and description. Our family only stayed for two nights so I definitely recommend staying longer to truly get the best out of your stay. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

This place is super close to the pool, front office and community areas. It was clean and it had plenty of space. There were tons of stairs since it’s 4 stories, but it was ok since it has an elevator.

Great location aside from the drive to it through Rockport due to the flooding! Otherwise, great amenities. Fishing of the dock, my kids caught multiple fish and a crab. Beware of the crocodile/gators though. Very clean. Had everything you need to cook in the kitchen as far as pots, pans, etc. Family friendly. Pull out bed on 3rd floor was actually comfortable plus the full bath up there was a plus. Rockport beach was also very close and clean, as well as good restaurants nearby. Latitude was 15-20 min. A must.

This is our second time staying at this location. We love the proximity it to the beach. It was spring break and the crowd wasn’t crazy like in some areas. Very much family friendly area. Only problem we had was down stairs ac wasn’t working. They brought us a portable right away and replaced the whole unit the next morning. Shouldn’t be a problem anymore. I highly recommend this place.

Beautiful location and beautifully decorated! It’s ideal for large groups with the layout, we comfortably fit two families with kiddos in the three bedrooms - the extra bunk area was a highlight for all the kids, plus the added 4th floor loft was a great secondary lounge area allowing two separate spaces for adults and kids to relax. As the family chef, I especially loved the fully stocked kitchen - it contained literally everything needed to cook and bake- and when we didn’t want to cook, a pizza restaurant is footsteps away + the coffee shop next door is so good! We visited over Valentine’s weekend, probably the coldest weekend of 2021 right before the snowstorms hit, and still really enjoyed ourselves - there’s a heated pool just across the road that you can enjoy even in 30 degree weather! And the beach is so much fun - we look forward to returning to Cinnamon Shores!

Everything was pretty, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! Communication was great, place looked exactly like the pictures and was an easy drive to near beach entrances! Parking was reserved for each villa number (2 each) and there were a few other extra parking spots; a little tight parking spots but still manageable. Pool & outside areas were also great! We loved it.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful house, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The property is nestled in a peaceful community that truly feels like a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The abundance of nature surrounding the house is simply breathtaking—perfect for morning strolls or just soaking in the tranquility. One of the highlights of my stay was the pristine fishing right from the dock. There’s nothing quite like casting a line and enjoying the calm waters while listening to the sounds of nature all around you. Overall, I absolutely loved the house and the environment it offers. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway filled with natural beauty and great fishing, this is the perfect spot! Highly recommend!

Such a great, clean, and pet friendly place, close to everything! The beach access was minutes away and the pool and other amenities were perfect for the kiddos!

Fav new condo in Port A! Beautiful pool, super comfy beds, and all the amenities!

My adult children and my two grandchildren absolutely loved it! It was very cozy but roomy with a 20+ foot ceiling in the living room area the ginormous beds and bunkbeds, the walk-in shower was amazing. I would suggest cleaning the showerhead to give it just a little bit more water pressure They even had coffee for me, which I was happy about !! The pool only goes to 4 foot so my 7 year-old grandson could play without worrying us too much lol. My three-year-old grandbaby enjoyed playing in it as well. We were there celebrating my grandson’s birthday and he wanted to live there, we all wanted to live there.!! if you’re looking for a place to make you feel right at home, close to the beach and Private this is the place to rent. A word of advice I would not go with island outfitters for the golf cart. We had to go through three golf carts before we finally found one that actually worked.

Great for a toddler, cute playground and splash pad and the pool was warm. Right across the street from a drive on gorgeous beach.

We enjoyed our stay from beginning to end!Will def book again!
