Beachfront vacation rentals in Mustang Island

This was our 2nd visit to this beautiful home. We feel right at home here. The owners go above and beyond to help with any concerns we had. This home had plenty of room to spread out, bathroom and TV in every bedroom. Brand new hot tub and kitchen appliances, plus cold AC. This is a 5 star rental. Thank you Hope. We had wonderful vacation.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Beth and Doug’s condo! It was perfect for families and our three young kids had a blast sleeping on the bunk beds and playing with the corner full of toys! They even had kites and beach toys waiting for them to use, which were a huge hit! Everything was well stocked and clean, and I loved that they even had baby gear like a pack and play and high chair so I didn’t need to bring that for our one year old!! The pool was beautiful and being so close to the beach was so ideal. Beth always responded extremely fast to any questions that I had too! This will definitely be our new family beach getaway for years to come!

Studio, like nook. Conveniently located by the beach. Several close dine in options located near by. The place was loaded with all the things to make sure you have a good stay. Will look to visiting again 🙂

I loved this place! it was exactly what I was looking for while I was in corpus. The place was beautiful, and very homey. It's super close to the beach (not even a 5 minute drive) which I loved. I forget the name of the restaurant by condo but it was so good! and within walking distance which was a plus. Diane was great at communicating and responded super quick! I would definitely book again.

We had an amazing stay! The location was ideal, just a short walk /drive to the beach and conveniently close to a grocery store. We loved spending time by the pool and relaxing at the fishing dock. It was such a bonus being able to bring our dogs along, they had a great time too! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Would absolutely stay here again!

Cute, cozy clean place. Screened in front porch made during rainy weather was a great rustic feeling plus. Well worth the money!

Amazing Stay on Padre Island! I recently rented a townhouse in Corpus Christi on Padre Island, and it was an incredible experience! The location was perfect—just minutes from the beach, great restaurants, and local attractions. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making it the perfect getaway spot. The townhouse itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was friendly and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great Location! Just a boardwalk over the dunes to direct access to the beach and right at a lifeguard location. Condo looks recently updated and was well stocked with cookware, small appliances, dishes and utensils. You will need to bring coffee filters, which we didn’t know so we couldn’t make coffee. We’re used to filters being provided. Our only dislike was the mattress covers; they’re plastic, so get hot and make noise when you move. I would appreciate having a better mattress cover to be placed over the plastic one. Host was very responsive and helpful with an issue we had. Complex was clean and there were no issues with other guests being loud or inconsiderate. Overall, this condo was a great stay, so we will be back! I have also already recommended it to others.

Another great stay! Can’t beat the location! We love being able to walk right to the beach. Host responded right away with an immediate solution when there was a minor mix up (no parking pass).

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It’s even better than the photos! We were all impressed with the beautiful decor, fully stocked kitchen, and all the same available for a large gathering. Everyone had a bed with plenty of blankets, pillows, and toiletries. We love to cook on vacation so having a kitchen with all the necessities and more was perfect. We loved the location minutes from the beach (the walk was a little more than we anticipated - be prepared to walk around a gate, into another community of homes, and up a couple of steps on the boardwalk. Nothing crazy, just took some navigating with a wagon/strollers/beach gear. If you have little ones or elderly be careful the boardwalk can get slippery! There is also a beach access road about 1-2 miles down the road so you can always drive to your beach spot instead.) Overall we loved this house and would definitely stay again!

This was our second stay at Jonathan’s house. The house is so spacious and has a home feel to it! The kitchen is my absolute favorite part of the house. So great to gather in the kitchen cooking as a family with plenty of space to all work together. We also enjoyed the pool area. The adults can relax in the water while the littles swim with the grill going! The host is always very quick at responding and making sure that we have everything we need for our stay. Don’t question it just book this house for your next trip! ❤️ We will definitely be booking this house for our next beach trip.

Apartment complex has a weak flushing system that caused continuing problems with the toilet. Otherwise, everything was fine.

The condo was gorgeous and super clean. It was short walk to the beach too.

Jessa's home is centrally located to the town and just steps from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and hearing the waves of the ocean.

We stayed for a family trip. The kids were able to sleep comfortably in the secondary bedroom. The place was clean we loved the extra towels and blankets. The towels came in handy for shower time and blankets perfect for relaxing after the beach watching tv. The house was very clean the pool was nice the kids enjoyed it and the place is close to the beach. Mattye was very friendly and responsive this is a place my family and I would return to. Mattye is very deserving of her title of super host!

We had a wonderful and relaxing weekend at Lorie’s place! The beach was a quick 2 minute walk and there are plenty of restaurants close by. The condo was just as pictured and everything was neat and organized. We appreciated Lorie accommodating us last minute for a quick Mother’s Day trip and for her quick response to questions. Can’t wait to stay again!

Very nice place right off the beach road. I would definitely recommend this place if you like to be close to the water a lot and want an easy route there as well. Mark and Ashley were great communicators and the place was awesome.

I can't say enough about this stay. The home was perfect! Impeccably clean and well decorated, spacious and airy we felt at home immediately. The location is also perfect a very short walk to the beach and close to bars, restaurants and shopping and the views are gorgeous. . The hosts were amazing. very responsive and helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

this place was amazing! we stayed with 2 adults and 2 young children (11 mo and 3) and felt extremely comfortable the entire time! the location is great for beach access and restaurants. Lucy was kind and responsive. we had an amazing time and will be back!

Perfect stay! Only about 10 minutes from coffee, food, and activities. I would recommend doing the helicopter ride!! Excellent location. Patio overlooks the three pools and the beach. It’s close enough to get the views but far enough you don’t hear the people at the pools. Very clean and very fast response from the host when we needed anything! Overall excellent stay I will definitely be back!
