Clean and good location

Perfect location in the building; on the same floor as the gym which was a nice perk. Rooftop is beautiful. Location is perfect, we were able to walk everywhere or take a short uber/lyft. Unit is clean, bright, modern, & refreshingly minimalist. Parking was only a small challenge over the weekend but we always found something right on the park or reasonably nearby most of the time. Tucker was super responsive with any and all questions leading up to and during our stay. We plan on trying to book this very unit again in the near future as it felt like the perfect little home away from home. Thank you Tucker!

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

I was here for a conference and this was a great location! Come out of the building, go one block over and across the pedestrian bridge and you’re right there, so that was great. The bed was super comfortable. It doesn’t have a coffee machine, which would have added a great benefit to the place! Also, there are several cabinets and items labeled “Owner Only” which was the first time I had see that in an Airbnb. Not a problem but good to know before you get there. Overall, it was a great location, good stay. Thank you!

Very very homey and beautiful stay for a getaway in SD. It’s walking distance from almost all the cool spots in the city. Host was immensely attentive and responded almost immediately to any of my questions, personally the best host we’ve ever had. Only hurdle to be aware of is the parking, then again you’re across the street from petco park so it’s expected. But besides that our stay was perfect. definitely would stay again for the view alone!, everything is just a plus :)

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

Very comfortable living space and especially the beds were so comfy. Seconds away from the beach to walk. A lot of extras in terms of seasonings, coffees, etc. Peaceful. The grounds are quiet and beautiful.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

nice place with plenty of space in a safe neighborhood. this was one of the few places available with 3 bedrooms. I had no issues with my stay.

John was a great host! He was a very courteous and proactive communicator and provided an accurate description so when we arrived we felt welcome immediately. The home is in a great location which made experiencing San Diego a breeze!

Michaels place was beyond what my family and I expected. The backyard with the pool and jacuzzi were amazing. We really felt like home and didn’t want to leave. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the bathrooms were spotless. We have stayed at many air bnb’s and I must say this place is by far the best one we have been to. Michael was very responsive and accommodating. This place is giving us a reason to come back to San Diego.

Loved this place! It was very small inside the house but truthfully we spent all our time enjoying the beautiful backyard. Lizette was very accommodating and understanding about everything we asked for which is very appreciated. Would book here again.

Lila’s Place was the perfect space to host my family traveling from all corners of the US to celebrate my daughter’s graduation! It will be forever talked about at future family gatherings, because some PRICELESS memories were make! The location is walkable to the beach and we had access to beach “gear” in the home. The house is spacious inside and outside with a beautiful (large) outside wood burning fireplace. The kitchen is beautiful, spacious and well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glassware… What a bonus to have the kitchenette upstairs with a full sized refrigerator/freezer and microwave. Even with 10 people staying there, we still had a bed unused!! Speaking of beds, I only slept in the one in the apartment, but every single family member spoke of how comfy their bed was!! The host was extremely kind, accommodating and responsive!! I have only glowing reviews and the Matriarch (GMTHAD), was purring! I recommend this listing!!! Tami Shaffer

Overall we had a great time with our stay. Lots of entertainment/activities at the house. Plenty of outdoor seating. Loved the pool and fire pit. The only hiccup was the cleaners didn’t make it out to the property prior to us arriving at the house. I contacted the hosts and they responded very quickly and made the situation right. So I was very satisfied with that. Our families loved the place, thank you for the experience.

Garrett’s house was very comfortable and clean. He was very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

This house is absolutely amazing. Extremely clean and had everything that we wanted. Very comfortable beds. Pool and spa is well maintained. Host is very friendly and great at communication. I would recommend this place to everyone that wants to feel like they are on vacation. Beautiful home and I can’t wait to come back. My whole family enjoyed ourselves

Plenty and spacious rooms for large gathering. Clean and well organized rooms. We spent a three day weekend for graduation and we felt home. Game room and basketball court was fun to play and spend quality time. Thank you Sherry for checking with us and making sure we had all we need!!!
