Host were absolutely amazing! Very helpful with info getting from airport to house very responsive and friendly. This is place was everything we expected and more.

The apartment is very welcoming, clean and newly built. Great location within walking distance of the pedestrian area and access to the sea. Linda is an impeccable host who is always available, directions to the apartment and access meticulous and detailed. I recommend the proposed solution.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. place was truly beautiful. Every corner of the house was filled with the owner’s love and care, reflecting their refined taste and diligent spirit. Our family enjoyed a peaceful and restful stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. We will never forget the sound of birds in the early morning, the crisp autumn air, the aroma of fresh bread from the nearby bakery, and the serene atmosphere of the countryside train station. It was a warm and special experience, and we are truly grateful for it.

We just returned home after an amazing week at Luisa’s place. From the moment we arrived we were wowed by the beautiful, well appointed house and the peaceful surroundings. The house has everything we needed and more (the heated floors were amazing!) and was exactly as described. Luisa greeted us, shared wonderful recommendations for what to do in the area, and even brought us fresh eggs. We also loved that the house was close enough to Venice to get there easily but far enough away to avoid the crowds. There were also lots of other attractions in the area that we enjoyed exploring. Overall, a wonderful trip and we hope to visit again soon. Grazie mille, Luisa!

So glad we came upon this property. We stayed in the self contained unit which was beautiful and private and fitted a family of 5 perfectly. We all had our own space to sleep. Lovely high ceilings with patio outside. Everything tastefully decorated. Marco was super friendly and fast to respond. Really appreciated use of the bikes and the kayaks. Had a fun day cycling along the canal and then kayaking. Also used the ping pong table!! Very easy to go to Venice by bus. Thank you again!!

A beautiful house, so cozy and modern at the same time located in a beautiful location right next to the canal, gave us an opportunity to immerse ourselves in the culture, the hosts were always responsive and friendly and very helpful in giving recommendations and available any time if i had any questions, would 100% recommend

We stayed at Enrico's for 4 days with my family , the house perfectly reflects the photos and descriptions, very large spaces, clean and very comfortable rooms, there is everything you need! Great location on the beach with a bus stop below the house and you can reach the pier in five minutes! The host is always available for every need ! recommended !

We had a great stay at cozy house, the location was perfect for us as it’s right between the Giardini and Arsenale for the biennale. We arrived early and were allowed to leave our bags in the house and return later at check in which was so helpful. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked with essentials like oil, salt, and pepper. There were also some coffee pods and breakfast snacks for the first day. Each room also had an AC unit! The living area is slightly darker than we anticipated and unfortunately there was no tv but this was communicated to us prior and we were out exploring most of the time. Responsive hosts.

Thank you. For such a lovely stay in your house. It was truly fabulous. Everything that we needed was there, including condiments, coffee pods and dishwasher tablets. The communication with Irene was fabulous and she was there to welcome us. This was lovely because she showed us around the house. Irene, was available all the time and we even checks out slightly later, which was really helpful. We have been ti Venice many times and we thoroughly enjoyed staying in this area. It was so close to all the attractions but at night time it was so peaceful - which was great. The garden area was lovely and I sat outside each morning and had coffee. A great stay in Venice I thank you once again.

A lovely little flat close enough to the tourist attractions to pop home for lunch, but far enough away to be quiet. Massimo was very helpful throughout our stay.

Thank you Viorica! We loved our stay here! Such a nice location...easy to walk to the market, easy to bus to Venice. The apartment was spacious and well supplied for our group of eight. Viorica left welcome treats, and the crostada was delicious! She provided an abundance of information and recommendations. We would definitely recommend this spot!

Amazing three days. We loved every minute.

We were hosted very well by Giorgia. The apartment is nice. Bedrooms are large and the bathroom is also (with large shower). It was perfect to stay with our 3 big kids. The tram is a 2-minute walk away. It takes 18 minutes to reach Venice.

Super convenient location! 15 min to main bus station, 5 min to 2 water different water ferry stops. Great pastry shops and restaurants near by. easy access to attractions without the crowds and noise. apartment is clean, spacious and well equipped.

Two nights in a great location spotlessly clean, private entrance, hot water and close to all amenities including stores. Would definitely recommend as a must to stay directly in Venice! I would say the apartment was 90% quiet which I would say for Venice is great! Easy to locate being just back from the water.

Lisa was a great host: very responsive and her flat was amazing (matched the description and location was fantastic). We'd love to stay here again if we come back!

It was a pleasure to stay at Alessandra's house. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, always replying to my questions very quickly. She was happy to give recommendations which turned out to be great. Our flight cane in early in the morning so she let us leave our luggage at the house while she cleaned. Then she let us check in early. The house is very cute. My elderly father and small children enjoyed the outdoor space a lot and were even able to kick a ball around. The owners live upstairs but it didn't matter. The city was fairly easy to get to by bus (about 40min), with the bus stop being incredibly close to the house. However the buses are crazy crowded so you might not always get a seat. I'd recommend staying there!
