80m2 apartment on the third floor overlooking the historic center and partially on the Vena canal, 150 meters from the boats to / from Venice, with air conditioning. Consisting of a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a living room with a convertible sofa, a brand new kitchen, a bathroom, and with a terrace from which you can also see the lagoon and the port. Garage for rented bikes. The flat is sanitized with OZONE. I own also a big flat (3rd floor) with terrace on highstreet (best for 6, but up to 8 people, 2 bathrooms).
