The location was quiet and felt private, while still ideal for walking to all the classic spots in Venice. Windows opened onto the canal, and the apartment was furnished tastefully to match the historic setting. Bed was old but not uncomfortable. The owners had a tiny wine seller with their family wines available in the kitchenette. Overall a great stay in a beautiful city!

We had a hard arrival but the easy check-in, the apartment and the terrace immediately compensated us for all the effort. Another plus: The Coop right next door, which is open until 20:00. It is important in that many restaurants Mo-Mi are only open until noon/afternoon. Towards the weekend, some places are also open in the evening. The apartment is fantastic. We immediately felt at home. It all looks the same as the photos. We especially liked the bathroom and the terrace. The team around Elodie was accommodating and always easily accessible. We were only there for three nights, but would have endured it a little longer. We will definitely come back.

Elena is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable since the first minute. The house is away from tourist hotspots and we enjoyed it. It was quiet, the garden very well maintained. Our daughter had a favorite spot: the hammock under the shaded trees - plus the kittens born in May, and she was happy. There is plenty of parking. The apartment is clean and conveniently furnished. The small kitchen with fridge we found very helpful. Sleeping rooms are air conditioned. In just under 15 minutes, you will be on the beautiful natural beach inưa. Bakery and restaurants nearby. Elena gives a lot of tips and is very helpful. Breakfast is outdoors - we found it beautiful and very relaxing. There are rolls and croissant, homemade cakes, and homemade jam and honey. In addition, fresh fruit, yogurt and cereals. Tea and coffee. Great we found the fresh eggs of the farm's own chickens. Elena prepares the best pancakes on request.... We had an insanely relaxing holiday and will return. i often travel from the side between Treviso and Venice, and Giulia's apartment reflected everything I was looking for. The structure is actually a guest house or b&b but it's as if it were a private apartment, I felt right at home, serene and quiet. the photos are completely accurate,studio in order and very clean. The only small difficulty was parking as not private the parking space is not always guaranteed, but you can park across the street, 100 meters beyond. I really enjoyed the flexible check-in through the box Host helpful and very professional. I'm very happy to return, and I also recommend readers to have at least one visit 😊 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very nice location, in the middle of the city

Ali is a friendly, outgoing person. The room we stayed in was spacious and adequately furnished. The apartment has three rooms for guests but only one bathroom. The bathroom is shared between guests. Sharing was not a problem, but the shower is such that it requires the user to mop up afterward. The price was a bargain for Venice. However, it may be that this apartment is best suited for young people who would embrace Ali's eclectic taste in furnishings.

What a lovely place. Nice apartment with nice surroundings to walk the dogs. One highlight for sure was the breakfast. Thank you for an amazing stay.

Great hotel. Real close to tram to Venice and safe secure parking. Stored luggage in hotel while in Venice. This place was perfect.

Great place to stay at in Venice. 3 min. Walking from S. Marcuola Casino boat station. I recommend to stay here.

The room was a luxury, the view directly overlooked the canal, I had a lot of attention to detail and despite being the individual was very spacious. the location was comfortable, I was able to walk from the central train station without problems. A plus is that it has laundry room and a kitchen within a common space

It was a pleasant stay experience. The room was super clean, and the structure was well organized. For check-in, despite having already sent all the necessary directions to access by message, we met a girl in the pleasant lobby, equipped with a kitchen and free lockers, who welcomed us. To the surprise we had a room with a view of the canal, very bright. I'd love to go back.

Hi, so I am very impressed with the apartment and also the hospitality of Marco. All the windows have fly screens and nice shutters. Before going to bed, we were able to cool the bedroom a bit down with the air conditioning and so well slept in for breakfast. Every morning there was croissant and rolls and a small buffet. There was also a basket from which we could choose our own grown vegetables. Marco helped us work out some day trip. All in all, it was a successful and beautiful holiday.

Staying with Marco was great! He is a great host - very friendly, always available and extremely helpful with tips for the area. The place was clean and has everything you need. Marco's property is beautiful and has a large garden perfect for dogs. You will also find a lot of animal friends such as cats, horses and chickens as well as Marcos dog. In addition, there is a very nice barn that invites you to linger and a small but very nice pool where you can cool off on hot days. Every morning there is a great homemade breakfast! The selection at the buffet is not great, but you will find everything you need for a good start to the day! All in all, Marco's place is a clear recommendation if you want to vacation near the popular seaside resorts of Lignano and Bibione (about 20 minutes by car), but still prefer a quiet location.
