Vacation rentals with a balcony in Metropolitan City of Venice

Great living, good communication, def recommend

We loved this place! Pietro was fantastic! We appreciated him booking us a water taxi upon departure. The place was exactly as appeared in the pictures. We loved the main room, and being able to walk out of our dock onto a boat! Only about a 15 minute walk to the main Venice attractions. We wanted to stay in this part of Venice, to get a feel for how the locals live (non-touristy area). Highly recommend this property!

Arrigo’s place is beautiful and is located in a charming and peaceful corner of Venice. The bed was especially comfortable and warm, the flat was spotless. Arrigo allowed us to stay for a late check-in, which was very helpful in our situation. We’ll have wonderful memories of our stay.

We had a great stay, the apartment is lovely and has a water bus stop super close by, but it’s also possible to just walk everywhere. The most valuable thing for us though was the ability to ask our host for recommendations 💫 Thank u!

Excellent apartment. Very comfortable and equipped. We spent in family great days there. Comporta very well a family of 5 people. It is very close to the train station, across the bridge. There is no elevator, there are 30 steps to reach the apartment. The owner was kind and flexible with our needs.

We had a wonderful long weekend in Venice. Francesca's flat was great and had everything we needed. Loved the area too. Highly recommended.

This apartment is such a great find! It’s well located, but on a quiet enough side street that it feels removed from the huge crowds. We got so many great recommendations from our host, from good food, sightseeing, and the best way to get to the airport. The loft has a very cool layout with neat history. Views from the balcony were incredible and the bed was very comfortable. We would gladly stay again!

Absolutely beautiful home with the best view in a Venice! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and taking in the beautiful view. The home was beautiful and in pristine condition! The host went above and beyond for us and made our stay perfect! If I could give this more than 5 stars, I would!

I definitely recommend this house!On your doorstep is the biggest supermarket and easy access to the main island by bus, great experience, if coming back to Venice I will choose it again, everything is great and the house is clean and comfortable
