Townhome vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

The apartment was in a lovely quiet area. Lots of space near some great restaurants and far from the madding crowd. Very walkable to main town. Extremely clean area. Check in was simple using lock box and lots of instructions on how things work. The garbage is a bit of a walk takes about ten minutes to get there, if your in on garbage day a man knocks on your door and you hand it over. Main bathroom is a bit hazardous due to the climb up steps to the shower bath. But there is a spare shower next to the main bedroom to use as well. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Fully equipped and nicely located appartment with terras and garden. Especially for extended stay is the washing machine a big plus. Host very friendly, reacts prompt on messages. Close to beach and restaurants. A great place to stay.

For us (4 adults, 2 beagle dogs) it was the perfect location. We had everything we could wish for. A beautiful small house with two garden spaces, a great restaurant (really good italien food and great, friendly service) just next door. Forthermore a beautiful beach, just a few steps away, and close enough to Venice for day trips.

We had a great holiday in Porto Santa Margherita. The house and the pool are as described in all respects, the neighborhood is friendly, the sea is close. Perfect for a family of six. We went to visit Venice and its biennial taking the train to San Stino di Livanza as Alessandra had advised us. Very convenient!

Very nice house in a great location, close to vaporetto , Accademia and San Marco. Nice kitchen and several sitting rooms. The bathroom was not in the best location but we managed. Thank you Antonio and Luisa!

The best Location for the Airbnb in Venice. Super close to really local Spots and directly on the Water Bus Station. Rita is super Kind and very helpful with directions to the House and Tips for around the area. Would 100% come back next year again !

The house is ideal when staying with friends or family. You only need to cross one bridge coming from the train station with your luggage. We enjoyed our cafe in garden, and a night cup in the dining area. The lock is a little bit tricky to manipulate but one learns and the fist time I struggled, the restaurant owner next to the place kindly helped me. We will definitely book this place again on our next trip to Venice, the location is great, and if you are sensible to noise, all you need are good earplugs - it’s Venice -

This is a marvellous place to stay when on Lido. It is located right next to the Excelcior hotel. Gloria is a friendly host and helpful. It is a comfortable apartment right next to the beaches and local shops. It is near the main road with regular buses to town to the vaporetti to Venice. The island is walkable and you can easily walk to and from the place to get to things in the locality. One of the best features is acess to a high rooftop terrace and an amazing panoramic view. Venice and the entire lagoon can be seen and it is not to be missed.

Cozy and clean townhouse in a good location (3 min to the beach). Perfect for 3 couples, each having a floor of their own. Friendly and responsive host. All we needed for a great vacay 😊

Everything worked out super well. In the beginning, everything important was explained, nothing was missing here and the important points were discussed briefly. The breakfast that Max and his wife prepared were very tasty and nicely prepared. The room and bathroom were super clean and there was everything you needed. You could even easily connect a German power plug into the sockets in the room. I'd love to come back and look forward to seeing you again. Thank you :)

We stayed with four children and had a relaxing time. The furnishing is modern and it was all very clean. The path to the beach (Relax Beach) is about 5 minutes and thanks to reserved loungers a dream. The sea is very suitable due to the shallow water, especially for small children. A playground is also available and the prices at the beach bar are absolutely fair. A secret tip is the restaurant "Buca di bacco", about 500m from the property. We would come back. The contact with Claudio was always friendly and we were answered all questions quickly.

The Venice Townhouse is a beautiful home spread over 4 floors. It is in a central neighborhood within easy walking distance to many of Venice's main attractions, good restaurants and bars, but on a very quiet street. The vaporetto is just steps away for trips further afield. I couldn't think of a better location. The home boasts a beautiful modern kitchen with every appliance you may need. The LR and DR are beautifully decorated and completely welcoming. The spacious bedrooms, on higher floors, provide privacy and the bathrooms are fully renovated. Adam is very responsive and provides a very interesting history of the house and neighborhood as well as very useful practical notes, including good restaurant recommendations. And essential for a summer visit, the entire home has air conditioning. The on site manager, Michael, couldn't be more helpful. He went out of his way to help us get tickets we had trouble getting ourselves. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again!

Great clean and cozy solution, pleasant and quiet environment, tasty breakfast, courtesy and discretion.

The newly renovated house is very well located (to the beach, to the shopping mall). It has three bedrooms, each with two double beds, which was very important for our family. The swimming pool of the complex is right next to the house. The kids were able to go swimming while we prepared the food. Practical is the washing machine and especially the balcony next to the upper bathroom, where you can hang the laundry to dry. Nicole was very nice and flexible. Also beautiful is verde mare. a complex by the sea with sunbeds, umbrellas and pool. Nicole also organized this for us. We were lucky that the house was available at such short notice.

We had a great time. Everything was to our satisfaction. Tom was very easy to reach and the communication went smoothly. Very quite still close to everything like beach and city. Thanks Tom

Great, modern and well-kept accommodation in a quiet location. Plenty of space and great amenities. Very clean and everything you need on holiday available. We felt very comfortable. Parking in front of the house. Easy check-in. Chiara is a very friendly and helpful host. We will be happy to come back.

The house was in line with the instructions and was very clean. This house shows signs of his delicate attention. We had a small problem, but Fabrizio was quick to deal with it. If you're traveling to Venice Island, the location is also very good. There is a bus stop to Venice right in front of the house. I highly recommend it

Top accommodation in a very good location. Host Bianca and Martin were mega. All the information in advance and proactive. Super quick response if there were any questions. The pizzeria "around the corner" is also amazing. Urital "Boazn" with a small selection of down-to-earth very tasty cuisine and pizzas. Also typical Italian breakfast. We are always happy to book again when we are in the area!

Linda is a brilliant host, excellent communication, concise instructions. Her home is a fantastic , central location with all amenities in walkable distance.
