Vacation rentals with breakfast in Metropolitan City of Venice

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage! The host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. She surprised us with a homemade apple pie, and the fridge was already filled upon our arrival – even coffee was available. The kitchen has everything you need for your daily needs. The garden was huge and just perfect for our dogs who had plenty of room to romp around. The location is also great – the path to the sea is not far and easy to reach. The only downside was the beds, which were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But all in all we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the house, especially for dog owners!

We loved our stay with Isabella. We were within walking distance to several great restaurants and cafes. its alsona great location to take a bus or train in to venice. Isabella made us feel comfortable and welcomed. would totally come back or recommend to a friend

Characteristic and very clean apartment, strategically located. Serenella is a very kind and prompt host, which we thank and recommend.

It was a very pleasant stay. Firstly, I would like to express my gratitude to the host for reserving breakfast for us; the bread and jam were both delicious, and the kitchen was very suitable for our family to cook by ourselves. Secondly, considering we brought children, the host prepared a brand new and clean baby crib for us. Each bedroom was very comfortable, suitable for family trips, and the host living next door gave us a sense of security. Thirdly, it was very convenient for travel, with both public transportation and the train station being nearby, and there were supermarkets and breakfast shops nearby, which were very convenient. Finally, I would like to thank the host for allowing us to check in early and leave later, which brought great convenience to our family with children. Thank you very much.

Paola is a perfect and super helpful host. We had a great time and the house was comfortable and clean. We were afraid of being cold, and the house, despite being large, is well regulated and warm. All the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We'll definitely be back if we're in these areas again.

Spacious and clean apartment , super friendly and professional host

Nicholas was a wonderful host! The home was very clean and warm. Right by the water so wonderful views of the small canals in the morning. The directions on maps were not accurate but Nicholas included further instructions as a part of our check in which was very helpful!

Stefano and Roberto were the best hosts we've ever had, very friendly and helpful and accommodating. We got a lot of great information and tips on where to find restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment was fantastically beautiful and super clean and very well maintained. We lacked nothing, the fridge was filled with eggs, juice, water, butter. We had many great things for breakfast in the apartment. Perfect to start the day. We felt very comfortable, thank you very much for the birthday present which was very attentive, we are very excited. We highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back. Thanks to Diana for her welcome, her place which is perfect for a couple. Clean, nice apartment. We enjoyed the little touches upon arrival ( coffee, rusks, cakes). The apartment is quite central. This allowed us to do everything on foot and shine in stars to discover Venice and its carnival.

Adriano was an incredible host from the minute we booked until the minute we said goodbye to Venice. He was extremely kind, responsive, and provided lots of tips and recommendations for our first time in Venice. The space was perfect for two, and we loved that we were in a quieter part of Venice but still had lots to do. Plus, he stocks the pantries and fridge with snacks and other things which was such a kind detail. We wish we could’ve stayed longer but will definitely be back! Ernesto’s place was perfect for our 1 week stay. Away from the crowds, on a quiet, tree-lined street facing a canal, easily walkable, and very close to a vaporetto stop. His kitchen is the best stocked in any Airbnb we’ve stayed at recently. He was charming and friendly. We would definitely recommend this little gem of a place. Thank you Ernesto!

Andrea was very informative and responsive. We were met at the pier and escorted to the apartment, which made finding it very easy. The apartment was very clean. Our family of 4 was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The apartment was very close to everything! We were comfortably able to walk to most attractions, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again and highly recommend Andrea’s apartment!!!

Very well located accommodation in Venice, clean and functional. very good value for the money. Quiet area with shops nearby. Arrival from Santa Lucia station is very easy by vaporetto and Marilia was very accurate on the instructions to find the accommodation Very good communication with Marilia since the beginning of the reservation which was very accommodating in every way. I would highly recommend it

I was not expecting such a warm-hearted, frindly host. Thanks to her a lot, a lot for making me to feel as if i'm staying at my own house. She was always having perfect recommendations for travel, for reaching somewhere, for organising the day/time. Her house was so comfortable and it was amazing for me to listen the birds singing when i open the window in the mornings. On web it was written "she replies in 3 hours" but it was always more fast to get reply from her with alternative suggestions. If anyone wants to rent never have any doubt and don't loose time just go ahead. Thanks again Anna. Hope to stay again and wish to see you in Istanbul :)

We had a wonderful time at Monica's B&B. The room with bathroom is lovingly furnished and very clean. The house is in a beautiful setting and you immediately feel at home. We got great tips. The breakfast is really fantastic. Thank you very much for everything, dear Monica. :)
