Very spacious apartment. Great location. Owner is very friendly and responsive.

Perfect accommodation for a large group, equipped with space and bathrooms for everyone. We had kids and they had a great time. The farmhouse is rustic but furnished and complete with everything you need. The location is quiet and perfect for visiting by train to Venice. Dario was super courteous and available. Really perfect, highly recommended!

Very nice historic complex in the center of Noale with great architectural details! We had a really great stay! The place is very quiet despite its location. It was very well equipped and clean, we lacked nothing! From here you can quickly get to Padua, Treviso and also Venice. The train station is within walking distance.

Days later, and I am still longing for the romantic view from the dining table. This place is a gem in Venice. The location is serene, yet within close proximity to the vaporetto and some museums and in easy walking distance to the rialto. There are great coffee shops nearby, a coop market close to the apartment, and a lovely campo for drinks and gelato. The apartment is spacious and spotlessly clean. Communication with the host and his wonderful assistant are excellent. I will definitely book here again when returning to Venice.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and classic. Large windows, comfortable sitting area, very cosy and we felt right at home. My favourite antique style furniture, equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. Location is perfect, near the beach, and all the restaurants and shop you need is just a few minutes walk. Nicoletta was very kind to wait for our check it extra hours as we were late due to airport delay. She gave us all necessary information and was very quick to help when needed. Will definitely be back soon. Highly recommended for these who want to see Venice but hate the crowd in summer.

Lovely place to take a solo or family vacation. Beautiful to stay and enjoy the pool, or visit nearby places. Lovely host, she gave us a tour and great recommendations of near by restaurants. Will recommend this place to anyone.

Paola was very nice and very helpful with us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time since the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a beautiful New Year's Eve with friends and we'd love to come back. Thank you Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Highly recommended!

This accommodation is ideally suited to all the main attractions and yet tucked away in a quiet, local neighbourhood with local bars and restaurants. The accommodation is spacious and has the luxury of a garden space behind a secure gate.

We booked this last minute and could not have been happier with how it turned out! The host, Massimo, was extremely welcoming and gave extensive recommendations that you could only get from a local. And it was comforting knowing he lives and works out of the same building so he is close by if needed. The apartment was tidy and has every amenity. The location is great too, overlooking a small canal as described. Truly in the heart of this historic city! We absolutely loved our stay in Massimo’s apartment!

Very kind and helpful person, very nice house with everything you need, also very quiet and isolated area, even for our dog. Thank you to all of you for enduring it even when she cried for our absence. Very convenient place to where we had to go and close to other very interesting ones, which maybe we could visit in the near future. So, pulling the sums, great stay, to repeat!

The Lotus Venice apartment is very cozy and beautiful, located in an area with a lot of commerce and excellent cafes and restaurants, right on the corner you find a supermarket. The house is beautiful , very tastefully decorated. It offers the promised place with a good layout. Now in November, heating was important. The wifi is good, there is enough space to work as well. The landlords responded quickly and competently to request. The house is surrounded by a great , large garden with large , covered terrace. We were very satisfied. It couldn't be better.

Perfect Airbnb for a beach vacation. Apartment directly in the old town in a large square (could therefore get louder in the evening but is quiet from 11:30 pm at the latest (except for the water fountains). But this was never a problem for us, we were still able to sleep very well. The kitchen offers everything you could need for cooking. Giovanni always responds very quickly and gave us tips for the area (pizzeria opposite the complex with the best pizzas). The beach is about a 5-10 minute walk. There we had 2 loungers for a week included.

Gilberto and Elena were the best hosts we've ever had! They were incredibly kind and made my family and me feel right at home. Their hospitality went above and beyond, and they were always available to help with anything we needed. The stay was comfortable, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect vacation. I highly recommend staying with them – they truly made our trip special!

Very nice spacious property with beautiful old trees, quiet location, the pool is great and the perfect cooling off in as hot weather as we had during our stay. In addition, a fenced garden area where you can play ball, swing, boules or table tennis. Fabienne and Giulio are very friendly and helpful and give very good tips for restaurants and excursions in the area. There is parking on the property and it is very well located to explore the surroundings with Venice, Padua, etc.

Great place to stay if you go to Venice. If it would be a hotel I would say its 5 star. It is a bit out of Venice but if you have a car it would take half an hour to get there. The couple is amazing and very nice and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone.

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!
