House vacation rentals in Metropolitan City of Venice

We stayed at Gilberto’s place in Villa Roma for my stag do weekend, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Gilberto and his wife were absolutely wonderful hosts — incredibly kind, caring, and genuinely thoughtful throughout our entire stay. From picking us up from the station to helping us with taxi numbers and local recommendations, they went above and beyond in every way. You can tell they really care about making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The villa itself was spotless, spacious, and beautifully kept, a true gem in Jesolo. It had everything we needed and more, making it the perfect base for my stag weekend. We couldn’t have asked for a better place or more gracious hosts. Thank you Gilberto and your lovely wife for making our trip so memorable

Perfect home to stay

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

Wir haben uns in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Wunderschöne Lage, mit Blick von der Terrasse in einen parkartigen Garten. Können wir sehr empfehlen!

Siamo stati ospiti di Umberto per il concerto di Vasco Rossi, Umberto ci ha accolto con gentilezza e simpatia, ci ha subito dato indicazioni sulla zona, è stato un host molto ospitale e attento, ritornerei a trovarlo molto volentieri

We really enjoyed a chilled out week at Luisa’s house. The property itself is exactly as per the photos - modern and sleek design, a lovely swimming pool and wonderful outdoor space (especially for our dog, though to begin with they were very curious of the peacocks and hens in the neighbouring field that you also have access to, which you can view from the windows/fence 🙂). We felt really relaxed and at home there. The walk into town is around 20 minutes, where you can find restaurants, bars (nearest is called Ae Poste 3.0 😉) and a supermarket. Luisa was an accommodating host, only next door if you needed anything, and provided us with some helpful recommendations for the local area and Venice and Treviso for day trips. All in all, we’d have no hesitation to recommend and would love to return!

Ein schönes und großzügiges Appartement! Schöner Pool! Ruhig gelegen, gleich daneben befindet sich ein Pferdehof, was natürlich den Kindern sehr gefallen hat. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts. Silvia und ihr Mann haben uns sehr freundlich bei sich aufgenommen. Leider waren wir nur zwei Nächte da, aufgrund der Lage sind Ausflüge nach Treviso, Bassano oder Marostica ohne Probleme in kurzer Zeit möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

It’s a very comfortable apartment for 8 people, close to Venice—just 17 minutes away by bus. You can take bus number 6 and you’ll be in Venice. There are supermarkets nearby and a few shops around. And for me, the most important thing was the cleanliness—everything was clean: sheets, pillows, kitchen utensils. And Viorica was super kind and helpful, she assisted us with everything. Thank you, Viorica! __________________________________ Es un apartamento muy cómodo para 8 personas, cerca a Venecia a tan solo 17 minutos en bus, abordas el numero 6 y estas en Venecia. Supermercados alrededor y algunas tiendas. Y para mi lo mas importante la limpieza, todo estaba limpio, sabanas, almohadas, utensilios de cocina. Y Viorica super amable y servicial nos ayudo en todo. I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. O lugar era incrível, com tudo o que precisávamos para nossa estadia. Espaço amplo e bem decorados. A localização era ótima, passa um tram (linha T1) bem em frente ao apartamento, e leva cerca de 15 minutos até Veneza. Os arredores é bem tranquilo também, sendo uma região predominante por moradores. Cristina foi muito responsiva e nos auxiliou desde o momento da reserva com ótimas indicações. Também no ajudou permitindo um checkin mais cedo e foi muito bom.

Wir waren 5 Nächte bei Roberto und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt perfekt in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kinder haben das große Hochbett geliebt, alles war total sauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Roberto hat uns einen flexiblen Check-in ermöglicht, sofort auf alle Fragen reagiert und uns sogar bis zum Parkplatz eskortiert. Er hatte auch super Tipps für uns. Herzlichen Dank für alles, wir können Roberto nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Barbara’s place is an ideal stay for Venice. It is tucked away so you’re not in the busiest areas, but still close enough where everything is walkable. We slept really well and enjoyed the unique bathrooms. Would recommend staying here!!

Kristin was an amazing host! She was able to accommodate us right on the spot as our original Airbnb reservation was cancelled. She provided lots of information for local areas as well as the islands we had planned to see. She was even helping me out with my flat tire issues on the highway after I left her place, she was so kind and provided me with helpful information and contact person to get help…most importantly she wanted to make sure we were safe and I appreciated that. I’d definitely stay at Kristin’s house again and recommend to book her place if you want to see Venice and the islands.

Fomos em 3 casais de amigos, gostamos muito da casa em Veneza, muito perto do ponto de onibus para Veneza, de supermercado, restaurantes, lugar tranquilo e seguro, casa bonita, silenciosa, limpa, chuveiros bons, camas boas, estacionamento para 2 carros, ficamos bem acomodados. Fomos muito bem recebidos, nos deram dicas, nos ajudaram com os mapas, gostamos muito. A casa só não tem sala de visitas, mas tem uma sala ótima de refeições, fizemos nossas reuniões comendo as delicias que compramos no supermercado, pra gente foi ótimo. Os 3 quartos foram muito confortáveis, e encontramos na cozinha tudo o que precisamos. Ah, faltou taças de vinho, mas não foi um problema, os vinhos estavam ótimos em copos mesmo. Fomos para Veneza de onibus, muito fácil e prático, seguimos as dicas e passamos um ótimo dia em Veneza. Pena que foi tão corrido, gostariamos de ter ficado mais tempo. Agradecemos a hospitalidade.

Die Lage ist super – ruhig und charmant und allem in der Nähe, das man braucht. außerdem ganz nah am Piazzale Roma und damit gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir waren mit unserem 5-jährigen Sohn dort, die Treppen waren für uns kein Problem – mit kleineren Kindern könnte das aber schwierig sein. Sara war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

Dieser Vermieter hat wirklich zu 100% das Arbnb Gäste-Favorit verdient. Super grosses sauberes und mit viel Liebe eingerichtetes Reihhenhaus. Alles TOP !!! Nur zwei Gassen zu Einkaufsstrasse und Strand. Sehr ruhig da es eine Sackgasse ist Danke sehr Stefania und Adelio.

Simone è un ottimo host molto attento alla soddisfazione dei suoi ospiti, in merito all’alloggio possiamo confermare le altre recensioni positive in quanto l’annuncio rispecchia la realtà, si tratta di una soluzione ottimale per chi come noi voleva passare dei giorni di relax vicino al mare in compagnia del nostro cane! Unusual to find a small house with a garden like this in Venice. The check in was easy, Afra and her friend Barbara were very concerned with making sure that we were settled and gave us plenty of restaurant recommendations. The house is clean and spacious just a few minutes walk from Palanca stop in a very quiet location. The garden is a sun trap and very welcome as a quiet place to sit away from the hustle & bustle of Venice.

When our original flat was cancelled at the last minute we were so relieved that Nena and Elena were able to give us a later check-in and accommodate us. They were both in touch on our day of arrival and we felt very reassured - great hosts. The house was lovely, lots of space, very quiet at night and we slept so well. Thank you

Perfect team headquarters! We used Gilberto’s place as a base for our daughter’s competing in the nearby IronMan event (for which we could not be better placed) We enjoyed the simply furnished space. Especially liked having 3 shower/bathrooms for our team of 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and great for cooking for large groups. The quality of the building is good. All windows and doors have shutters , bug screens and double glazing. We didn’t need air conditioning but there were individual units in all bedrooms. The basement garage is full of beach chairs and toys! 10 minutes walking to the beach. Many excellent restaurants along the way. Gilberto is a star host! Always available by text/message. He was flexible on arrival and departure times and gave excellent advice on local restaurants and onward travel to Venice. Brilliant!

All as described. Great comms and a warm welcome. Very well located to visit Treviso, Venice and the general area. Well equipped with a very comfortable bed. Many thanks.
