This was a great stay for our family visiting relatives in Chappell. There are two living room areas which allowed for lots of space for the kids to play and adults to talk. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Very homey and clean space.

Everything went great; however, I do feel it is a bit overpriced for Sterling, Colorado...especially considering no air conditioning.

Shawna was an awesome host! Very helpful and professional! House was wonderful exactly as described. In town for work and hate staying in hotels, Shawna's place definitely felt like home away from home!

I loved this little blue cottage! I instantly felt right at home and the layout is perfect. The home feels very private, with neighbors nearby being in town all the benefits of various resturants and amenities. Check in instructions were very clear and arrived on time with zero difficulty accessing the property. I didn't hear so much as a car drive past at night and while unused to traveling alone, slept very well in the comfortable and large bedroom with attached bath. The cottage is also decorated lovely and was spotlessly clean. Courtney was a wonderful host, putting up with my endless questions and struggle to add our little dog to my reservation, mid reservation, when my husband brought him with at the last minute when he made it into town for our son's wedding. This adorable little blue cottage is defiantly my new home away from home while in Sterling visiting family. I am already planning my next stay!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Alvina’s home. The place is super-spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed with everything you’d need in abundance (linens, kitchenware, appliances.) Everything is incredibly clean/spotless. Alvina is very personable and incredibly friendly and I easily felt right at home. I enjoyed my stay so much, that it was super-hard to leave. ☺️ Would love to stay here again, sometime.

This was my second stay at Sue’s place and I was very happy with my stay. It is a cozy, comfortable upstairs apartment. I felt very safe behind three locked doors! The check in and check out process was smooth. The kitchen is well equipped and there are heaters and air conditioners for the varied temperatures. The shower was hot and there were plenty of towels. The only thing I couldn’t figure out was the Chromecast TV. I like how close to restaurants and the grocery store the place is. I will likely be back again in the future! Thanks, Sue!
