Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Louisville

This was or second trip to the residence. Lea and her partner were always available and helpful. We look forward to our next trip out and plan to stay here again if possible.

We stayed for 5 days while attending my son's wedding. The location was great, the house was as advertised, and communication was excellent. We will hope to stay again when in town to visit my son who lives close by. Thanks for a great stay.

Rob’s airbnb was clean, looked just like the pictures, and was perfect for our group of 5. Close to downtown in a great neighborhood. the fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. Would highly recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean and had every amenity we needed during our stay. The location is a 5 minute walk to downtown Idaho Springs, which has a good variety of restaurants. It's centrally located between Denver and ski resorts (about 30 minutes from each).

Nicole was an amazing host! Easy to get ahold of and catered to what we needed quickly. No complaints in any regard. House was clean, location was awesome, and host made our trip to CO a lovely experience! 10/10

We loved having Mindy’s place as a home base for our weekend in Denver. Having two infants and a toddler, we were so thankful for all the extras that Mindy had to make our trip comfortable so we didn’t have to bring it along with us. The house is beautiful and perfect for large or smaller groups.

We had a great time at Susan’s place! It was close to town so a lot of the time we walked into town instead of driving. All of the people we came across in town were so friendly and welcoming. The house was very cozy and it had a lived-in feeling that made it feel like a home versus just another rental property. It was the perfect spot for our Colorado trip and if we visit Idaho Springs again, we hope to stay here.

We were a family of 12, ten adults and two children in town to celebrate an 80th birthday with family that lived in town. There was plenty of space for us to gather in living room together as well as chairs at dining room table. We never felt on top of one another. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of pillows and blankets. It rained every evening while we were there and so we were unable to take advantage of the outdoor space which was one of the main reasons we booked it. We did walk down the hill to the playground one morning. Plenty of pots and pans and cooking utensils to make a big breakfast. Overall a great stay.

We absolutely loved this place! It was our first time visiting Denver, and it exceeded our expectations. Jessica was incredibly communicative and shared helpful information throughout our stay. She even provided a coffee from Coda that my husband really enjoyed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience — highly recommend!

This place is 1000% worth it! Exactly as described and VERY much at home with all the extra amenities. Tonya provided cookies that were OUT OF THIS WORLD (literally some of the best cookies I’ve ever had).

Great place to stay in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars a short walk away. Place is nice — good kitchen; cozy bed. Will definitely come back next time I’m in Denver.

Great spot for the weekend! Lots of good taco places near by. Michael was helpful and responsive if we needed anything. Would definitely come back another time.

Great great spot for what we needed; a space to regroup after moving out of our nearby home and on to the next thing. We loved the separate entrance to the space, the easy-to-find blue picket fence, the parking options, the washer and dryer and also the 2 bedrooms. We are very tall, so often anything smaller than a single king bed is tight for us to sleep together - so it was nice to sleep in separate rooms with the doors open! The kitchen/living area is so cute, well furnished without being overstimulating and everything we needed was right there. I work from my laptop and the dining table was perfect for that with my portable second screen. Overall, excellent spot.

Nanci’s place was cozy and welcoming. Reminded us of the good old days of air bnb with lots of personal touches. Nanci is super friendly and accommodating. Great neighborhood, nice walk to Pearl St and Wash Park. Thank you, Nanci!

The best review I can give is that I've stayed at this Airbnb five times. Whenever I happen to be in the Denver area for work, this is my home base. Not only is the property well maintained, it's constantly being improved.

I've stayed at numerous Airbnbs and this was one of my best finds. First of all, extremely clean. Secondly, so much space. Has all the amenities you need and a lot extra. It was so nice to arrive from the airport to find a large bowl of snacks. I didn't cook but it has a very generously stocked pantry. There was also a stacked washer/dryer. I found the little portable heater heated up the bedroom and bathroom nicely. Several excellent small restaurant a very short walk from the home. Neighborhood was silent at night. I give this rental a 5 out of 5 stars.

This was a nice clean place to stay. They were responsive and helpful when I had questions. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was as described and it was very well maintained.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We had a wonderful stay at Betsy's Airbnb! Betsy's communication was excellent and very helpful. The location couldn't be better - you can walk to many shops and restaurants! The Airbnb was spotless and had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our second stay at Jenny’s place. Very clean and comfortable with amenities including children’s kitchen flatware and toys. The bathroom has different toiletries including a hair dryer. The beds are very comfortable with nice bedding. Jenny communicates well and will take good care of you.

Very comfortable home with everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend if you’re in the area.
