No words can express how cool this spot is - and Jim makes it 10x better. He goes out of the way - truly - to make your stay worth it. It’s my second time staying here and there’s a reason for that! The location, the accommodations, the fun/funky Colorado vibe - it’s all so so so good. You legit couldn’t ask for a better host!

John and Kyla’s place was great for our girls night away to relax! We were welcomed when first arrived and it has a separate entrance to their home. Easy to find the entrance with signs to follow. The place had everything we needed! The kitchen was great and living room/dining room was spacious! Living room was big enough to put up our king size mattress. Additionally, the bed was comfy and there were so many comfy blankets! Bathroom was a great size and had everything we needed. Hot tub was awesome! That was the best part for me 😊😊

We enjoyed our stay at Ryan’s place! The location was in a nice quiet neighborhood, and a short drive/uber away from pearl street/hiking. UC main campus walking distance. There was plenty of kitchen supplies and essentials. We enjoyed the hot tub, patio, and shared spaces. Beautiful woodworking, plants, and art/details that made the house cozy.

Our stay in the Suite was fantastic. Merredith was exceptionally friendly and provided everything we could have needed for a weekend! The Suite was well furnished and loaded up with all of the essentials and more. We highly recommend staying with Merredith!

A stunning mountain retreat on the top of a hill, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. The home is extra clean, spacious, and feels brand new. The host was incredibly helpful, guiding us throughout our stay and promptly answering all our questions. The experience of being on top of the mountains was truly amazing, with elk roaming freely in the area. Located just 20 minutes from Boulder via a shortcut—be sure to ask the host about it. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

My family and I loved our time at Brenda’s place. It really felt like a home away from home. It was so neat to see all of the artifacts she had acquired from around the world and the backyard was so beautiful and peaceful. My kids loved the dart board and spa and were sad to leave. We’d love to come back again someday.

A stay at Anne's is like stepping back through different layers of time. The house itself is old, a true authentic miner's mountain cabin! It felt like a stay at Grandma's - cozy, quiet, and antique - yet with modern amenities. A fully equipped kitchen for those seeking to cook. Most of our time was spent either outside in the beautiful and peaceful yard by the creek, or inside on the window bench seat. The bed was very comfortable too! We had two dogs with us, and they enjoyed it also. We tried out the hike nearby and it was perfect with how close it is to the cabin. To get a full understanding of what you are renting you should recognize this is not a commercial sanitized rental operated by a company! This is truly like staying at a grandparents cabin, with it's own quirks and charm. The previous reviews all do a good job describing the area and the house - windy roads, cyclists, nature, and all else that comes with a trip to the mountains of Boulder. We loved our stay!

Better than expected! Gorgeous area and the hummingbirds were awesome to watch! We were lucky to see a family of deer crossing the property peacefully. They have done everything right at the Bear’s Den. The beds were super comfortable. Some may think no phone service is awful but me I like to shut down sometimes. Thanks for a great stay.

Jessica is a fantastic host a provided a great space for a relaxing week in the mountains. The cabin is tucked away above Denver and is on a beautiful stretch of road between Denver and the Rocky Mountain national park as well as other outdoor access points. The sauna was lovely and the grounds were fun to explore and relax during the time at home. Jessica was also very responsive and provided everything we needed!

Overall, this was a 5+ stay. From the very beginning, James was responsive and timely. We arrived to find the house spotless, well lit, music playing, and exactly as described/pictured…. Maybe even better. The kitchen was well equipped, linens were spotless and ample, and the neighborhood was quiet. 25 is just behind, so there was some road noise at times, but it was minor and really only noticed it 1 night. The house is beautiful and perfect for a group of family and/or friends. We would love to stay there again.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Amy’s place was just as described, so close to the Flatirons and a really beautiful neighborhood!

Although expensive, it was less expensive than the nearby Hotel Boulderado, and we had so much flexibility. The well-stocked kitchen, the premo espresso maker the study space and the extra bed (in the laddered loft) were all great bonuses for us. Great restaurants and even hiking were walkable. I found the hosts very helpful and welcoming.

Perfect place to stay in Boulder. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and trails. Beautiful and peaceful. Wish I could have stayed longer.

We would absolutely stay at Pricilla's beautiful home again! It was very comfortable and relaxing. Light and bright, close to everything Boulder has to offer both walkable or a 5-10 minute drive. Priscilla was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and would love to go again.

Shanti and Eric's home felt like a real home that reflects the vibe of the city of Boulder and the artsy interests of the owners. Location walkable to CU Boulder was our reason for selecting this home and 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths to accommodate 5 adults. We enjoyed "Green Gate's" warm comforts like a gas fireplace in the main room, enough seating for a group on the comfy sectional, heated towel rack and a multi featured bidet in the master. The screened porch looked inviting for warmer lazy mornings. The setting is peaceful backing to a park and the greenway while connected well with public transportation. Eric and Shanti leave a detailed manual with everything we needed to know and helpful suggestions as well. While it is a pricey stay, Green Gate is a good value in the area for location and amenities. And was a better value than anything else I could find for these features. Stay here if you have the opportunity!

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

This place had a beautiful view of the mountains! loved the private hot tub. We messaged the host about one of the toilets not flushing and the sink not draining, thry got it fixed right away.

we did a girls trip and stayed 4 days. this was the most peaceful location. Meg and her family are amazing and super friendly. the animals on-site are the sweetest babies to have as a bonus. the location is great as you are 20 min drive to Denver. I loved the view and the total experience. I will definitely be staying again

The condo was very comfortable and conveniently located. The kitchen was spotless and well stocked. I would recommend!

We stayed with our 1.5 and 3 year old boys, had a very late night check-in but getting in with the instructions and putting everyone to bed was so easy and seamless. The big sectional was great for family snuggles, and the location was central to amenities and places to take kids. We hope to book again the next time we’re in the Denver area!

Had a great stay, no issues. Host was friendly and place was accurately described. Only issue maybe I missed on the listing is there’s no locks, the door only automatically locks and there is no lock on the bathroom door. Great area and space otherwise!
