Tiny house vacation rentals in Long Island

The cottage is ideally situated and worked well for my family for last minute weekend getaway to Hamptons. The place is super clean and tidy, the host and on site property manager is very responsive and helpful. The place is small and just as described, was comfortable for my family of four. I want to emphasize the place was really clean and tidy, a bit dated but had its own charm. We also had a covered patio so didn’t feel tight or cramped. The cottage is also less than 2 miles from the beach. I would recommend the place for a couple and for a family with two small children as a base to visit the Hamptons and surrounding areas.

The room is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by woods and a tiny pond. Note that there are two windows that only have a net, so if the weather is on the colder side you will need to bring your sleeping bags. Also, they have a Forest school running on the premises, if you are looking for a quiet gate away - this might not be a perfect fit for you.

What a pleasure. Jessica has a really special place and it was a perfect location for us. Very private and cozy, we could come and go all we wanted and didn't feel limited. The horses were a great addition and we got to know them. I would definitely stay here again and feel we made a friend.

Such a wonderful lodging! My son and I stayed for a week for him to attend camp nearby and the hospitality with the entire staff was remarkable! Clean, quiet, communal feel and tended to my every request! I highly recommend this charming little place!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage! The location was perfect, with a beautiful, quiet beach just a short walk away. At low tide, the sandbar created a stunning and peaceful spot to enjoy. The house was cozy and comfortable, just the right size for a relaxing getaway. The outdoor area is newly built and thoughtfully designed—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or morning coffee. The neighborhood was private and very friendly, which made us feel welcome and at ease throughout our stay. Gail was an incredibly welcoming host, even leaving a handwritten welcome card that added such a personal touch. The house and kitchen had all the essentials, and we were pleasantly surprised to find the fridge stocked with basics, all complimentary. Overall, it was a fantastic experience with a host who truly cared about making our stay memorable. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, beachside retreat in a friendly community!

Extremely cute, super clean, and plenty of hot water. Worked well for three of us - i think would have been too small for more unless the others were little kids. We were a little surprised that there was an extra fee for anyone beyond two people. Micaela was very responsive even tho it was a holiday weekend. Would love to come back in summer as pool looks beautiful. Felt very pastoral with golf course behind us and was a really pretty area for running.

We were in town for a concert in Red Bank and the cabin met our needs perfectly. Ideal accommodations for two people and we were able to bring our dog along. An easy stay in a very comfortable setting.

I truly enjoyed our stay in Westport. Sarah’s renovated barn was extremely gorgeous, cozy, and comfortable. I highly recommend a stay there. We will be back!!

Hi! The house was cute and convenient for our purposes. We were on a tight schedule so could not be there when the utilities could be explained to us which put us at an extreme disadvantage. It's a cute place to get away. Thanks for your hospitality.

Everything was so thoughtful, beautifully designed and comfortable. There are no words to describe how tranquil the space is with the natural light every morning. The home was warm and Thomas was very quick to respond! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Sarah was absolutely fantastic. The place was exactly what I needed for my stay, and just what I was expecting. It was comfortable and well kept. The yard and neighborhood were lovely. Sarah was friendly and responsive, and so helpful during my stay with her! She offered great information and recommendations about the area, responded to questions or issues quickly, and just so helpful with my needs as a guest. Great stay in this cottage - it was the perfect getaway weekend for my best friend and I - she stayed in the upstairs bedroom up the spiral staircase, and I stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room were spotless and cozy for our stay. There are clear labels and instructions for everything, and it had the amenities we needed. It was a good location to visit a number of fall activities in the area, such as the Great Jack O'Lantern Blaze, orchards, and Hudson river boat rides.

Such a cozy cottage! Kids loved the loft and all the animals. The fireplace was also fantastic.

Andrew and Kenneth were excellent hosts. Some of the most professional, responsive and attentive I have experienced. The home is cozy, and the space is really well used and appointed. Some of the appliances are a bit quirky -- like the washer/dryer, which isn't very effective; and the stove/oven which the hosts are aware needs some repairs. The location is lovely. Be prepared to listen to the ducks on the lake. They can be loud even during the night. The outdoor shower was the icing on the cake for me. I nearly stayed longer, except I had another opportunity overseas.

This cottage is the perfect getaway for rest, relaxation and a little adventure. We were so comfortable there and felt right at home. The location is fantastic- away from hustle and bustle, but close enough to explore surrounding areas and villages. The cottage is full of extra special touches that make the stay even more great. Lisa is a great host, and her communication from the moment you book to checkout is unmatched. Highly recommend.

Christine & James’ place was perfect for my wife and I to celebrate our 21 year marriage anniversary. They were so thoughtful to welcome us with a bottle of wine as an anniversary present. It felt like we were in our own little world in the cabin. would recommend Christine & James’ place to anyone. We are already planning our second trip with our daughter.

The cottage was absolute heaven! It’s on a beautiful property with wonderful amenities. There is no shortage of things to do near by, but you could also enjoy a peaceful relaxing stay on property. We swam in the pool, grilled on the deck, played ping pong and took the canoe out on the bay. Sunsets from the cottage were great too. We brought our dog along and the property was very pet friendly. The cottage itself was clean and really had everything you could need. We’ll definitely be back! Brian was lovely to deal with and has set up a hidden gem here.

We booked Farida's place for the proximity to UBS arena, and had a lovely stay. The house is super cozy and easy to access (by following Farida's detailed instructions) - felt very welcome and everything we needed was provided. We'd definitely visit again.

The "Boatel" house boat was very nautical, breat balcony views, lots of Avian and Aquatic wildlife on the river made for a peaceful experience.
