Las Vegas homes

This was one of the best stocked kitchens I have used. The appliances needed for preparing a full meal all worked well. The location was perfect for our climbing trip in Red Rock Canyon NCA, with a short drive that took us past any shops we needed for supplies. It was quiet at night and felt secure. The outdoor patio was great for enjoying every moment of sunshine. The bed was not the most comfortable, with a significant dip on each side, but the linens were clean, and soft. The water pressure was adequate in the shower. It just took awhile to warm up. None of this would prevent me from booking again.

This beautiful, large house was perfect for our group of 10 friends! Aaron was incredibly responsive and helpful to help sort out necessary bedding, early check in etc. The indoor space was perfect for gathering with a pool table, large couches, speaker etc. The outdoor space was great as well. The house is well stocked with cooking supplies. It can take 10 min to get an Uber so order ahead if you’re in a rush. A few things to note for planning purposes: - tThe bean bag mattress for master room floor mattress is literally a bean bag unrolled. It was too soft for us to sleep on - The master room bathroom is inside the room and also the shower is visible from the rest of the room (though toilet is not), FYI for any groups trying to share the bathrooms. There is another shower upstairs (along with 4 bedrooms) and a half bath on entry level

The house was perfect. Jodi was a great host. We absolutely loved it.

We had such a great time here! Had a little family get together. The place was perfect for us! Loved the backyard!!! It was warm enough to swim and the jacuzzi was awesome!!! The host was very responsive and seems like a great person. The place was clean and had a great layout. Kitchen was stocked. Made all our meals there. Just need to bring paper plates, tin foil etc. Quiet neighborhood. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back!!!

Communication was seamless! Joseph was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Beautiful home. Would stay again next time we’re in Vegas.

We have stayed at this house twice now and we love it!! It is by far the best stocked kitchen of any house that we have rented with all the pots, pans, knives, etc to prepare a large meal. Also lots of paper towels, napkins, spices and cleaning supplies. We housed 15 people very comfortably. The place is always thoroughly cleaned and spotless upon our arrival. The outdoor pool and bar-b-que set up is fantastic for outdoor meals. We will be renting this house again, you should too if you are looking for a fabulous place to stay in Las Vegas!!

We had a wonderful stay! The community was peaceful and the property was exactly as described- clean and well equipped with all listed amenities. Being only about a mile from Strip made getting around very easy.

The place was clean and well-appointed. There was easy access to ride-share and taxis. Kevin and Lillian were very proactive with communication throughout the stay. There was some noise from the upstairs neighbors, but over all very manageable.

The house was beautiful! The hosts responded to us vety quickly each time we sent a message. The pool was maintained and was available to swim in. We really enjoyed the color scheme. The beds were comfy and the house had good AC. We were super close to the strip, and we're able to get around pretty easy from this location. We definitely rate this a 10 out of 10. We plan on staying here every time we visit Las Vegas.

Nice small cozy place for a couple wanting to get away. Perfect area for shopping. 20 mins from all the extractions. Nice price

I love this place. this is my second time staying here and it was great both times. always clean and smells good. nice area outside with a little table to sit at. We always feel safe and comfortable while there. I'll be back!

The place was cute. The walls are really thin and you could hear others outside but the place was cute. AC worked really well. The location was perfect and near lots of restaurants. I would def recommend if you are on a budget.

Uns haben die 4 Nächte in Chris‘ Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Es ist groß, gut ausgestattet, sauber und hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Strip. Chris ist sehr nett und hat sehr schnell reagiert, als eine Frage aufkam. Zu Fuß zum Strip sind es ca. 35 Minuten, also ein gutes Stück. Am Palms stehen aber ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung, sodass man mit dem Auto näher an den Strip fahren kann und gut wieder zurückkommt. Wir würden hier wieder übernachten!

House was great and super clean! Pups loved the backyard which was amazing and very secured giving us extra peace of mind. The community is a retirement community one thing to keep in mind and wished I had known prior to booking

Celebrated the weekend with a few friends and honestly can say that I could not have selected a better place for us. The location was genuinely very close to the strip and the place was comfortable. It felt like a little get away with the spacious home and beautiful backyard. I look forward to my next trip to Vegas and hope that this home is available. Thank you again Jayson and Janet!

Janie’s place was awesome. In a great family friendly neighborhood clean and spacious. The pool was a nice added feature we weren’t able to use because of the cold weather while we were there. The beds were comfy and the rooms very spacious. Kitchen pleasantly stocked with extra spices and tinfoil and baggies things you wouldn’t ordinarily have. Communication was awesome and she even offer us to enter a little bit early as we arrived before checkin. Would totally stay there again. Thank you so much.

Beautiful home, very spacious living room and kitchen. Awesome master bedroom with a nice bathroom and closet. Neighborhood was quiet and had a lovely view of the mountains. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. Victoria was an amazing hostess and was quick to answer any questions when needed. 10/10

This place was really nice with plenty of room For my family. It was a short walk to the strip which was plus. Denis and Cindy responded whenever I texted and the check on and check out process was really easy. I will stay here again
