Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Mendota

I loved this place so much! The rental was large, had a full kitchen, laundry room, and 2 large bedrooms. We felt right at home and enjoyed that there was a large property to walk around on. We visited an orchard that is right across the street. This location is 12 minutes from town. It was perfect! I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The kitchen had pots & pans, baking dishes, bowls, cooking utensils, large fridge, & microwave. We were able to cook full meals, which is super important to me since I have food allergies.

Andrea was a wonderful and attentive hostess. She paid attention to every little detail and made us feel like we were very welcome in her home.

Sue was such a personable and friendly host. She came out to greet us when we arrived and helped us get settled. The space itself was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. There was very good internet, which I needed for work. Having access to the yard was such a huge help for us with our dog. I can't recommend Sue and Sue's place enough. We will be staying here every time we pass through the area.

Stayed in the Birds Nest during a friends wedding weekend. Dean was very responsive as questions came up during our stay and accommodating with an early check-in option. Great space, bright and airy. Bonus points for having extra parking space for our trailer! Would definitely stay again in the future.

Everything was as described and our stay was great! The apartment was very spacious and quiet. We enjoyed walking through downtown Mayville and we were able to enjoy our family time together. We will definitely stay there again in the future when we return.

Tricia was great to work with. We had an extended stay due to our home being under construction still. She was quick to respond with any questions and was very helpful and kind. Our daughter loved all the books and board games that were in the living spaces. I would recommend her to anyone.

Private and relaxing location with short drive to Madison. The unit was exactly as advertised and was clean with good furniture. The owners were friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this place if location and features suit your travels.

This was the perfect home for our family get-together over Thanksgiving. So cozy and comfortable with everything we needed to relax and entertain ourselves. Easy access to downtown Madison, the airport, and all kinds of shopping nearby. Worth every penny!

This cottage is so cozy! The location is quiet, with blackout curtains and a white noise machine for peaceful sleep. We spent a lot of time on the couch reading and enjoying the fireplace. Although we didn't use the kitchen, it was well appointed and thoughtfully stocked. All told, a restful stay. Would definitely recommend for travelers seeking proximity to Baraboo, the Dells, and Devil's Lake.

The home was very nice and clean. The farm setting was beautiful. It is a little out of the way but we knew that going into the visit. Very nice place.

I had a grueling travel schedule and asked if I could have the lockboc code early. He responded quickly and positively and when I arrived at the house at 1:30 am, it was a breeze to get in. Only thing I would say to people staying there in winter is that the bedrooms get real hot overnight if you leave the door closed. Open it, even if it's just a couple inches, you'll be more comfortable. This property would be perfect in nice weather, as they have a sitting area outside, and even a treehouse! But, at ten degrees we noted how warm and comfortable the house was. Thanks Morgan - it was an unforgettable stay and your home added to it.

Katie's home is so lovely and charming, with many sweet decorative touches that make this a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Katie was very responsive and easy to communicate with when we had a few questions. We would love to stay here again when we come back to town to visit!

Quiet, comfortable and out of the hustle and bustle of Wisconsin dells. Minutes from downtown. I would recommend this location and will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I had a great time here! The place is cozy with a fireplace and a big bathtub in the bedroom! The patio faces a great river view! There is also a warm swimming pool and spa pool not far from the apartment. Chad and Gi provided a very helpful booklet of things to do and restaurant recommendations. They also left us a handwritten welcome card which is super heartwarming. 10/10 recommend!

Nice layout, great back porch overlooking the river, and beautiful walk to downtown. location was perfect since not right in the busy downtown. Nice to have amenities of the indoor pool area. Beds were very comfortable and nice pillows.

We loved Mackenzie’s place! It was a short walk to the Ridge hotel where we were attending an event. The condo was super cozy and fit our needs perfectly. And you walk outside and can see the lake! Would definitely stay here again.

I originally booked the place to celebrate my boyfriend birthday, and to my surprise ended up also celebrating our engagement! We couldn’t have picked a better place. Everything was as it showed online. Plus, Lori was an exceptional host from start to finish. Her response was prompt and courteous, and her recommendations were very helpful.

Great place to stay! It was near all the good local spots. Kitchen was great! It had everything we needed- even an air fryer! We will be back!
