The lodge and grounds are amazing. High quality, great value.

Audrey's place was very nicely decorated with a consistent theme throughout! She had so many nice extras: coffee bar with drinking water, the popcorn machine and the snow cone machine, the hot tub with beach towels by the door! If it we had stayed in the summer, it was fully stocked with outdoor items to enjoy. The yard was beautiful..the basement was great for our adult children..and the Karaoke was such a hit!

Overall it was nice. All clean all good, as described. I didn't expect it to be between 2 highways and thought it would be more recluse. On the other hand it's 10 mins away from downtown, so you gotta sacrifice sth. And in the end I got used to it and found watching cars driving over the lake quite serene. So, overall I liked it!

This was the perfect spot for our family’s weekend trip to Madison! The home was spacious & comfortable; it provided a great spot for us all to hang out and was conveniently located to downtown. Jim was proactive and responsive in communicating. We’d definitely stay here again!

What a lovely stay, couldn't do any more for us, good cummunication, really feels cosy and they really thought of everthing to make our stay and we felt so welcome.Thanks for checking in with us and dropping in extra coffee and other bits, we have stayed at other airbnb in the past and never had owners checking in with us and doing the little things like the bowl of sweets in kitchen. This was my second time staying at The Lake House and again it was most relaxing and calming. Great little place and I will be back again.

What a lovely home and host! We had a great time here in this neighborhood. Our dog loved running around the fenced in backyard, we enjoyed coffee on the front porch, and walking to Papa's Blue Spruce for a delicious meal. The house is beautifully decorated, warm, and so comfortable. The host had a lovely welcome basket with dog treats, all the supplies for S'mores, magazines, etc. I definitely want to come back again!

Katie's home is so lovely and charming, with many sweet decorative touches that make this a wonderful, peaceful place to stay. Katie was very responsive and easy to communicate with when we had a few questions. We would love to stay here again when we come back to town to visit!

There were not many options in Oconomowoc available on AirBnB during our travel dates, so finding The Blue Belle was already a blessing. The Old Victorian house was something out of an old favorite book. There was so much space to stretch out and so many nooks to get comfy. The place was immaculate with plenty of amenities. We enjoyed ever bit of our stay. Both bathrooms were clean with endless hot water and plenty of comforts. The kitchen was equally provisioned with anything needed to eat in or enjoy a pick up meal from the many restaurants in town. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. I would recommend this place as a great stay in Wisconsin. The hosts were simply the best!

Jackie was an amazing host!! She was so responsive and so accommodating! We felt right at home and loved the use of the golf cart for our girls weekend!!

Steve and Jen are wonderful hosts with a really nice place. It was extremely clean, fully stocked with linens, kitchen supplies and full of small thoughtful details. They provided local coffee (which was delicious), bottled water and assorted beverages which is not generally part of an Airbnb. The already cute place was tastefully decorated for the holidays which gave it extra charm. The location is great for walking to the lake, shops and restaurants. We felt no need to drive anywhere. They greeted us upon arrival and gave us a detailed tour with all the information we would need for our stay. There were three of us and all of us definitely want to go back again! We were so thankful for how comfortable and welcome we felt during our stay. Sue

The condo environment was peaceful and relaxing. It was very close to attractions yet not a cramped location. The view of the river was very nice. Condo was clean and spacious.

There needs to be a level beyond Super Host, like Extra Special Super Host!! Kelly & Scott would definitely qualify!! The Cottage is exactly as it appears on the airbnb site. What you don’t realize is just how comfy, cozy, quiet and peaceful it is. A quick 30 minute highway ride was all it took to connect with family in Madison this holiday weekend. When you live on water, it’s hard to do without the view. Not necessary with the Rock River right in the front yard here. Thanks for the perfect holiday weekend. Cannot wait to come back to The Cottage.

I simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! It was so cute and historic in the outside and charming, modern, and beautifully decorated on the inside! We loved this place so much and would recommend staying here! The only downside was that there was only 1 bathroom and with 8 girls it was a little tough to share but we ended up making it work!

Connie’s house is a beautiful find on a small lake in southern Wisconsin. If you’re looking for a retreat from city life, this is the place. The home is comfortable and cozy with a great patio and a great game room. We really enjoyed the fussbal. We were there in the winter, but I’m sure the lake provides plenty of activities in the summer. Overall, a great option under 2 hours from the city. Recommended!

Dave and Lisa's cottage was just what we needed. The location was beautiful, peaceful, clean, had all needs of home and close to Devil's Lake park, The local town of Baraboo had good restaurants and friendly people. We enjoyed our stay.

What a beautiful view from the picture window! This place was charming and had everything you could need to relax. My host was very accommodating and attentive. She brought a basketful of fresh linens to accommodate my change in guests due to schedules and availability of my family and friends. The pizza place that was recommended was fantastic and they delivered. The place is in a great location, close enough to town but out in the country. The sunsets were enjoyed on the deck:) One morning early while lounging on the couch I saw a beautiful yellow autumn dressed tree and under it’s branches a buck, majestic with his antlers under the tree shaking the bottom branches:) Very peaceful. We also enjoyed siting around the smokeless fire pit. Thank you for sharing your home with us!:)

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described and very welcoming. We booked it for a peaceful, quiet weekend and it perfectly delivered. Everything was clean, well stocked, and well maintained. Angela was very responsive and her recommendations were super helpful. Definitely check out Ledge Park; it was a highlight of our trip. This was a great rental and we would definitely return.

This place is a lovely little cottage on the lake - the pics and description make it sound small and cozy, but I found it to be quite comfortably sized. we really enjoyed our time on the lake, and were able to explore Madison and Stoughton easily from the location. Brian was a wonderful communicator and super responsive to any issues. I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay here again!
