Waterfront vacation rentals in Kissimmee

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

This was the perfect place for 2 adults and 2 tweens for our SeaWorld vacation. Loved that it was a gated community with everything we needed close by. Max & Ray provided all necessary details prior to arrival, including products that we needed to supply for a longer stay. One thing we would like to see is a Keurig coffee maker. There were no issues to report and we had a very pleasant/relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again. Thanks Max & Ray!

We felt welcome frome the beginning and the place was spotless. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Jodi was always very responsive. We ended up having to do a late check in, and Jodi was very responsive. I was grateful that he allowed us to bring our dog to his home. The backyard is simply amazing. If you can, let him know in advanced the time of your check in and tell him about your A/C temperature preference, as the control is in his home. Even when we checked in late, he was attentive and accommodating in regards to this too.

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

Sergio’s place was a modern, clean, and spacious apartment. From the kitchen to the bathrooms, everything was in excellent condition. Sergio was also very responsive in his communications with me. Definitely had a good time and if I get the opportunity I will be coming back.

Great location to visit Universal, lots of great food options nearby. We had an easy check in process and was able to get lots of rest in between.

Our stay was amazing. Our kids loved it. Natasha was very responsive. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. We plan to be back next year

5 stars - 10/10 Excellent location. So close to everything. Busy surrounding roads but we only ever waited one light cycle at nearby crossroads, which is what causes the traffic. A bit of TLC needed. Scuff marks on walls etc but absolutely nothing that will change the quality of your stay / vacation. Great Pool, a few cracks etc but this doesn’t impact the stay at all. Everyone has a solid wood fence around their pools. Therefore not overlooked and good privacy when swimming. The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s much better. TV’s are all modern flat screens with streaming capabilities. Bedrooms have curtains - not just blinds as shown in the photos. Appliances are immaculate and fully functioning. We had no issues with ants. No issues with cleanliness. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We would be more than happy to stay here again, and hope we will. Thank you

This Airbnb was an absolute gem for our Orlando vacation! The location is perfect—right off the highway and incredibly close to Universal Studios, Disney, and SeaWorld, making park visits a breeze. The house itself is spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were modern and pristine.The kitchen was a highlight, with everything we needed to cook meals, and the large living and dining areas were great for relaxing and spending time together. The washer and dryer worked flawlessly, which was a huge plus for our longer stay. Parking was convenient and hassle-free.The backyard was a standout feature—beautifully maintained with access to a lake and fantastic kayaks that we enjoyed using. It was the perfect spot to unwind after busy days at the parks. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Orlando!

Stephanie's townhown was just perfect for my mother-daughter getaway. It was pet friendly, and my small doggies felt right at home. The location was perfect being right behind the major attractions like SeaWorld, Aquatica, Discovery Cove, and Universal and surrounded with a lot of good food options in resturants and fastfood. I hope to book again if I am ever in the area again.

Jesus was an amazing host. The house had everything we needed, and was such a peaceful place to stay. Can’t say enough about how amazing the back yard was. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Roy was very responsive and made check-in super easy. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Very nice place to stay! We really enjoyed it. Great to have a pool table and ping pong to play. Would definitely stay again.

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and in a perfect location—close to so many great activities in the area. We would definitely consider coming back again. Just a small note: if you have a sensitive back like my husband, be aware that the king bed is on the firmer side. It didn’t bother me, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Adir's place was fantastic. There were many personal touches that made it feel more cozy, which I've found in Orlando can be a struggle. I loved how there were cozy blankets, bathrobes, and a few treats when we arrived. The location is awesome. Very close to anything you could need, Disney, Universal, and the airport. Dollar Tree, Starbucks, Dunkin, Chick-Fil-A, Walgreens, and many more places are all within walking distance. I loved how peaceful the condo and location felt, despite being surrounded by everything. The view was beautiful to wake up to and my kids enjoyed playing in the pool. We would definitely recommend and be happy to stay again!

Our stay here in Davenport was excellent. The resort and condo had everything we wanted and needed. The weather was great. The location was perfect. It took us 50 minutes to get to Universal and a hour and a half to get to Saint Petes Beach. The food and the drinks were excellent as well. We had 2 18-year-old boys with us and they were now bored. Hope to be back again soon.

If you have a small family and plan to visit the theme parks this place is for you! it's affordable, has a great pool and is only about 15-20 min drive from the Disney parks, universal, Medieval Times and Gator Land. We loved having the kitchen and the washer/dryer for our clothes. Also at 9pm each night we can see the Disney fireworks from the elevator balcony! Make sure to check out the Dollar Tree next door for awesome deals :)

We loved our stay at Patrick's Arbnb. Great location, with very easy access to both Disney and Universal. Literally Disney Springs was right across the highway (4). Great views on both sides of the apartment. On one side we had a peaceful view of the lake while on the other side we had a great view of Disney Springs and best of all to 'Fireworks' from the Disney Park (Epcot i believe). Apt was clean and with all the needed essentials to start any vacation. Lots of places to go around including a mini-golf right in front of the building. Highly recommended to other potential guests.
