Waterfront vacation rentals in Osceola County

This Airbnb really made our anniversary trip special. We were able to go out and have fun and come back, and relax. There was even a day we stayed in all day long and just enjoyed the views, and relaxed. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and bright. Beds were super comfy as well! If you are not renting a car we found it very easy to Uber around from here. The parks are only 15 -20mins away.

Wonderful property! It was very close to Disney and a grocery store! Will stay here again :)

Very responsive host . We arrived a little earlier than expected. I messaged Jean to see if we could check in early and within 5 min she responded and said we could . That was a big help . AC worked great , internet very strong . It’s in a great location and easy to access . We had 6people . More than comfortable with the 4 bedrooms . I would def stay again . Thanks Jean

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Junior’s place. Perfect size and amount of space for our family of 6. The house was clean. Had all cooking utensils needed for making meals in the kitchen. Extra amenities such at splash area, pools, and water slides were great for a “rest day” away from the big parks. Host was proactive and quick to respond to our questions.

We were in town for our daughters Cheer Worlds competition at the ESPN Complex. Cami’s place was close by so it was easy travels back & forth daily ! Cute little condo it was perfect for my husband & I , loved the whole complex & all it offered !! Would definitely stay there again if we come to Orlando !!

Our stay was amazing. Our kids loved it. Natasha was very responsive. If we could’ve stayed longer we would’ve. We plan to be back next year

My guys used this place as a base camp for some work in the nearby state forest. They really enjoyed their stay and the quiet, laid back atmosphere. Alexeis was very responsive and easy to work with. We weren't sure on our final day of work and she was flexible in allowing us to stay longer if needed. Overall great experience.

Absolutely magical! This was my second stay and it was just as wonderful as the first time. It truly feels like a week at Hogwarts. Alex and Sofi were always responsive and helpful hosts. Would return again in the future.

This home was great! Lots of beds, large rooms, big pool, clean house, plenty of bathrooms and all basic things you’d need to stay. Some noticeable wear on walls but totally functional and pleasant. Our Family of 7 had a fantastic time and we would stay again. The neighborhood pools/resorts were very fun! A little pricy on drinks and food but decent portions and visiting them made for a great resting at home day while still having fun between theme parks. Bryan was very responsive and helpful with any issues.

5 stars - 10/10 Excellent location. So close to everything. Busy surrounding roads but we only ever waited one light cycle at nearby crossroads, which is what causes the traffic. A bit of TLC needed. Scuff marks on walls etc but absolutely nothing that will change the quality of your stay / vacation. Great Pool, a few cracks etc but this doesn’t impact the stay at all. Everyone has a solid wood fence around their pools. Therefore not overlooked and good privacy when swimming. The photos don’t do the villa justice. It’s much better. TV’s are all modern flat screens with streaming capabilities. Bedrooms have curtains - not just blinds as shown in the photos. Appliances are immaculate and fully functioning. We had no issues with ants. No issues with cleanliness. It was a peaceful neighbourhood. We would be more than happy to stay here again, and hope we will. Thank you

This is our third year in a row staying at Jennifer’s place. We love the privacy of the house, the pool, the water park across the street, and the proximity to all the parks. A great family friendly house. Our girls love the bunk room and game room. Highly recommend!

We have fished out of Cutty Shack multiple times. I would discourage mid October bookings because it might affect our trip next year. :) Thanks, Kristen, see y’all next year. Another great trip to the Kissimmee Chain.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was plenty of space for our family of 14! The host was quick to respond and have any issues resolved.

We had an amazing stay and location is great loved being steps away from the pool. hector was so accommodating with allowing us to extend our stay and has quick communication. Only cons is the plumbing we had to plunge the toliet just about everytime bathroom use or flush again to make sure it went down. We confirmed a party of 6 and there weren’t enough towels/washcloths so be prepared. Other than that 100/10 - we will definitely be staying again .

Julie’s place was a great last minute stay for an extra night. . The space was clean, comfortable and convenient for a family of four. I would love to stay again on our future Florida getaways.

Laurie is a great host, very responsive, kind and helpful. The house was spotless, had everything we needed and looks exactly like what you see in the pictures. It is near the parks, convenience stores, restaurants and others. Would definitely book again. Thank you Laurie!

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

We had a wonderful time staying at Carol’s condo during our week vacation in Orlando. Her place was extremely clean and as pictured. The condo is located on the first floor so no need to haul luggage up stairs or elevator was a bonus. Our family also enjoyed the access to the clubhouse next door. They had a beautiful pool and other fun amenities. Her place is within a 30 minute drive to Universal and Disney parks. Her place is perfect for families visiting the Orlando area that want a little more room to spread out versus a resort hotel. Lastly, Carol was very easy to communicate with, left clear instructions of the check-in process and even had Disney goodies waiting for our girls when we arrived! Would definitely stay again!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family trip to Disney World and the owners intentional communication was appreciated. There was plenty of space in the condo for our family our 5. It was spotless, the Walmart is minutes away, uber eats delivered one night with no issues, the pool and hot tub were great, the king mattress was fantastic for my husband and I, and the baby items provided in this condo made this stay effortless! Brian even added our friends to the guest list so they could come hang out with us for one night. I couldn’t have been more pleased with this stay and the amenities they provided. We would definitely stay again and hope to come back soon!

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean, quiet and beautiful surroundings. The property is well maintained and very secure, allowing my family to rest comfortably. Anderson provided great communication before I arrived, he was welcoming upon arrival and promptly responsive throughout the entire trip. I would highly recommend this place.
