This was a very nice place! It was perfect for two people, my partner and I had such a great time. Super short walk to the beach, with access to a pool and a bar just footsteps away! Such a nice and peaceful getaway.

Our family was looking to spend some quality time together in a quiet place. Melissa's house was exactly what we were looking for. She was very responsive to our inquiries, and we thank you for that. We enjoyed our staying and my kids had a wonderful time in the area.

Our three-night stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, the house was spacious and clean, and the host had put a lot of thought into the decor. The house was even more beautiful than in the photos, and the kitchen was fully prepared with everything we needed. Our whole family loved the house — it was one of the highlights of our trip to Charleston.

Great location. Near beaches, restaurants and Charleston. Backyard had an amazing private heated pool. Very clean and relaxing. Bathrooms were like being at a spa. Hosts were quick to respond to our messages. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home was clean, pool was clean, golf cart was wonderful to have to take to the grocery store. Host was excellent. 10/10 recommend

We had a wonderful stay! There were many restaurants and it was right next to the bird sanctuary. Everything at the house was as advertised! I would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful but unfortunately brief stay at the Eco House; Hurricane Debby prevented us from fully experiencing everything this house and Folly beach offers. April is a great host and we hope to have an opportunity to return again soon. The beautiful beach and the shops and restaurants on Center St. are a few short blocks away, an easy walk or bike ride through this lovely, quiet neighborhood.

The house is beautiful. It is a classic, charming place to stay. The house was spotless and had all the extra touches like all the toiletries you would need, and extra towels. The beds were so comfortable. It is walking distance from King Street, so the location was great and the area felt very safe. There is a small coffee shop a few houses down with great coffee and quick food items. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This was our first time to the Charleston area and it did not disappoint. The house was perfect, great location with lots of restaurants and things to do. The house was just as described and shown in the pictures. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a getaway! Definitely recommend renting bicycles though. Downtown Folly was conveniently close by bike as well as the beach and made for lots to do! The sunsets on the back patio/deck were beautiful. Overall very responsive host and helpful with answering questions!

We loved our stay at Marina's beach hut. We walked to the beach morning and evening and views on the beach were beautiful. Everyone was so friendly. Had plenty of space for our family to either be together or spread out in the house space. House was well stocked with beach and home supplies. Loved having space for our car in the garage. Master bath shower was luxurious! Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Loved the keyless entry system!

First time on the coast of SC & we absolutely love Folly Beach! Emily had great recommendations & was super helpful. The house was cozy & was super close to the beach! The house had almost everything we needed including beach equipment. The beach itself was peaceful & was a short drive to downtown Folly where delicious restaurant & shops were located. Would definitely stay at Emily’s again!

We loved our stay!! We had a gathering of family in Charleston. This house was the perfect place. Beautiful inside and outside - the deck and backyard was lovely. Also a fabulous screened in porch and an outside television. Inside was clean and incredibly comfy. The owner was terrific and very very responsive. We will be back!!

This is our favorite spot to stay when in the Charleston/Mt Pleasant area. It's so close to everything we love. We can bike through the cute neighborhood or to Shem Creek. It's so close to Charleston, but away from the busy areas. The backyard is perfect for our dog and there is a neat firepit that is always stocked and ready to go. Great area to hang out with family or friends. Rebecca and Brad are very responsive. I've only reached out to thank them, I've never needed anything more than the house had already. It's stocked perfectly, always clean, and there are always delicious treats waiting for us. I'll be honest, the chocolate cake they leave us is the reason we keep going back! It's thoughtful and the best cake we've ever had! We just love it here and will be planning another trip soon!

I brought my family of 7 adults and 2 children and this beautiful home had all the space that we needed. Absolutely beautiful home and backyard is beautiful, we especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The game room was super nice -hate we didn’t utilize it more but there was so much to do around the area -we stayed busy. Mari gave us a lot of great suggestions and kept us informed of things happening in the area. She was a super host. The location was fantastic, lots to enjoy in Mt Pleasant and close to beach and to visit Charleston. Couldn’t have been happier and it truly felt like home! This is a gem and would return if visiting Charleston area again.
