Really peaceful neighborhood and house which is exactly what we needed. The king bed was really comfortable to me as the firmness was practically perfect to what I like. Clean house, comfortable furniture making you feel right at home. We didn’t use the pool due to our own circumstances, but walked out there and it was a nice view. Really responsive host, was always on top of it. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just steps away from the beach, making it so easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Eason was an amazing host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Great home! The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated. The neighborhood is very nice and peaceful, very close to some great bars, breweries, restaurants, and coffee shops. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had such a special weekend at this beautiful property. The space was peaceful, fun, and full of charm — perfect for making memories with family. Every part of the house and grounds felt so thoughtfully put together, with little hidden gems to discover everywhere you looked. Collecting eggs each morning turned into a fun little game, with everyone trying to call dibs on who got to do it that day. The man cave was a major hit — packed with personality and details that made it feel like staying at a friend’s place. We also loved spending time by the pool and relaxing in the screened-in patio — the perfect spot to wind down in the evenings. Thank you for sharing this one-of-a-kind home with us. We’re leaving with full hearts and some unforgettable memories.

To start, this place was absolutely perfect for me and my soon to be wife to spend a few perfect, peaceful days. The host (Emily) was amazing! The house was quiet, and in a beautiful neighborhood. The free parking space provided close to downtown was amazing! Basically everything about our stay and the house was more than bargained for. If you're looking for a nice little tucked away paradise you've found it with Emily's place!

Absolutely beautiful stay, super close to beach access, short drive to the historic district of St. Augustine. A thoughtful and well stocked home, great for folks that are looking to cook + have meals with their families. Dalerie’s a clear communicator and responsive host. We hope to be back one day!

Zac’s place was just as described. He communicated well throughout our visit. We loved being walking distance to beach and restaurants.

We loved this Airbnb! A 5 minute drive to the Trolley parking lot. A 5-7 min drive to the beach. Very easy to find and Amy and Roger left great instructions and suggestions for St Augustine. The description and photos you see online is what you will see when you rent this Airbnb. It was a great place to stay and we would love to go back for another week!

The home was beautiful and the area is quiet and peaceful. It's close to the interstate for quick travel to the beach and the Mayo clinic. The hosts stayed in contact for any information we needed throughout the stay. We enjoyed our stay!

I reserved Danny & Andrea’s house for a weekend trip with my two daughters and my oldest granddaughter. It was a perfect place to stay. Close enough to the historical area where we spent our time, but a quiet place to get away from the hustle and noise to relax and enjoy each other. I would definitely recommend their comfy place for a nice vacation or short getaway. Thank you for allowing us to have a great weekend.

My family and I were in town for a wedding at the fountain of youth and this spot was the perfect location. Walkable to the beach. Cute neighborhood. The host was easy to communicate with. Great stay!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

This BNB has set the bar for me and my family! This is only our second time renting an Airbnb, and we could not have been happier. Everything was thought of and everyone was cared for. Every single minute detail was carefully considered, and that meant a lot to us. I love the antique detailing of the home. I have never experienced such aesthetic before. I usually opt for modern to contemporary aesthetics, but I’m very glad that we got to experience such a Homie feel away from home. If I should go back to Jacksonville, this is definitely the place that we will be staying again. ❤️
