Melody’s place was perfect for our family trip during Thanksgiving. It was so amazing to be footsteps away from beach. Highly recommended!

Everything at the Twin Palms was exceptional. Steven was the best host I’ve ever experienced. He was instantly responsive, very thoughtful and helpful. He is also someone who understands the value of details. Every single corner of that entire place was incredibly thought out. First of all, there’s an elevator which made taking our bags up and down a complete breeze. The pool and back area was gorgeously designed and Steven was very kind and flexible with us having two little kids and turning the heat up and having the hours be a little bit earlier since our kids wake up so early. The second floor was extremely beautiful and offered beautiful views of the ocean, which was a short walk from the house. The kitchen was cleaner than any kitchen I’ve ever been in and was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Also had nontoxic cookware and utensils. The bedrooms were all massive with extremely comfortable king size beds, and again the cleanest bathrooms. We can’t wait to return!

Great unit, very spacious, looks just like the pictures. Loved the easy access to the beach and quiet location. Hosts were super responsive and easy to work with ( including last minute rebooking because of the Oct hurricane). Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay here! The beach wasn’t crowded and the condos had their own private beach access which was just a short walk from the condos. The place was so cute and well decorated with plenty of space, bathrooms and everything we needed. I really appreciated the pack n play for my baby and access to some beach chairs.

This house if fantastic! Quality everything inside and out. From the well equipped professional kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, we had everything we needed and then some. Christopher our host was super and made sure everything was to our comfort and convenience. Short walk to the beach and the neighborhood is a pleasure to explore. Each house is unique and the residents are all so friendly. Looking forward to coming back next year. Thank you Christopher!

Great home for a group! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was a good fit for our group of five adult women. The home is about a 10 minute walk to the beach and a short cab to elsewhere. Vilano Beach is a bit isolated, so prepare to wait a bit for Uber/Lyft and pay a premium. The hot tub was a nice perk, and we found the space quite livable. Ample supplies (toilet paper, towels, etc.) were provided.

I must say, as many AirBnb's as I have stayed in, this one was far and away the most thoughtfully stocked in every aspect than any other I have ever been in! I usually travel with my "AirBnB Bag" which has some of the items that I would normally use/want during a stay but most places never seem to have most of them and certainly not all of them....well, much to my surprise and delight, if I could think of something that I needed or wanted to have available during my stay, it was there! From the most well equipped kitchen with actual sharp steak knives that I could cut my steak with to every utensil you would ever reach for not to mention a large assortment of pots &pans and even small storage containers for the leftovers! I never had to even look at my "AirBnB Bag" the entire stay! The bathrooms were beautiful and again, offered everything you need and no shortage of toilet paper which is usually the case at most places! All in all, the best place to stay bar none! My family stayed here while attending a memorial/funeral, but we’d love to come back as a vacation rental. Holly was very considerate and kind about the reason for our trip. Her recommendations were helpful and as a beach rental especially this property shines. We loved it here

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I feel like this deserves one! I’ve stayed at multiple air bnbs over the years and I can honestly say this one is by far the best one yet! Usually there is one extra trash bag and limited supplies but this bnb had everything you needed in abundance. Although we only started 2 nights and didn’t need much this is the perfect place especially if you are planning a longer trip because you will have everything you need! The attention to details was awesome such as coat rack and towel hooks, dog blankets, dog bowls, extra charging stations, etc! There was even a wagon and a cooler if you want to watch across the street to the beach! The outdoor hose and shower were perfect after walking back from the beach! The beds were very comfortable and the area was quiet! Lori was very nice and responsive. Also one other perk is that check out is 11 compared to some places being 10! I would highly recommend staying here! Such a perfect place for 1-2 families!

This was a sweet spot right on the ocean. Great place for homebase for The Players Championship as it’s just a few miles away, easy access and a beautiful view to come back to. Will stay again.

This is one of the best Airbnb we have stayed at. The pictures don’t do it justice, this condo is cozy and comfortable, fully equipped, and super clean. The host has a wagon loaded with everything you need to spend the afternoon at the beach. The building is well kept, beautiful walking paths along the beach, nice amenities that include a pool. We look forward to staying here again!

Stayed for 12 nights. Check-in and instructions were clear and simple. The place was fantastic and very clean. It was exactly like on pictures. The fenced backyard was perfect and location was great! I really enjoyed my stay!

The location is absolutely amazing!!! The view out the back is just stunning. We miss it already. Gorgeous sunrise can be seen from both kitchen & MBR. The outside back deck was great and spacious! It is only a few steps down from the deck to the beach and you can walk and stroll along the private beach in both directions. A lovely welcome basket was there for us upon our arrival which was much appreciated. It has a cozy cottage beach house feel. Exactly what we were hoping for in our winter getaway weekend there! A lot of local recommendations were given and Amy was extremely responsive and checked-in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again.

Location is everything! Loved having coffee and watching the sunrises!! The beds were so comfortable! We had enough space to chill and enjoy our week! Kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to cook at home!! And Dani was so responsive when contacting her!!

We had a great stay for the week. It was the perfect amount of space for our family of four. The back patio with a shaded overhang and firepit were the perfect extension for a bit more living space when we all needed it.

This house in St. Augustine is absolutely incredible! The location is unbeatable, with the beach right in front, allowing you to step out and enjoy the sand and waves anytime. The property itself is stunning, offering breathtaking sunset views that make every evening feel magical. Whether you’re relaxing on the deck or taking a short walk along the shore, this place is a perfect coastal retreat. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house with lots of space and very open. We spent a ton of time on the balcony watching the ocean. Great location with plenty of privacy at the beach. Very convenient - 5 minutes from Vilano Beach (grocery and a couple restaurants) and about 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. Wander were great hosts and very responsive. The AC had an issue and they were quick respond to get someone out to take care of it. Their app had easy to follow instructions and good local recommendations.

Perfect stay! Very dog friendly! Great location!!! Would definitely stay here again! Chris thought of everything- even baby gate for front porch so pup could relax on the porch with us out front and back is fenced in. Beach is so close and not over populated! Lots to do within walking distance!
