The house was very clean and bigger than what the pictures showed. My family and I had a wonderful time in their home and I will book again when we return to Jacksonville: great neighborhood and only 20ish minutes from the airport. Beautiful home!!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I must say the pictures do not do it justice! We felt right at home when we walked in the door. The comfort of the home was very inviting. Felt like we stepped off the plane right into England. The beds are quite comfy. Plenty of room for large families and even us small ones too! Tho we did not swim, the pool appeared to be very inviting. Private fenced backyard. Very quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Fantastic host. Always responsive and was very accommodating. Thank you James, we look forward to returning here or another one of your locations.

Alex went out of his way to make sure we enjoyed our time in his home! He answered any questions or concerns immediately, and even surprised our son with a cake and balloon for his birthday celebration!

This location had many local amenities that made us feel like we were right at home. There were many new developments for shopping etc. we were just 25 minutes away from downtown St Augustine, 20 minutes from St John’s Town Center and 25 minutes from downtown Jacksonville. It was the perfect location for us to get around the greater Jacksonville area.

we had some car troubles right before traveling for vacation and was a stressful few days. felt great to walk into the Airbnb and everything was just right. clean looked as advertised and felt homey right away. the kids had an absolute blast even on days we just hung out at the house. nice quite neighborhood not to far from things to do. would recommend to friends and family for sure and or stay again. thanks for topping off our vacation with the perfect place to stay!

Very beautiful home. The only issue was not realizing the 3rd bedroom was the sunroom (our mistake) and not realizing the second bathroom was just a tub. Otherwise everything was great! Still a 5 star experience.

We had an amazing time! The area was beautiful! We went to the beach and ate at restaurants that were nearby. Everything you need is a 5 minute walk. The house was very cozy! My daughters felt like we were in our own home. We went during a tropical storm and a heat advisory so it definitely took a toll on his backyard and pool. We still had plenty of time to enjoy it and spent almost every night in the hot tub. Cory was very responsive when we messaged him. He was very friendly and helpful. If we are ever in the area in the future…we would look to stay here again.

Leslie and Joe were so welcoming and friendly and helpful. Their home was perfect for us. The house is a true beach house just a quick drive across the street from the ocean. The back yard is beautiful and the pool and jacuzzi were a nice way to help ease the stress of the storm. We actually came during Milton the Hurricane. We were seeking a safe place from the Tampa Bay Area. They were both able to ease massive anxiety by being so accommodating and we greatly appreciate everything. Can’t wait to visit again for a true vacation.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near Mayo Clinic, which made my trip so much easier. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind, and the space was very peaceful and clean. The host was clear with instructions, and made everything seamless. Would absolutely stay here again!

Felt like home away from home. We dearly loved our stay, and highly recommend for families. We made great memories at the house with our kids:) Frank was super helpful , and we had everything we could want and need. 100% would stay there again!

The farmhouse is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the surrounding Fernandina Beach area. Isi and his family are a delight and we plan on visiting again next year.

Great home

I initially booked a week with Beverly but after a week I extended my stay an additional two weeks since I felt comfortable and safe in the cabin. The location was close to restaurants, fast food, and a grocery store within a 1 to 5 mile radius which was convenient. Additional, Beverly was responsive and very accommodating.

Really enjoyed my stay. Just what I needed after a long day dealing with a stressful situation. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully set up for a a comfortable stay. I did actually use the wood stove one night and the firewood was nice and seasoned. Tides are very transient in this location but there is great fishing right up the road. I am not a fisherman but know the area as my parents live close by. Erica and Tyler were incredibly responsive to my questions and that was appreciated. Thanks so much for hosting!
