I was in town for a work week and this property was just what I needed for small group. it was clean the price was affordable and it was conveniently located. I would book again

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The place is great! The little kitchen and fridge are great to have. Everything was easy to find and I was able to enjoy the stay at Anita’s place without any issues. Danke!

It's a great location in a cool neighborhood. There's a really nice spot to hang out by the St. Johns river a half block away. You can also walk to bars, restaurants and Publix. Casey is a really chill host. No lame rules or any of that nonsense. I would definitely recommend staying there.

Besides the confusion of construction and the confusion of Uber and Uber eats everything else is fantastic. The young lady was attentive and responded to all of my messages even when I was locked out of the door that I could not realize how to open it. Five stars of the way I shall be back soon and yes, I’m gonna bring my Onewheel lol by the way, I left four kids in one of the plants. All you gotta do is water it and feed it. Try to find it because hon.

I have stayed at this unit multiple times for work trips at the NAS with colleagues. Perfect for two people. Unit is spotless on arrival, and in-unit laundry and first floor access are very helpful for us. Nakita is an excellent and responsive host and we will definitely be returning.

very secure and easy check in. thank you for having extra keys around. This location was amazing! walkable to two playgrounds and a library/community center to cool off in! so close so many things to do in a, and we love being on the first floor with our heavy footed toddler. Very great natural light! Angie was very quick to respond and extremely flexible and reasonable, considering I was not necessarily in the best mood when I checked in and was somewhat rude. We had to change our reservation and she did not hesitate to work with us! thank you so much, I highly recommend this spot!

The place was just as displayed, beautiful and clean! I wanted to make sure I stayed somewhere I knew was safe with plenty to do when visiting back home. I would recommend to others and stay again! When requesting a late check out, the host was extremely accommodating and responsive. Thanks you guys for such a wonderful experience!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Beautiful location! Sat on the dock for morning coffee and happened to see a couple of manatees showing off right in front of us! Super supercool and even had a little beach spot off the dock area to play in the water!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

It was a beautiful, spacious condominium. We loved the architecture and the gorgeous pool.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

Everything was absolutely perfect! The beach items in the storage unit made our trips to the beach super easy! Brooke was super accommodating, checked in throughout the week & was extremely quick with responses! Cynthia’s Oasis provided my daughter and I with a beautiful place to stay while evacuating SWFL during Hurricane Milton. We didn’t venture out much, but food delivery service was able to locate us without any problem. Cynthia provided us with multiple ways to reach her in the event we needed anything and even had a large bowl of fruit waiting for us in the dining area (although it did take us a day and a half to realize the fruit WAS real and not just decoration). Great sidewalks and grassy area to take the dog for walks too! Can’t wait to plan another visit to Jacksonville (under better circumstances, of course) and stay at her residence again. Amy’s house was perfect for the wedding wknd I attended at the Cummer Museum. Its location was close to everything and she was both friendly and available for any and all things! Thanks again for everything!

Very clean and comfortable unit in a great location. I very much appreciated the historic hardwood floors, original windows and iron tub. Excellent value in one of Jacksonville's most beautiful neighborhoods.

Super cute and can’t beat the location! We travel a lot, and this was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve ever stayed at. Kudos to the cleaners! Chris and his team were responsive and kindly allowed us to edit our stay when plans changed. And they have thought of everything you could need in terms of amenities and supplies. Definitely book it!!
