This cute space is attached to our home yet has complete privacy. there is one bedroom with one queen size bed The living area has a dual reclining sofa and chair so comfy to watch tv or sit by the fireplace on chilly nights. The main living space also has a table and chairs to enjoy meals or use as workspace. kitchenette with Keurig coffee maker , coffee , microwave, toaster oven, and mini-fridge. There is a cooktop in the apartment. Great location only 6 blocks from the beach.1

There is absolutely no shared space. This is a ground level unit. There are neighbors above. Occasionally they can be heard. Quiet corner in south Jax Beach close to retail shops and grocery stores. Within a few miles of Mayo Clinic, TPC Sawgrass, Ponte Vedra Inn and Spa and many popular bars and restaurants.
