Apartment vacation rentals in Jacksonville Beach

Great place for the price. Right next to the beach access. She left a cute snack tray for the kids. Plus she had beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys available. Also had a basket of baby toys and board games.

Everything about the stay was really nice and Josh was a wonderful host. He was responsive before my stay when I had questions for him and during the stay when I requested a 2 hour later check out time.

Morgan’s place was beautiful and tidy, but still felt very homey. Even though our stay was short, it had all we needed, e.g. iron & ironing board, kitchen utensils, and a great smart TV. The location was also very central and made accessing local restaurants and the beach very easy. Morgan’s check in & out instructions were extremely clear and she was responsive throughout the entire process. Would absolutely book again if in the area!

Tracy was awesome, adjusting our reservation to last minute changes we needed. Quick responder and overall amazing host! Place was very clean, and in a great location to go to different shopping malls in Jax. Will book with again if we are in the area!

My stay was good. I commuted for a business trip during my stay. The place was just as in the pictures and had special touches not listed, which was a nice surprise. There's a toaster, a K-Cup coffee maker, and a blender supplied in the kitchen. The location was easy to find, and the instructions were clear. I would recommend it to anyone, and I would stay here again. I didn't get a chance to use it, but there is a pool onsite, hammocks, and the porch opens to a pond with a fountain. Parking was right in front of the building and by a little dog park.

So I’ve been to many areas in Florida and have stayed at various Airbnbs. This was one of my most comfortable stays. Stay Luxe made sure we were satisfied from beginning to end. The apartment was perfect for our needs as the description was very accurate. The apartment was clean and everything you would need was provided. The kitchen was modern with plenty of space to cook and enjoy our time talking. The bed was comfortable and clean. The laundry room in the apartment was perfect to allow us to return home with clean clothes. Plenty of stores locally. Beautiful sights and the beach only 20 mins away. I would definitely stay there again! The one negative was the grey looking white towels but I usually bring my own.

I loved the apartment and the pool was amazing but the best part was how helpful and responsive Sean was! I will stay here again!

It suited our purpose , Mayo Clinic visit. Nice to sit on the little porch, watch the fish, turtles, geese in the lake, the neighbours walking their dogs around it. Clean comfortable place. A small negative, sometimes the thud of footsteps above woke us. Thank you Michael

Beautiful location! Sat on the dock for morning coffee and happened to see a couple of manatees showing off right in front of us! Super supercool and even had a little beach spot off the dock area to play in the water!

Steve was extremely responsive and kind. The Latera was a wonderful place to stay. my husband and I had a great time. The unit was very clean and exactly as described. We will be back, probably with our adult boys to golf. thank you

Loved that it was so quiet. Bonus to have a king size bed that was extremely comfortable.

Lovely stay! Nice quiet area on a lake, extremely clean, plenty of blankets, toiletries, kitchen items, etc. Only 10 minutes from the airport which is perfect for when you have friends flying in.

It was a beautiful, spacious condominium. We loved the architecture and the gorgeous pool.

The condo was exactly as stated in the description. It is clean, and in a great neighborhood. The owner is very responsive.

Everything was perfect. This will be our go to place in Jax Beach from now on

My birthday weekend and Easter Sunday were truly remarkable. We rented the entire building, and everything was delightful. My family and I had an incredible time together.Parthesh was exceptionally responsive and helpful; his communication was outstanding. Parthesh was incredibly thoughtful, gifting me a bottle of wine for my birthday, which I found to be a lovely gesture. The Airbnb exceeded my expectations; the house was spotless and looked exactly like the pictures. It was fully equipped with everything necessary for a short getaway. The rooftop experience was exceptional, offering breathtaking views that added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

We didn’t want to leave! So beautiful, the house was absolutely adorable and very comfortable. Beach is 2 blocks away walking and everything else is very easy to drive to. Perfect for everyone. Thank you so much, we will definitely be back!

This home was everything we hoped for! It had absolutely everything we needed plus the location couldn’t have been better. The house was close to everything we wanted to see and do (10-15 minute walk or 3-6 minute drive) yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend, and we’d absolutely stay here again!

Great location and Joan is a very responsive host. Easy access to everything Jacksonville Beach. Spacious one bedroom apartment- with private bath off the bedroom. The refrigerator, dishes and eat at bar are in the main living area, while the coffee bar is off the bedroom. The only sink for dishes and coffee is the bathroom sink.
