Lovely home! Great location , close to all of what Hot Springs has to offer!

Perfect cottage for a family! Cozy, kid friendly and really peaceful! We loved it so much. There were many thoughtful little details and we would totally stay here again!

Mark is such a great host. This is the 2nd property of this host I have stayed in. The house was private, peaceful, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in was easy, and Mark responds quickly to any questions. I highly recommend the Tree House-Cottage in the Woods in Hot Springs Village hosted by Mark.

My family (2 children, 2 adults) enjoyed our time at this location. The description met our expectations. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing games and watching movies. We took time to go into Hot Springs and check out some of the recommendations on places to go. This was just what our family needed. A nice, quiet, relaxing place to stay on vacation. My kids have already asked to go back in the summer.

Rene's place was unique and the setting was beautiful and private. The hot tub was super clean, and we loved hanging out on the deck after cooking our meals on the grill. Kids loved the tricked out shower and the spiral staircase. It's a bit of a drive from Hot Springs, but really close to Lake Catherine State Park, which was fun to explore.

Jeffreys was the perfect place for our group to stay and explore downtown Hot Springs!

This cute little house was close to all the downtown shops and the National Park. Karen was super friendly and gave great recommendations of things to see and sights to see. The personal welcome note with the chocolate chip cookies was a nice touch! We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This place was so peaceful and still within an easy drive to Hot Springs, downtown. I wish we could have used the hot tub but it was simply too cold outside. It was only me and my husband but it was a great space for a large party!

The Sunny Oaks Studio Apartment was exactly what we needed! A delightful studio apartment in a beautiful setting! Hosts were responsive to our texts and took care of our needs immediately! My husband particularly enjoyed chatting with our host's spouse! Hopefully, we will be able to return to the area someday soon and will definitely want to stay in the Sunny Oaks Apartment!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful lakeside home. The apartment was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Barbara and Mary were fantastic hosts, making sure we had a comfortable experience from start to finish. The quiet surroundings by the lake were perfect for unwinding, and we enjoyed every moment of our time here. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil retreat!

Stayed for an extended weekend retreat and it was perfect. We enjoyed kayaking the lake, sitting in the perfectly placed hot tub, and looking out the windows onto the lake. Their sweet dog greeted us each day and we felt private in the space. Dennis provided tons of info and was very responsive. It was affordable and a quality experience. We would definitely book with them again.

Scott was very helpful and provided great suggestions on things to do around Hot Springs. On our last night Scott told us not to rush as the weather on our last day was below freezing and the roads would be slick. It was kind of him to be concerned with our safety!

We love this condo on the lake!! The views are perfect with a large sliding door and window. The place was stocked perfectly. The linens and towels are amazing! Highly recommend!!

The place was very comfortable and well decorated! It was also in a great location.

Hidden Gem is a gem. Peaceful and easy to get to town. Walmart right down the street and different routes into town take you to new places to explore and visit. They surprised my grandson and I with a sweet treat bag one evening when we were out. So very thoughtful and kind. We plan on staying at Hidden Gem again.

The place was so nice and clean! It also had a lot of extra things like beach towels, floats. Coffee and more! The host was so nice at telling us all the fun things to do close!

A lovely place to stay. Nice and quiet with a gorgeous view of the water, it was the perfect place for our weekend away. Definitely recommend staying hereto anyone wanting to visit Hot springs but be away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This condo was exactly what we needed as a group of 4. The kitchen is a bit compact, but had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were clean and well kept, there is a guide book that lists local restaurants and even a guest book to log your stay for future travelers (The Higgs' page was probably our favorite) I would say be aware that there is very little separation on the back patio to the condo beside it, but if you keep the blinds drawn, you have plenty of privacy. Anne was wonderful and responded to us quickly and precisely. 9.1/10, would definitely use again in the future.

The first time in Airbnb, love it. I will plan to visit again and I will contact Britney for my next visit. Hot spring has so much rich history that is impossible to do in a few days. The restaurants that we visit, the food was great. IHOP was one place that I always enjoyed, when traveling hot spring has the number 1 I say again. I love the city of Hot spring. So much to see and not enough time. Going Back God continue to Bless your city

Great place to stay in Hot Springs. The view of the Lake was so peaceful every morning with my cup of coffee. There was enough room for my whole family of 5. Amanda was a great host. We will stay here again!

Beautiful place and area, condo was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Host was very responsive and eager to help with a few hurdles we experienced with resort changes and checkin. Highly recommend host!

Kathleen was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure to deal with the home is fabulous I left my robe and she offered to send it to me super nice lady… i will definitely book again if she will have me 😆
