Mike and Nicky were very nice and accommodating. They provided clear instructions and helpful tips about local restaurants. The home was very clean and has all you would need for a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend and stay again!

We had an amazing stay. Our host, Matthew was everything we needed. I reached out to him several times to ask him lots of questions before the trip and he was very prompt & willing to get the answers. It really helped us a lot. I was very relaxed coming just because he gave us such detailed information. We came from 12 hours away so I was nervous on what to expect. The check in was easy and that was a plus since we arrived so late and we were very tired. The place was very clean & matched the description from online. It was the perfect location to the beach , shops, and restaurants. We loved that everything was in waking distance. We would love to stay here again for our next visit to Waikiki.

Excellent location and great apartment! The space was updated and very clean. We especially appreciated all of the items available for use: beach chairs, kids beach toys, pack and play, cookware, knives and cutting board, etc. The closest beach is just a block away and perfect for small kids- it was shallow and had a sea wall to keep the stronger waves out. We would definitely stay here again!

We had been traveling for 5 weeks and had been flying for 14 hours on our way hone and we stayed here for one night to get a break before the next flight. Very comfortable beds and showers. Very clean. Exactly what we needed. There was a coffee maker, not all do these days. View of the ocean was terrific. I would stay here again.

We had an incredible stay in Pacific Beach Rentals, and a huge part of that was thanks to our amazing host! From the moment we booked, communication was fast, clear, and friendly. The host went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed even sharing local tips for activities around the area. The check-in process was seamless, and the place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described — if not better! The location is perfect: just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping centers. Mahalo for such a wonderful experience — we’ll definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay! The location is very walkable to many attractions, and was very clean. The host is very responsive and gave great recommendations on what to do in the area. I would stay here again next time I am in Hawaii.

We had a good stay at Cheryl's place. The kitchen had all the essential appliances and everything was in its place. The cleanliness was good uppon arrival. The view of Waikiki from our room was beautiful. Note that the AC was next to the bed. Some didn't mind, others in the other room just turned it off during the night and on during the day and it didn't bother. The temperature always stayed comfortable in both cases. Unlike some reviews we saw later on the internet, we had no bugs and the place felt safe. To sum up, we liked our stay there! Thanks again Cheryl.

I had a lovely stay at Kinohi’s place! The location was really good! Right in the middle of restaurants and stores. Very walkable. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities it mentioned. I hope to stay with them again! Olenka

We had a a very easy and comfortable stay here - nothing to fault! It was very clean, had ample bath towels, and the kids loved the beach toys available (body board, floaties). It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, very manageable for my young kids. Being part of the Waikiki Banyan made it easy to arrange taxis to get around as it's an identifiable hotel. Christina and Rachel's communication was always prompt, helpful, and instructions were clear. It was conveniently right next to the elevators, and surprisingly very quiet, we didn't hear anyone else coming and going. The beds were comfortable. There are sliding doors to create some privacy between the bedroom, though just a curtain between the bed and basin area. We enjoyed the view over the canal and mountains. The pool was closed for renovations but we knew this before booking and the hosts confirmed this before our stay. We didn't use a car, but definitely would stay here again knowing there is free parking! Thank you!

We couldn’t have had a better location. Our family of four stayed at Brooke’s place. We have a three and six year old and it was absolutely perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped for those who have early risers and want to make breakfast in the home. We would also make lunches and break from the beach and eat outside at the outdoor dining people. It took us less than a minute to walk to the beach and they had all the beach necessities for a great day. We will be back!!! Lastly, Brooke was wonderful with communication and very friendly.

Fantastic location and very affordable!

We had a terrible hotel experience, checked out an hour after arrival and quickly needed a place to stay during our trip. Shawn responded immediately and gave clear instructions so we got right in the condo. It was better than the photos! A true relief to be in such a beautiful home. The valet service was so kind and welcomed me by name from day2 onward. Shawn answered any questions quickly and we could not have been more happy with the location and amenities of the condo. Walked right out the door to all the shops and restaurants but still quiet and peaceful. The decor is quite cute and home was spotless. The view was amazing and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The condo is very comfortable and spacious. The Hokusai theme was a beautiful touch in addition to the amazing view you get. The condo is very well maintained and is extremely well equipped. There is everything from sunscreen to outdoors gear(beach chairs, snorkeling gear) to even tennis rackets and pickleball paddles. The check in and out process is simple and smooth. Bonnie is extremely friendly and helpful and responds quickly. She gave us an elaborate guide for not only Waikiki but also many great ideas and tips for exploring the whole island. Bonnie and her condo made our trip very pleasant and more comfortable and convenient compared to other places that I’ve stayed at in Honolulu. Highly recommend this condo for parties of 3 or less and especially if you will be renting a car.

I had a wonderful time in the property, as did my family. There are several activities for kids to enjoy nearby and, of course, a lot of activities for adults too. The beach is a less than five minutes walk away. And the two lanais allow for a lovely breeze through the space. Would definitely book again if I make it to this part of the pacific again! Great！ Good location and good place that located at Kuhio Ave on Olohana Street. Bus 20 from Airport goes Waikiki, get off at Namahana Street. It closes Waikiki and Ala Moana. Walk to beach, restaurants, shopping within 10 min. Peter’s place is good and nice views of Waikīkī. I enjoyed my stay, nice place and friendly staff. Would stay here again. I definitely recommend here.

Perfect place if you want to save money and not be in the beach side resorts. Even has a kitchen. This place is right behind the resorts. 2 min walk to beach. So much food and stores close by. Place was clean and spacious.

This was our first time in Honolulu and Im so glad we booked this location. There were a lot of things around it and the walk to Waikiki beach was at best 5 minutes. It was easy to get in and out of the location and I would highly recommend staying here!

Rick is super friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting him to check in. He made it super easy and made sure we had everything we needed. The place is super clean, it was perfect for my family of 5. We loved that restaurants and the beach are walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

We had a rough start when our first Airbnb (rented through Hawaii Seaside Realty) had a balcony full of trash and loud, nonstop construction right outside the building. Thankfully, Asparo and Renny came to the rescue! They showed us this unit in person before we booked, and it was exactly as other reviewers described — spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable (we could walk barefoot, it was that clean!). Asparo also gave us a great tip: go to the 2nd floor of the Ilikai Marina, cross the bridge to the Modern Hotel, and walk straight to the Hilton lagoon and beach — a safe, easy shortcut we used daily. The location is amazing: Hilton Hawaiian Village is right next door, and across the street are Aloha Sushi, Namaste Indian, and an ABC store. We didn’t need a car — bus stops and Ala Moana Center are close by. We also felt safe walking to Kuhio Beach and the International Marketplace at night. So grateful to Asparo and Renny for saving our trip!

Dolly’s place was absolutely amazing! The view is truly unbeatable—photos don’t do it justice, as it’s even more breathtaking in person. The space was cozy and felt just like home. Everything looked exactly as pictured, and every detail was so thoughtfully prepared. The handwritten note and macadamia chocolates were such a lovely and personal touch. The place was spotless, and Dolly was the kindest and most responsive Airbnb host I have ever communicated with. I’m so grateful I chose to stay at her beautiful home. The location is perfect—just a short walk to everything and so close to Waikiki. I would highly recommend Dolly’s place to anyone visiting. It was truly the best decision I made for this trip!
