I really enjoyed my stay here. I felt right at home. I was able to work in the corner office nook. It was the perfect place for my laptop while my husband slept in the bedroom. Great place for two people. I would definitely stay here again.

This by far has been the best place to stay due to cleanness and accessibility to everything you could ask for. Christin was a super host and easy to communicate with precise instructions on how to enter property and lock up. I would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for quality, convenience and cleanliness.

Great location if you need to be downtown- restaurant in the lobby for late arrivals, and easy to uber if needed. House was clean, spacious and as described.

Daniel and Annie helping me in a bind of a last min booking, and they were ABSOLUTELY amazing ! I booked this trip at midnight on a Wednesday to then fly in less than 36 hours later. They responded to my questions literally in the middle of the night before booking just to put me at ease. My plane arrived very early in the morning, and they allowed us to check in very early to ensure we could rest before the busy hustle and bustle of a long cheer weekend in Frisco with our daughter ! Thank you so much & we will ABSOLUTELY be back if we have another travel comp in the area ! 😍

Booked this wonderful home on short notice for a quick one night trip to Dallas with the family which includes two golden doodles. This house was perfect for our needs. It is in a nice neighborhood that is close to everything. The house has a relaxing feel that we noticed as soon as we walked in the door. Two living rooms. The bedrooms are spacious and clean. The pups loved the big backyard which has a deck and privacy fence. Kayli and her team were fantastic hosts. They were super responsive and attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. They offered early check in without us even asking. Check in and check out were easy. Couldn’t ask for more. Loved this place and had a great stay! Would definitely stay here again!

There was ample space, and it was very clean. Everything we needed was there. Everyone loved the bathroom and luxurious shower. We only had a few very minor issues that will likely be resolved. If you’re looking for authentic TX BBQ, visit Meat U Anywhere! The food there was pricey but very worth it. I loved how close it was to Denton and the family-friendly tourist spots in Grapevine.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️- Communication, cleanliness, location, value and thoughtful touches. This was a great stay for our family of 4 and would have easily accommodated a larger family. Quiet neighborhood, cozy home, comfortable beds and had everything we needed for our stay. Central location in the greater Dallas area and not far from DFW. We really appreciate the host’s thoughtfulness and excellent communication. You can occasionally hear the trains at night and there are no blackout blinds but everything else made that no big deal. Absolutely recommend this Airbnb and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

Everything was really good perfect for 1-2 people, i have no complaints, nice comfortable bed, clean bathroom and big nice backyard with seats and a umbrella and being able to park on the property is so nice and hard to find in dallas without spending a lot. I would definitely come here again and it’s close to a lot.

The place was everything I expected and then some! Clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The best part was the view Lake Ray Hubbard is just a two-minute walk from the back door. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway. I’d definitely stay again!

Amazing stay but the neighbors kept blasting living on a prayer over and over I’m assuming band practice we heard singing as well it was kind of funny the first few times then it got obnoxious. But the stay over all was great

Leslie’s condo was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a week-long working stay in the area. Easy to get on the freeway and where we needed to go. Comfortable bed and furniture, great to have the closets and in-unit laundry. Leslie was helpful and responsive. The neighborhood is just okay though. We felt perfectly safe in the gated community, but it is near the freeway and isn’t really the kind of neighborhood where you’d just go out the door and walk around exploring. So, just take note if that’s what you’re looking for. However, just down the hill a little stretch (maybe 10 minute walk/ 3 minute drive) is an area called Preston Hollow, and that’s much better for shops/ walking around. Put Trader Joe’s in your GPS and you’ll find it.

Brooke's place was the perfect place to stay for 10 days while I was visiting North Dallas. It looked just like the pictures and was exactly as described. Brooke provided clear and easy instructions on how to access the home, and she was communicative and easy to reach. Everything was well stocked, and I didn't need to buy anything for the home during my stay. The complex is private and peaceful. It was a great place to stay, and Brooke is an excellent host. I plan to stay again the next time I'm in town.

LOVED staying here! We had a last minute cancellation from another host and we were having to find somewhere to accommodate us super quickly from flying in that next morning with our daughter who had local medical appointments and they were SO accommodating and helpful in getting us booked quickly! This place is so clean, really quiet area and super friendly hosts! We will be back next time we’re in Texas!
