Vacation rentals with a patio in Helotes

This place was perfect for our stay in Bulverde. The bed is SUPER comfy and the entire place is very clean. The view from the balcony is so pretty too. Karen provided everything we could have needed for our stay. We even arrived to find home-made chocolate chip cookies an a little hand-written letter of welcome on the kitchen table when we first walked in! We also liked that there was a desk and office chair so my husband could work remotely during our stay. Karen was very friendly and quick to respond to anything we needed. We even got a chance to chat an visit a bit with both Karen and her husband, Robert. They're both lovely people. We would definately stay here again next time we're in the area. Don't hesitate to book this place!

Joaquin is wonderful. We had a flight snafu coming in, but he was very understanding and accommodating. I would definitely stay with them again.

Although it started out rough as when we arrived housekeeping hadn’t clean the unit. After contacting Richie he quickly moved us to a different comparable unit that was clean. Richie responded promptly to our questions during our stay and for our initial inconvenience let us have a late checkout.

Angela was a great host - super accommodating and easy to communicate with! Location was right across from the river walk, super convenient. Space was clean and matched the listing!

Nice and clean place. Good location. I wish the rooms had blackout curtains because it gets very bright in the morning, but everything else was good and as the description stated. Evelyn was very responsive and when we reported having a plumbing issue in the Airbnb, she fixed it that same day. Thanks, Evelyn!

We had a fantastic stay! Hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Safety is a top priority for me, and Jaclyn’s place exceeded expectations. The location is in a gated community, and building access is secure, which gave us great peace of mind. The apartment was quiet, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. I booked it because I had an early meeting the next day, and my spouse and I both slept so well. It’s also in a great spot, just a short drive from Six Flags and the River Walk. I only wish we had more time to explore. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you so much, Jaclyn!

Kim’s place was great for our long family weekend. The primary reason we went on this trip was for Seaworld and this house was a very easy drive to it. The kids loved the pool and we got a lot of use out of it. The house was nice and clean and we felt like we had everything we needed there. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay, the house had everything we needed, the most comfortable bed, fluffy towels, and use of the washer and dryer was a great plus. Instructions for check in were super clear and the host was very communicative. The neighborhood felt super safe and was an easy drive to anything we needed. We hope we'll be able to come back and stay again!

This home is spacious and clean and had everything our work travel group needed. I was especially touched that the host took special precautions with the bedding because I told her in advance that I had allergies. Van is such a kind person and our group really loved that we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. 10/10 would recommend!

I usually don’t find myself writing a positive review on 5-star airbnbs because they typically don’t live up to the reviews and I leave super disappointed… BUT Lorena’s place was a breath of fresh air. I needed a place to labor comfortably and a clean place to bring my newborn to as I was traveling down to deliver at the “San Antonio Nurse Midwife” (absolute best place out there) birthing center and it met my expectations. The home looked liked the photos, the home smelled fresh, it had plenty of room for my family and guests, and it was located literally in the middle of everything. This was truly a “rare find” as Airbnb calls it. Thank you for your hospitality Lorena and if we have another trip in San Antonio I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

30 minutes out of San Antonio, quiet neighborhood!

This is our second time staying at Matt & Nikki’s place and we enjoyed it almost just as much as the first time. The condo itself is so nice and Matt & Nikki do a great job adding a lot of aesthetic touches and conveniences that make us feel right at home. Also, with easy access to the water park, the river, pools, and great restaurants, the location makes this a perfect vacation spot. I do have to mention that our vehicle was towed to San Marcos during our stay, which was unfortunate… we put the parking permit away when we went out to dinner on our last evening and forgot to put it back up when we got back the condo. When we woke up in the morning, our vehicle was gone. However, Matt was very responsive (on a Sunday) and accommodating in giving us extra time on checkout day and helping me find the information to get it sorted out. Don’t let that scare you away though. All that is just to say, take Matt & Nikki’s warnings about keeping the parking pass visible at all times seriously!

It was a great stay very quiet and relaxing the kitchen was beautiful and the bathroom as well. The walk in closet was nice and loved that we had two king beds, washer and dryer was nice to have just incase! Always great to have a hot tub and pool!

We were in town for our son’s graduation from BMT and Jill’s place was the perfect location for what we needed. The condo was so cute inside, it looked just like the pictures. Thanks Jill for a comfy stay!

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, comfortable and exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was also convenient to the activities we had planned. We would definitely recommend staying here and would love to stay again on our next trip.

We had a wonderful time in Canyon Lake and staying in this condo. Check-in was seamless, Roy was very responsive, everything was clean, and the area is so peaceful. The property manager on site was also very friendly. Our first night there, deer approached the back door and we had the opportunity to feed them which was so fun! There is a grocery store 3 minutes away. There are restaurant options all within 10 minutes or less. Wimberely is only <25 minutes away so we were able to enjoy the hill country without feeling like we had to drive too far. Highly recommend this stay and hope to come again!
