Our stay at Kent’s place was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, he was incredibly proactive and welcoming, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a smooth and enjoyable experience. His attention to detail and thoughtful communication made everything so easy. The property itself was nothing short of surreal. Tucked away in a peaceful and scenic location, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and you could tell that Kent has put a lot of love and effort into maintaining the space. Every little detail, from the cozy setup to the stunning surroundings, made our stay even more special. Beyond the beautiful setting, Kent’s hospitality truly stood out. He went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable, and his helpful instructions made navigating the place effortless. It’s rare to find a host so dedicated to providing an outstanding experience. Definitely will book again! :)

We are a family of 6 and this space was perfect for us. The backyard is a perfect oasis to hang out and enjoy the TX sun. We ended most nights playing pool and watching sports in the bonus room. The houses location is very good, SeaWorld is a short drive south and Six Flags was a short drive north. It was about a 25 minute drive on a Saturday to downtown to visit the riverwalk. My family will definitely rent this house again if we return to San Antonio and we will be recommending it to fiends also. The host was very responsive to a small issue that popped up, they had someone there to fix it within a couple hours. I would not hesitate to book this house again.

Rosario’s place was lovely… They had everything we needed and more… We went there for our sons Airforce bootcamp graduation and it was wonderful being able to bring him back to the house let him nap and cook him a home cook meal… Definitely would stay again!

Our stay at Kim’s was outstanding. Kim was very responsive and attentive to our questions. Plenty of space for our group. Kids loved the pool table and pool. Thank you Kim for your generosity.

Great value for the cost, especially when pets are a factor. Host was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. House was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely recommend this property to friends or family and stay here in the future.

A Beautiful relaxing home. Backyard was amazing pool, hot tub , covered sitting area, House is very well furnished and kitchen is great. Felt like home away from home. Arcade area was really cool. They have everything thought of for necessity’s , towels , toiletries , cups and plates. Great place to stay

Different unit but we’ve stayed at the property another time and love the location. Easy walk to downtown, Landa Park and we joined the gym Das Rec for a month, great value. Fun to watch the activity on the Comal and the golf course from your balcony. The unit itself has comfortable furnishings, well stocked kitchen, patio had lounge chairs and a dining set, all just as shown in the listing. Saundra was great throughout the process. We would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at this home. We were in town for a family event. The ping pong table enabled us to have some friendly family competition, the media room kept our young kids happy watching movies, the back deck is beautiful to sit on in the morning and in the evening. Bedrooms are spacious. Plenty of towels and nice appliances in the kitchen. Highly recommended for families who want quality time making memories. We hope to come back next year!

This house is really great! It was nicely decorated for Christmas which added a festive touch for our stay. Fridge had water and a 1/2 gal of whole milk which we used for coffee creamer (very thoughtful). Stocked w/plenty of coffee and there is a wine cabinet that is gorgeous! We didn’t cook while there but it looks like it has everything you would need. The rooms are lovely and clean, has pictures on the walls, nice lighting (not too harsh), and the place is huge. Nice big desk upstairs stocked with office supplies and a printer. Nice new TV in the family room. The deck is lovely, location is quiet, heating/cooling system was great (important in Texas), good water pressure, bathrooms stocked with helpful items. Overall a really nice place that the host has put lots of thought into. We would definitely stay in again. Highly recommend!
