Enjoyed our stay. Close to town yet secluded enough to enjoy nature. Home is perfect size for a group of 10. Kitchen had everything you could need.

Great place to stay in the Schertz location. Very convenient to restaurants and easy access to the highway. My only suggestion would be to get a coffee maker with coffee, I had my own and it made the mornings awesome by the pool. Loved the Pool!!!! A+++++

Lots of space! We had an excellent stay. I would definitely wear house shoes. Unfortunately, the house is located in the Copano Ridge subdivision on the other side of Kitty Hawk Middle School instead of on/near Sunrise Canyon Drive as listed, so we had to unexpectedly adjust some of our plans.

Absolutely fantastic stay! The Airbnb was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable — even better than the photos. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. The location was ideal, close to everything we needed, but still peaceful and relaxing. Truly a five-star experience — we’d love to come back again. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this Airbnb! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were cozy, and the outdoor space was perfect for hanging out with friends. It was the ideal spot for our weekend escape, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

A beautiful place nestled away in a lake home community. The house has a great layout. The pool and spa were the highlight for our family. The hosts are easy to work with. Our entire experience was just wonderful. I was also pleasantly surprised by the local grocery store. I didn’t expect such a large selection and at decent prices.

This has been one of the best stays my family and I have had! Beautiful surroundings and the home was so spacious it easily accommodated our group of 8. The home was exactly as described and was better than we could have hoped for. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sabrina's place was very well equipped with everything we needed for a 3 night step and was well located. Sabrina was great at communicating clear instructions and tips for our stay in advance of our arrival. We woke up to deer on the front lawn on one of the mornings which our kids loved. I would highly recommend to others.

We had a family get away for the weekend at schliterbaughn and it was about 15 mins away! Such a cute home very spacious, and private. Very clean home and the hot tub was a nice addition. Space to cook, sit and eat out back and front. We were within walking distance to what looked like a jet ski park of some sort not sure but it looked like fun! The host was very responsive and was available for any questions!

We had such an amazing time! The place was beautiful! The host Laura had a welcome basket for us and we felt at home! Everything is so close and we floated the river with ease! Restaurants, shopping and coffee are within walking distance!! We will definitely be visiting again in the near future!!

Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

This was a great place to stay. Plenty of space for a small group of people. Easy to get to in a quiet family neighborhood. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. The place was clean and felt like home. Highly recommended!

The stay was great, super easy check in, the homeowner team was always fast to respond and went out of their way to provide us with things when we asked about It. The water was very nice and did not have others on it like a lot of the river does, so it provided some privacy, the float provided to get In and out of the water was a great help to avoid the lillypads. Overall great stay.

Our stay was wonderful! Jayson was an exquisite host! A great place to stay! In a very peaceful community on the outskirts of New Braunfels, but close to activities, stores and restaurants. The house was impeccably stocked with everything you could possibly need! The yard was huge would be wonderful for families with young children. There was a very nice patio with a grill for outdoor cooking. It would be a great place to stay for a trip to Schlitterbahn. There was even some old school video games, very fun. USB ports located conveniently throughout the whole house. There was no searching for an outlet to charge our devices. It was very nice. The house had all the modern conveniences. It did not lack a thing. We would recommend staying there 100%. Everything was extremely clean and organized. Would definitely like to stay there again!

Great clean home! After a last minute change in my family’s travel plans, we needed somewhere to stay for the night. I chose this property, unbeknownst to me, that it could take the host 24 hours to respond. I immediately began to panic, but Loger, the host, was super fast at responding. After TLU events with my son, we headed over to the property. Great sigh of relief to see that the pictures actually were a great description of the house. Not only was the house clean and welcoming, it was in a safe neighborhood... located just off the interstate. If you need somewhere to stay, I highly recommended this property!

Annie was a fabulous host to us. We are a local family and we needed a long term rental while our home was getting reconstructed after a water loss. We stayed in Annie’s property from Nov 17 until December 30. In that time period, we needed to ask for 2 more extensions. Annie was beyond helpful and prompt when I reached out to extend. She swiftly created an extension reservation to ensure that the home was not booked while we contacted our insurance company & received funding. She was proactive in a manner that confirmed we had a roof over our head during this time period. I will forever be grateful. Cozy Chic Cibolo home is located off of a “main road” which provided easy access to I-35, FM 1103, FM 78, and FM 3009. The property itself was clean and gorgeously decorated. The kitchen had EVERY cooking utensil, tool, cookware, and appliances needed. I truly appreciated it because all our belongings were in storage. It was very easy to access & the rules are very clear and detailed.

We had a great trip! The house was as described. The beds were very comfortable. Wished we could’ve stayed longer.

It's so nice to find a place where we can take our puppies and is so clean and accessible. Great locations to all of our family in Austin, San Antonio and Gonzales. Jayson is a thoughtful host and everything you need is there in a quiet neighborhood.
